We were from the hotel, the pool, the family suitable atmosphere and the friendly service all staff loved it. The hotel is located in a quiet area and the two-hour children's entertainment in the high season in the afternoon is carefully and not intrusive. All questions were in german at the front desk and in the service competently answered and many good tips for the vacation. Altogether is convincing the value for money including the good kitchen for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel versrach unfortunately for us not the, what we actually had hoped for. We received a double room. Unfortunately was the first in the room what we appreciated was cold nicotine smell from the previous guests, a row above the window and a room without a balcony! The double room consist of only a small room and a small bathroom. If you in the room was had neighbors next to us free insight through their balcony in our room.

The rooms are very clean (6 times per week was the room cleaned)
And functional, but also comfortably furnished.
The air conditioning is adjustable and both the living/ kitchen area, as well as in the adjoining bedroom available.
The bathroom has a shower and a massive washbasin - very clean!
Tv with lots of German channels.
The pool could from to o'clock be used. Always very clean! The loungers were from the guests not reserved! Very pleasant.
In spite of the lots of children, it was not loud or unpleasant.
The staff at reception and the waiters at the bar ... are mega friendly. Above all to the children.
We came into the benefit, the breakfast and dinner buffet at a cost. Great! It is worthwhile, the immediately with to book!
It is a (old) table tennis in pool proximity and a pool table. You can do your children quite everywhere on the complex flex. read more

Our beach vacation was ok. Hotel get three stars, not more and not less. Staff super nice, hotel ageing and in need of renovation. ( for example beds, apartments' kitchen, ping pong table, dishes in the restaurant, ameisenflut.) food so so. For children but there is always something ( fries, noodles). Our apartment was very loud by other guests.
The place small and manageable, quiet, the beach great in the bay located. Very recommendable. Tip: car rent and times a little travelling around. Mallorca has many great bodies. read more

If you don't large comfort expected, this is apartment hotel just perfect, however be careful in the Spitzenmonaten, the hotel was overbooked and I had 2 nights in a actually much more beautiful apartment spend, however is not only me, but also at least 5 other guests also happens and this should not happen.
A kids club was also there, but never open, enough kids were there...

The hotel lies tucked away in a side street. It is about 5 minutes to the beach on foot, the us didn't bother us. A small pool is available. As well as a pool-table and a ping-pong table. The people are extremely friendly and tear a leg from, so that you were satisfied. At reception you can sun screens for the beach check-out counters, because the loungers only against payment to find. Borrowable is also beach toys for the little ones. The rooms are super clean. We experienced a very nice family vacation. Everybody was very family-friendly and always had a fun for children play. The area is very quiet and not crowded. There were daily from 15 to o'clock a children's entertainment, this was but not pushy or played friendly. Furthermore there was in the about 3 minutes on foot from main hotel further animations for example children's disco, Bingo. To the beach it was about 5 minutes on foot. read more

The two weeks vacation in Playa Canyamel hotel were very nice, varied and relaxing. With a rental car you could also many sights and the whole island visit. The hotel itself is large and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach is only 3 to 5 minutes and on the way there you lots of small stores past. The hotel has a good location and nearby there is also a playground. The room is always clean and with things like safe, tv, balcony and other orientated. Altogether you can a very nice holiday enjoy. read more

Ideal for own Entdeckungstrips. Hired car is recommendable, since supermarket in about 10 kilometer away ( for example in Capdepera). The restaurants there are within walking distance very easy to reach. The food quality was everywere very good and was important to us-it is worth it to the Mallorcan kitchen put! In the hotel can but also half board book. Who wild parties searches, was in the town in principle wrong! If you are looking for a down-to-earth vacation plans and rather individually, is here an excellent vacation spend! read more

The hotel is already somewhat older but in a 'shot'. Canyamel was a bit off the beaten track and not from mass tourism overwhelmed. Something for the quiet vacation. Unfortunately is therefore also the traffic connection somewhat worse and also the shopping possibilities are not the best. But there are in of the kids charming pedestrian precinct everything important to buy. We recommend generally one rental car.
The rooms are functionally furnished and big enough. Cleanliness is also in the entire hotel reasonable. Arise problem are best done. The staff are very friendly, competent and speaks quite good German. Was ... excellent Carmen at the front desk, Jordi and Pedro at the bar. You throw the shop and are always for your guests since.
