Been 3 times to guest and always very satisfied. With family Christine & Rolf z. you feel directly like at home. Beautiful rooms, good location and tasty food. 1 time per week guided snow including equipment with the hosts free of charge. 1 time per week enjoyable afternoon at the curling. It was always very nice. We would gladly come again. read more

    Respect to all motzgurken, misery and naggers: not book this hotel! There is friendliness, warmth and a positive mood! The boss loves and lives his job and these transfers itself also on staff and the guests. Since welcomes you each other in the morning and dinner, as one also times to a other table and speaks with other guests and, depending on the will spontaneously singing or played. Remarkable: the boss sits every night to its guests at the table, inquires about the condition, gives advice for hiking and excursions and if necessary mountain guide, tennis coach, skiing instructor or whatever. Because of the good reviews with holiday check we booked five days half board in the Hotel Mattmarkblick and positive reviews only confirm. Everything worked perfectly; the value for money is unbeatable. The hotel lies especially peaceful in the idyllic mountain village SAAs almagell (end of the SAAs valley/enough parking spaces in front of the house available), only two minutes away from the bus stop. Because of the excellent transport links with SAAs reason and SAAs fee the hotel is a great loss basis for walks and mountain tours in Monte Rosagebiet and Mischabelgruppe. Service is important here; the family ... business run is from the owners personally, very competently and lovingly run and the staff are accommodating and always helpful. The whole establishment is spotlessly clean. The day, Mattmarkblick' begins with a classic, good assorted breakfast buffet and evenings there is an excellent four course -menu ( appetizer, soup or salad buffet, main course, dessert); not only the quality of the dishes was great, also the quantity is true. The salad bar is really great; also extra wishes are fulfilled. We got a spacious and comfortable equipped room ( use of lots of wood), equipped with all the modern comfort ( flat screen TV, seating area, telephone, safe); of the hotel was very good. Our room had even two balcony, a Ostbalkon and a sunny South-Facing balcony with a magnificent view of the highest quality. Beautiful, good equipped bathroom; daily Linen. In short, a hotel with pleasant, casual atmosphere; fully recommendable. Tip-book a stay at this hotel, get free the ' Bürgerpass ' of the SAAs valley. This holiday card offers as a guest during the duration of your holidays-stay free all funicular railways and, on the whole SAAs valley use. A valuable and very practical gift. read more

    The location right next to the lake was great and at night as well it was pleasant Quiet, since little motorrisierter transport the road use them. Free time-offers there enough: hike mattmark reservoir Hike almagelleralp Trip furggstalden. Funicular railways as hochsaas, metro alpin. Dreamlike mountain world!

We were in Switzerland for the first time and actually quite skeptical which US would expect. But already after the first day we felt at home. For that we want to of the family Z. and the entire team say thank you. Everybody was constantly warm, US guests, make the stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen brought every evening a excellent tasting food on the table and Mr Zurbriggen made with its advice, but, that we on each of our hikes better prepared were, than so good travel guide. And the ... service staff looked after us on the finest. All together a vacation as one it only presents. And also at the risk, the load of the hotel so large, that we during the next no more space can book: we get the Mattarkblick 100% recommendation. Family GRAM PS: just a tiny detail: the musical Abenduntermalung is not to everyone's taste. But the predicted no harm. read more
