this was my 6th visit to this hotel and the first of 3 trips this yr!! It just gets better and better, evey time i go there is improvements, this time free wifi and new spa and beauty salon. the staff are amazing, Lulu, claire, Ahmed, Metwally, and far to many to name, but they are all fantastic and will do everything they can to help The grounds are kept immaculate, everything is spotlessy clean, food is amazing and so much choice, even for the fussiest of eaters. there is something to do for every age group, never a bored ... moment to be had, also so relaxing. There is never a shortage of space, always a table and sunbed to be had regardless of the time of day, even when the hotel is full to capacity. the hotel manager is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and he really has thought of everything, keep up the good work, you do an amazing job, you have fantastic staff, and they are a credit to you x read more

    the hotel is right on the beach, with a jetty that you can stroll along, or stop off and lay on the sun beds, admiring the view and plentiful sea life all around. fantastic for snorkelling with steps that lead you right down into the water, so easy to get in, and if you have a fear of the weater you will have no problems here. bar/restaurant on the beach also, excellant choice of food at lunch time, and drinks available at all times

they were only interested in return clients. we pointed out extra care should be taken with new clients to make sure they return.the hotel do not reply to requests. standard of cleanliness in bedrooms not good. read more

The whole area is very nicely laid out and enjoys lots of small things with love for detei. The large number of rooms of the hotel spread out in the large and extensive area. On the cleanliness is in the whole hotel and in the outdoor area very good. There are all sorts of guests there, whereby the majority of of the guests from italians, englishmen and germans made up.     We have when booking a 'low-cost' rooms and we were with very satisfied. (room number 836) The room was huge and equipped with: 2 large single beds, air conditioning, a dresser, a tv a minibar and a kettle with the you in the room tea or coffee making facilities. Daily tea, coffee and water in the minibar refilled and were included. The bathroom was large enough and with a bath equipped. It was always in a good general state and above all it was clean. Our room had a balcony with a view of one of the great pools, which very nice was. On the balcony there were two chairs, a small table.

    Our stay was in the low season but the you noticed the entertainment team not to. There was daily entertainment program, like for instance. Aqau gym, water polo and Volleyball. In the evening there was then show and dance at the beach or in the hotel's disco. For the 'little' guests, there is a extra 'kids club' as we could see also gladly used. In total there are 3 pools the really phenomenal large and beautifully laid out. There is also a separate children's swimming pool with lots of toys and a 'slides pool' with 5 large slides all outstanding rails, not run down, or sunday One of the 3 pools (the smallest) is heated and is located something 'chipped' from the action, he was as it seemed mostly by the families with small children used. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cushions were at the pool as well as at the beach including and were in a well maintained condition. Royal Albatros goes better every year we have been. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful in all the areas from the restaurants, pools, cleaners even the gardeners find time to speak it may only be "good morning have a nice day" but they say something. We found that staff we have met before always remember you and that is a nice feeling when there are so many people who go to the Albatros. Special thanks to all the staff who are too many to name but we would like to name Mahmood and Attiya from the relaxation pool who ... went out of their way to make our holiday special. read more

Hotel was good. With the meals at the unfortunately seasonal the variety missing to us. Coffee bar (Cappuccino and waiter) and pancakes in the afternoon very recommendable. Beach bar had the same food! For snorkelers reasonable For swimmer, since the currents and tides, not recommendable. (water level only knee high) In our week we had too many russian and italian guests (but okay were) a few german speaking guests. read more

With easy downstrokes a very spacious area with several pools both for couples, as well as families with small children. Unfortunately, it is at this time of the year very windy, so you due to the location the hotel not regularly could go snorkeling (black flag). Assortment of guests was 60% russians, 30% british and 10% mixed. It wasn't a problem however, since it was quietly zuginn. Eating and drinking have us tasted. But we would the hotel only stars give what does not mean the complex would not zuentfehlen. read more

    The beach is right on your doorstep. The jetty is great. With the shuttle bus is everything easy to reach. We have several excursions booked and were also loved it.

Positive everywhere scattered lots of small bars, a long ways save the pools are in clean state, however, the clear and clean sea water cannot be beat. If the 500 meters jetty has passed, one can into under wasserparadies dip. The guest structure you can roughly with 60% russians (but pleasant) and the rest mixed specify. Unfortunately, there was no free internet in the hotel, although wi-fi is available. read more

There are plenty of sweet desserts and main courses mostly auflaufgerichte. The salad bar is good. Unfortunately, there was the whole week no decent Schnitzel. Pork, there is unfortunately in the muslim Egypt not. Here could in the hotel times an exception to be made!
