The front desk, as well as the staff in the restaurant were competent, friendly and always approachable. Our compliments to the chef of the restaurant. For the food he gave us a day and wanted to know, whether everything ok is.
The location of the hotel we really liked... The sea on the doorstep.
If we go back in Rethymnon have a vacation, then again, only in this hotel! read more

Nice, easy antique hotel with well-kept green area in the inner courtyards. To the beach once over the promenade, the town center about 20 minutes on foot, on the way many shops and restaurants.
Linguist hotel staff always friendly and helpful. , the manager of the hotel than contact person constantly present. This gives a great informal atmosphere.

The hotel has in my opinion no four stars deserved. The room decor was simple, bed sheets had stains or blotter. The bathroom had rusty mountings and only had a tray instead of a window through the other guests hear and partly also could not smell.
The waiters in the restaurant was not very friendly, seemed rather annoyed. Häuftig you had to also forks, knives etc. Yourself, since the tables not on time newly restocked were.
The hotel lies at the end of a very long beach promenade, to the center it is about 30 minutes on foot. For older ... couples the hotel complex not often want to leave it is OK, for young people or traveling alone it is rather boring as in the surroundings except for a cocktail bar nothing was where you evenings could spend. read more

We have in september/october 2012 to retry times in the Sentido pearl beach Rethymnon anyway. The complex boasts a footbridge, a constant quality of the dishes and the staff's hospitality – nowadays in many vacation districts sadly no matter. That the hotel good 2 kilometer from the city center is not a drawback, because the sea is clean and the distance can be easily with a pleasant spaziertang along the waterfront or using the regular buses ... or numerously existing taxis manage.
That my wife and i us now for the 10. time at the pearl beach anyway spoke alone for the hotel. Like lots of regular guests prefer the pearl beach opposite the adjacent, somewhat futuristic tranquil 5-star ägean pearl, with the many facilities can be shared. read more

I liked the stay in the Sentido Pearl beach again very much! The staff are very considerate, friendly and helpful, you feel always very welcome and comfortable.
The food ( half board) was diverse and very tasty, there was international but also national dishes.
The only downside is, that the rooms in need of renovation are, the furniture are already getting a bit old.
I didn't mind this at all, as I during the day many excursions undertook and only rarely in the room was. Everything was kept clean and that is very important to me.
I am already looking ... forward to the next holiday at the pearl beach-) read more

Nice laid out hotel complex ( the four stars Sentido pearl beach and the five stars Sentido aegean pearl beach chairs right next to each other - the guests are but nevertheless asked, both in the premises hang out).

Was for the first time on recommendation and was not disappointed. Perfect location just outside of of the city, as well as directly at the beach was optimal for me. Well-kept complex, great friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Great! Varied kitchen, something there for every taste. The rooms are however in need of renovation. From the crisis have absolutely nothing noticed. The greek are still the most welcoming people, I have ever met have. I will definitely come back again! The hotel was very many rooms. State of the rooms was all right, however very small. It is hard, the complex clean to keep. All inclusive services were good ( chairs on the beach, several drinks until o'clock). When we were at the hotel, were many germans, as well as English there. Furthermore there is only one (!) pool, the for the guests from the Sentido pearl beach can be used. Not as partly described all pools! read more

Great beach, very clean and enough chairs and umbrellas. The rooms rather small and should be renovated soon. The bed unfortunately very narrow and the mattress already worn out. The food good but a bit more variety would have been possible. But for beach vacation perfect! read more

Behind the main building is a wonderful garden area with the buildings where our room was.

We were in August there. The weather was every day great (always around the 35 degrees). We were all together very pleased with everything. The staff were nice. My girlfriend was during of the vacation sick, so we a doctor needed. This came within an hour to the hotel room and gave my girlfriend. He could, exactly like the staff, speak German.
We had a budget room booked (nothing was other more free). This was in the heart of the hotel located, surrounded many, nice flowering plants. We felt really comfortable. The only problem, we had, was 1. The air ... conditioning -> this was under the window appropriate, so it in the upper level, on headroom about 30 degrees and in the lower area about 20 degrees. Without airconditioning it was however not unbearable, so we caught from the vacation returned. As 2. Problem, was our fridge defect. Despite complaint was this mistake never fixed. The beach and the food were great. The bar was also seen well. The chef -barkeeper was perfect mood. Here it was just so, that despite all inclusive only a limited selection of drinks was. That means, it was not all that all inclusive. Some cocktails you had to thus even bar pay, despite all inclusive! read more

The hotel is rather small held, but nothing of its charm adopted. We were always very friendly treated and the service is overall really good. Only at the bar we had to unfortunately often repeated after a waiter Watch out, if we a new drinks order liked.
The food was always very tasty. I liked it especially good, that it is quite healthy food was: eggplant, tomatoes, courgettes, etc. Otherwise there were every day fish, always freshly prepared was. Unfortunately have the dishes relatively often repeated, but since they were really good, you could also overlook.
The beach is only ... a few meters away from the hotel and is, as the sea, very clean.
The entertainment program was also reasonable. Almost every evening there was another show, so for example Belly dancers, a folklore-evening, or a magic show.
The hotel is unfortunately right outside of Rethymnon. On foot one is good half an hour on the way, but luckily there are very close a bus stop, with the you very quickly in the inner city is.
Up to a few small faults the hotel is so really recommendable! My girlfriend and I have really enjoyed and will be definitely again once have a vacation there! read more

No recommendation for families, the a family room book. Ours was unacceptable! The parents room was a basement room, the view is impossible and very noisy to the street! The beds and the pillows were very hard. After complaint we were told, that a change in a different room is not possible, because all family room so would be. The hotel is rather run-down and hardly or never renovated. It is 23-years-old. Absolute letdown and has no 4 star rating. read more
