As already mentioned, was the price- leistungsgefälle. The center, a bit further away, was, could one well with the tram. The breakfast was sufficient. The sauna was clean and the condition was good.
The only fault was, that one the window during the day, and the night not open, as the noise from the street very, very substantial.
The hotel you can for 2a 3 days recommend. read more

A excellent hotel.
But: for a four-star hotel I find it very embarrassing, that it for breakfast no fresh rolls was.

Big family room, window are sound proof. Tram stop is only 50 meters away, drive to Potsdam main station about 15 minutes. Free parking in front of the house. read more

We had a travel group passing through. in the dining room was during our meal a live mouse, a dead grasshopper. The handling of the staff with this fact rather than frightened. Were although it is only 1 night, but it was all great. Beautiful large room and bathroom and balcony. Also to the street out one could sleep well. Beds there were individually and on request immediately together. Have a well situated, no back problems. Should be emphasized the free ride with the public transport.
Breakfast was also good, everything was there and well stocked. Good and long breakfast.
I think with this hotel can't go wrong, however we have through an internet portal a very reasonable price booked. The made it all the more perfect made. read more

Super great clean rooms with large bathroom.
Hotel offers free ride public transport network. Tram on the doorstep.
No matter wether with bus, course or bicycle, Potsdam is very good from there to reach.
To Berlin you need about 45 minutes with the subway.

Nice and clean hotel. Ideal for a city break. Berlin can be reached by public transport. However the journey takes almost an hour. Room was suitable for the disabled. read more

Without further ado we booked in this hotel 2 nights in a double room, in Potsdam.
We entered a large, bright rooms, with enough room to be comfortable.
Also the bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped, however the ' warm water' waited. At least 10 minutes passed, until we finally warm water had.
It was a 'walk', but this lack was already at the hotel reception known.
The beds were good, but the pillows had a somewhat habituation-needy fill, also for my liking to thin.
Otherwise we felt comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The service in the hotel ... was friendly, polite and attentive.
The hotel restaurant was pleasant, but the breakfast with 13,00 Euro per person overpriced, so we went for it not taken into account. read more

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You got a competent answer and also clues for the ride streetsand suburban train to the center Berlin. Our aim was, to visit sanssouci. Over the travel agent we booked a city journey Marquesas Islands Time spar with two nights. The hotel is located on the edge of Potsdam in a GDR estate (only sounds daunting) with good tram connections. The use of all public means of transport of Potsdam and Berlin is included in the booking. The cleanliness (hotel in general and the room in particular), as well as the friendliness of the hotel staff make the 'remote' of the hotel but makes up for it; it served only as overnight accomodation. The kitchen is accommodating to ... our individual wishes are disposed outside the hotel made a really positive. The rooms are clean (you should not to the side of the road-noise danger) and the room service was totally okay. They are a bit on the small side, but functional, clean and well furnished. A balcony is included. The tv is a tube (with 13? programs). But you don't go on holiday to watch tv! The bathroom (shower and toilet) is handicapped accessible. (A) the elevator a bit slow, but usable for wheelchairs. Free parking we got always directly in front of the hotel entrance; it is also a pay garage. Otherwise the hotel seems a lot of Dienstreisenden seems to be used. Conclusion: we have achieved our aim and desire to other sites in Potsdam get. We will book this hotel again. Compliment to the hotel team! read more

We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel made a good impression, even though you are looking at the surrounding area (estate) only once settled look nice. We were a couple of days in summer in this hotel, which is very recommendable also for wheelchair users. The bathroom was very large, clean everything, food was perfect and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great hotel, a little bit out of town from the city centre. However, the hotel pass also ticket for the entire public transport in Potsdam and Berlin! The stops are not directly in front of the hotel. Travel time to the center, about 20 minutes. The room with a small balcony was clean and a 4 star hotel adequate. The bathroom was significantly larger as expected from a 4 star hotel expect. Through the wide door and the spacious layout the hotel is in my opinion also for handicapped ones available. The staff, particularly at the front desk and the ... maid service were very friendly and helpful. This hotel we would definitely book again! read more
