The apartment was already described. Bathroom and toilet very clean but a bit of renovation.

Over the food i have already mentioned.

I had not experienced something like that. Something pleasant and courteous staff not everywhere. With the few other languages like (german) everywhere with good reason. The cleaning of the rooms was exemplary.

The evening entertainment could be better. The entertainment for children was very bad. At the pools were enough sunbeds with sufficient space available.

The apartments and the hotel olivina are arranged and will be only through a beautiful canarian garden separated. The size the apartments are completely sufficient and very clean. Only the fixtures are outdated but still functional. The food is in the hotel and is very good quality and great variety. Meat and fish, always freshly fried. The breakfast is also above average and offers about 25 different bread, -and rolls, of course also fried bacon, lots of egg products, sausage and cheese, and so on. In january was the audience mixed. About 70% were 60 +.

The distance to the beach about 300 metres. The busanfahrt from the airport to the hotel took 10 minutes from the Riu plant lies central in the place but nevertheless quiet. Public transportation (taxi, bus) in 200 metres.

We had a 3-room apartment and were with the location and spaciousness very satisfied. That the furniture older is, knew we in advance and were no disappointed. We had a very quiet room on the ground floor and even had a small garden.

There was a main restaurant, the 2 rooms is divided into and a bar, in the evening entertainment took place. The beverages and the food in this hotel were excellent and diverse. The tables were immediately cleared and prepared for new guests.

The staff these apartments are all (front desk, maids, gardeners, waiters ) very friendly, fond of children and one notices clearly, that it was a well-oiled team. We didn't make use of the child care, but the program from the kinderanimateuren (handicrafts, t-shirt paint, sand paintings are all for, kids disco) sounded interesting.

There is a heated pool and a heated children's swimming pool, the for the season is really necessary. So could our small also at the end of january splash around. Other entertainment we didn't use, however the entertainers were not intrusive.

At the end of january/ beginning february we spend 1 week in the beautiful and well-kept apartment complex. At our travel time was the hotel for glcük not completely sold out. For the most part there were german and english older guests were present and only few families with children.

The RIU Olivina is just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach and shopping. It has a relatively central location and yet is peacefully located.

The rooms are relatively large. The condition is rather tired and the furnishing rather old. However, we were not disturbed, since we were mostly the whole day and only for sleeping go to the room. Specially the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, as already described above. It was just them clean.

There's a restaurant and a bar, the attached designated smoking area has. You can lunch inside, as well as eat outside, which in the winter months, where it in Germany is not possible, particularly beautiful is. The meal times have at this point be mentioned. You can actually around the hour food, except at night. Breakfast 8 until 11:30 o'clock. Noon of 12:30 until 15:30 o'clock. Then you could still small snacks. In the evening 18:30 until 21:30 o'clock. So really amazing. But there are also for such meal times always people, the my you need to fruits and rolls up. I can not understand. The food is actually very good. I am a very picky eater for the food and but nevertheless everyday something found, the me then also tasted very good. Especially to say is the salad buffet. It is very big and actually very varied. There is a very small vegetarian buffet, at the three small dishes. The only negative, that i can say is, that it very often pork there, but chicken only very rarely. As i at home almost exclusively poultry eat this was then in the long term already somewhat unsatisfactory, but as mentioned: everything i ate was delicious and the kitchen staff is eager to change.

The staff is really very friendly. So far the friendliest service i have ever experienced. The waiters are very accommodating and actually always in a good mood. You joke with the children and fulfill as good as every wish. The cleaning of the rooms was as already mentioned typical southern too. For our german feel it could have been a little more, but if you often on vacation is you get used to it and appropriate utensils for everyone. Actually all speak english and many also very good german. You really makes an effort to be fair to all guests. Top.

The hotel has a great garden and is very spacious. Force so despite many guests on the feet. The rooms are big. The furnishing of the rooms is rather simple and already a bit shabby. This didn't disturb us however not, since we were most time on the way are. Renovation was in our room however the duschbatterie. But with somewhat good will you can also away see. The cleanliness was a typical southern too. I would have liked a bit more effort the cleaning ladies wanted, but i am already on the southern cleanliness set. Overall you can say, that effort. By the pool are a few flagstones loose. This bothered us also less, since we didn't by the pool are. However, this is for guests, the by the pool and perhaps with their children there are rather annoying to dangerous, since you are on the loose tiles also injured can. But i think, that this as a part of a short reorganization dealt with his will.

The hotel is in a side street at the start the shopping and strandmeile of Puerto del Carmen. The beach is on foot about minutes away. A supermarket is also in the immediate area. In front of the hotel there is a parking lot, where you can park your car for free. The binding to the highway is ideal, so a great starting point for all excursions. The capital is is 10 minutes by car.

The apartment was big enough. The furniture is already somewhat older and the front door accordingly also. So got stuck also a bit. Our bedroom was on the street and was quite noisy. Luckily we had ear plugs for everyone. Tv with 5 german channels. Fridge was available and kitchen. Hairdryer in each bathroom not so great. In the bathroom filing cabinet for all utensils. Nice big balcony.

Food was great, there is something for everyone. Coffee was good, also from the vending machines. Cocktails unfortunately not so good, came ready plastic bottles, as now mostly in all-inclusive in Spain.

Everyone was really friendly. At the front desk was speak german. Room cleaning good. We wanted to an apartment on the top floor and have the hotel before e-mailed. Our wish was granted us.

The hotel is divided into sections. We were in the somewhat remote nearby area with 40. numbers accommodated. The title with the ear plugs relates only to the upper floor. I suspect, that the lower by the location conditionally not so badly soundproofed are.

The hotel is located not far away from the sandy beautiful beach, approximately 300 meters. Trip from the airport with a minibus about 20 minutes. There were still 2 hotels on the route. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartments were spacious enough and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator also available.

If you didn't get full here, and about the food complained should rather stay at home. For all the the first time in the south flies: In the south does not exist so hot boiled Food as at home in Germany!

Very friendly and many languages speaking staff. The rooms were always tacko clean there was nothing to complain about.

We were in the very spacious apartments as 1 stöckige buildings around the main building is distributed. The hotel is a bit outdated already but very clean and everything is maintained so that we really a pleasant holiday spent there...

Super short walk to the hotel. Our transfer only whole 15 minutes and we were on the Riu hotel. For shopping and stroll on the beach promenade a, in 5-10 minutes easily accessible on foot is. The hotel is located in a very quiet side street and the nearby airport is as good as not to be heard, completely on the contrary one can even the flight and the land observe (if you want).

Our apartment was very big, we had a family apartment. The furniture a bit old however really very reasonable and clean. Impressively was of course the view and the size of the terrace. Clearly, other apartments have these attributes perhaps definitely not, but we only slept there. The interior was quite sparse, as it is all-inclusive in the hotel there was. The rooms were daily except for wednesday and we were very satisfied with the service.

There was the main restaurant and the main bar and another pool bar in the complex. The staff is in all three areas always very friendly and ready to help. I think it is a very good if i am on a freshly set table can sit. Have the waiter in the hotel permanently taken care of. A table is free, he will immediately again completely freshly set. Two kochtheken the different dishes right before your eyes of the guests fried, grilled or prepared. The salads appealing and clean presented and the selection is balanced and delicious. Everyone could find something here for his taste. in the dining room came despite a large rush never the feeling from the hustle and noise on, it was always a comfortable atmosphere there. Only the beverages in the dining room and at the bars you had to tap alone, which of course too much gaps leads. Even red wine and beer tapped oneself one. Have the waiters much time in the room to keep them clean and this is also perfect.

I was very pleasant surprised with the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. In perfect german were answered all our questions and our request for a certain apartment was promptly fulfilled. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk retain with immense rush always the overview and their friendliness! I really as a guest felt!

Evenings there was daily a stage show in the bar instead, the always attracting a lot of visitors was and also much applause produced. By the pool are comfortable seating areas for which the show hardly any thrills. Chairs were rarely reserved. The pools and the grounds were always clean and tidy kept.

The three apartment complex are in the perimeter of 100 meters around the RIU Olivina hotel. Our apartment was very big, very clean and had a great view to the sea. The furniture is though somewhat older, but in well maintained condition. Wireless internet cost extra, an airco isn't available. Meals are in the dining room the hotel complex were eaten, as well as all drinks in the hotel bars. While we were there was a good mix of young and older, mixed from Scandinavia, England, Bulgaria and Germany. The facilities are very tidy and clean.

We had a rental car and therefore only 10 minutes trip from the airport to the hotel. (thanks sat nav ☺ ) the beach... And that is huge... Is on foot in three minutes, couches cost a fee, because the beaches are public. The promenade Puerto del Carmen is very long and 5 minutes away. Of the hotel complex lies in a quiet side street without through traffic. For excursions by car the hotel is ideally, parking in the hotel car park free of charge.

Our spacious apartment had a bathroom with a bath and shower curtain, a toilet and a bidet, as well as a sink. The bedroom is equipped with a built-in cabinet appointed, where the free (!) Safe it is, a living room with fitted kitchen is a work desk with flatscreen tv, sofa two chairs with a table. The balcony is also quite spacious with a table and two chairs, as well as a small clothes line. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were also always changed

About the food you could in our opinion was not complain. We had all-inclusive, whereas we only with breakfast and dinner exploited her. There was pasta, pizza, fish and every day then changed meat and vegetable dishes. The salad bar and fruit bowls were very good equipped and always very tasty. The tables were always clean and the dishes were always cleared away quickly. At the drinks counter you could even its bottled water fill for the tagesbedarf.

The staff was very friendly, always accommodating and helpful. You got every day new towels at the front desk. The service staff in the restaurant were great nice, exactly like the at the bar and also the cleaning crew. German spoke in the hotel. According to our observations the hotel is also handicapped accessible set up.

The hotel is very spacious decorated. The rooms are really big and quiet, we had no noise from next door. The complex is with apartments equipped and the hotel. There is a pool right on the hotel, and on the street are also still times apartments with a swimming pool. The audience was mixed, something of everything, from the infant to the pensioner, many different nationalities. We had booked all inclusive, it was perfect and reichhaldig, from 10:30 a. m. there was already cocktails so much one wanted, and with alcohol was not saved.

The hotel is about 5 walk from the wide, sandy beach path. The airport is approximately 7 kilometers away, so that the transfer very quickly. If you at the beach is the airplanes, as you at the airport land, which very pleasant to look at, but not disturbing. The shopping you could also directly reach, which is nice to stroll around.
