Good size, certain areas need up dating i:e bathroom mostly, t.v is old and not much use, patio area is wonderfull and peacefull.

There´s one restaurant / 0ne pool bar and outside bar, the drinks are as normal local produce which are ok, dining areas were extremely clean staff were good to clear away. The cuisine was a good mix.

Friendly staff at the pool bar, bit more reserved in the restaurant, fair/good communication with holiday makers, cleaning of the room was good, handling complaints my power went off and it was dealt with quickly.

Did not use any sport areas, so cant comment, the entertainment was poor only mainly for children, sunbeds are well provided and pool areas checked every morning, very clean.

Lovely location, set in beautifull tropical gardens all around wonderfull bungalows, beach a 20minute walk away or shuttle bus available free is a good service, the areas are clean and staff very friendly around the outside bar area, little more reserved in the retaurant, the foods good and varied the meat was gorgeous and im not a big meat eater, the bungalows are delightfull but feel they need some updating or decorating which im sure they have planned, it felt home from home as allthough all inclusive there was fridge /microwave/toaster/cooker/cuttlery in the bungalow, varied mix of nationalitys more middle age and families than a young group and very lovely people, most pleasant hotel which i would go back to with no hesitation and highly recomend for a decent budget, it is a 3* and an excellent one.

Beautifully set in tropical gardens, 20mins walk to the beach or free shuttle bus available at the corner of the road by the phone box, melanaros next to the beach with lots of designer shops /shopping centres galore down there, playa de ingles not far away for more life at night.

The bungalows are functional, are equipped with a small kitchenette with coffee machine and microwave, as well as cutlery for 4 persons. Without airconditioning the sleep because of the heat quite hard. You have to the windows fully open and also the curtains to escape, then the air ventilation good. During the day they should the curtains leave closed. With creepy crawlies we had despite ground floor bungalow hardly any problem. Of the two meetings with about 5 centimeter large kriechtieren apart. This arrived at night under the sofa out. TV lovers become a remote control and large selection miss.

We can discuss the supply not complain. Every evening in the change freshly grilled fish ( salmon, tuna, cichlid etc.). You carnivores will not be on their own expense. The bungalows the hotel are in a very well-kept, tropical garden with palms and many flowers. The bungalows make from the outside all a pleasant impression. Our bungalow had hardly nutzungsspuren, was big enough and useful decorated. The bathroom was ageing, but clean. We booked half board and were very satisfied. The clientele is mixed-both from the age, as well as the nationalities.

We are every day to the beach walked -approximately 15 to 20 minutes with a small child the buggy. The complex belonging supermarket is ridiculously expensive. In the shopping center Faro ii has a larger selection and they were for the half. However from the only shopping center not much left. Most shops are closed. The bungalows are spacious. The smallest has a living area, a bedroom and a kitchenette, as well as bath. This bungalow complex with its 212 units (according to the catalog) divided into two sections. Once the' normal bungalows' and even the suites. We had a' normal bungalow' booked all inclusive. Size reasonable. Unfortunately no air conditioning available. Cleanliness reasonable.

We had all-inclusive. Dishes varied and tasty. We would have appreciated a little more spanish kitchen desired. The 1 September a new nichtraucherverordnung in force. To us as a smoker unfortunately not nice, since in the bar area no more smoking was allowed. The roof terrace, on the smokers avoid may and a bar is available, was unfortunately not in use.

Staff are very friendly. At the front desk very good knowledge of German. Bungalow cleanliness perfect. Complaints we had no.

Very nice entertainers. ( all German-language) the children's disco, every evening was taking place was but a little bit tiring. There would be also the roof terrace alternative for the older generation.

Spacious and clean bungalow. Furniture was adequate. Cleanliness reasonable Remote control for the tv not detectable.

Distance to the beach further than described in the catalog. Without bus connection rather bad. Supermarket very expensive and service unfriendly. To Cita with the taxi a couple of minutes. Cost circa 4 Euro. Faru 2 isn't recommendable, totally dead.

Reasonable size. The furniture is nice breutstätten for cockroaches, the bathroom dated, without air-conditioning or fan, tv was broken. As mentioned clean other and if you wipes is better off!

The drinks station at the pool bar was okay, but the offered snacks were exactly disgusting as the stuff from the dining room. Here and there were a few staff friendly but also only you are itself noisy had, because you really twitted happened. Most spoke only spanish and a bit of English. The cleaning of the rooms was crap! I say it can't wait out, because we disappointed are of the hotel. Always was the not worth the money! We had the luck in the furthest corner the hotel to come to a noisy thoroughfare. Ridiculous performance which the food regards: cold food, indefinable dishes, hardly selection. It was just disgusting! reseverwertung the food from lunch. The same for breakfast and during dinner. With complaints on passage switched, because ' the German' always only complain! The pool... A of sewage is clean. There was a stench of the pool the scarcely the location was to swim. Tiles were moldy and the especially in the children's area of the pool. Around the pool many tiles broken and we got with cuts on its own body to feel. At the weekend was the complex by spanish crowded, otherwise rather few German or other nationalities.

Dead area, since almost everything only still in Playa del Ingles happens. The Faro except for 2 stores and otherwise far and wide nothing!. The supermarket of the hotel is right next to the entrance (completely overpriced, rudeness is important here!) The ' long sandy beach... Jo the we were looking for. A small beach section with lots of stones the really beautiful wehtuen: p yes we found after 2 hours walking!. Excursions best organize yourself (cheaper!).
