In the Eastiny Residence Hotel Pattaya I found the most unfriendliest service team in 25 years of worldwide business traveling. Sentences like “ you sit down, we have to inspect your room before you leave” or “ you have 10 minutes time to pay” are the standard words you here as a guest in this hotel. The free Wi-Fi in the never worked in the public area because the given code was wrong, forcing the guest to pay Wi-Fi in his hotel room. read hotel review

Tucked away in the soi 9. but lobby rooms are for the price can't be beat. The staff tried in every way to do everything right! Sure there are better hotels but for this price i think no bad words-in contrary-no matter what you want you get it! Naturally ireland standard time your own attitude important, one ireland standard time in the country of the smiles, so you should the people there face-friendliness is always! Helpfulness and argentina time and way of staff people a pleasant vacation to bescherren ireland standard time not to toppen! Will stay there again even ... if the area was already a bit worn ireland standard time. I felt comfortable and well cared for! The access to all audiences ireland standard time also good by foot or by taxi (which hardly what costs) ireland standard time every place in reach. Also ireland standard time visit absolutely no problem-one sleeps longer help 40 Baht daily the rooms also 4 hours cleaned! Food not use tastes better with the locals. Pool no idea not used. Room was a little clairaudient but after a party disturb hardly. Safe in the lobby ireland standard time safe. Many russians but that didn't disturb me not (have i already differently is)! A small supermarket directly in front of the hotel (almost 24 hour service) ireland standard time good for forgetful-things just -.     The room decor is completely (bathroom, tv, telephone, etc.) Before some balconies (however very small and narrow) one looked directly at a wall, as the building very closely is possible. However at the front desk to another room ask, if the possibility besehte, you get a different room. The rooms are clean!

    There's a restaurant/breakfast room on the ground floor, the atmosphere a station concourse conveys, cold and unpleasant. I however only breakfast. The breakfast buffet did not live up to my expectations for Thailand. The selection was more than clear! The cleanliness was okay.

    The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The staff are thai friendly, and spoke english. The cleaning of the rooms daily cleaned immediately after leaving of the room.

    A pool on the mezzanine floor is available, from space reasons are only a handful of beach chairs (however without sun protection ) available. Internet at the front desk free of charge via wi-fi made available.

    The location of the hotel is very centrally located, direct lots of bars around the corner, very good shopping, and the beach in the immediate vicinity and maximum a few minutes away by foot.

The location in SOI ten is great. Central location, yet quiet. Maid service very friendly and helpful. (daily 20 bath on the pillows, a bit of friendliness and smile) then the rooms also 16 o'clock still cleaned and towels as much as you can eat. The size of the bathroom was sufficient, the balcony was very small (width about 70 centimeter and a half from the air conditioning use taken), I had a superior room, which in terms of size was fully in order. Tv with DW front desk, air conditioning (a bit noisy) no in-room safe, only deposit boxes ... at the front desk. The restaurant and pool I can't make any comments, since we didn't used. Directly in front of the hotel a small supermarket. In two minutes you can walk right in the nightlife (beach road or second road) to SOI seven and ten minutes and 20 minutes walking distance to the walking street. The hotel is now getting old. Whoever didn't have high demands and a good location for those who prefer that the hotel is highly recommended. It is for guests nothing additional request. read hotel review
