The bungalow was functional decorated, unfortunately was missing the fridge, the safe must, if it is used or not 2 American Dollar daily paid. The room was in the 16 days stay unfortunately only insufficiently cleaned, the bathroom is outdated, toilet brush was missing and was from the cleaning staff obviously from bungalow bungalow and use. read more

Generous corresponding 4 stars plant, with clean beach. Our rooms in the basement in 2. number; big, but worn, small closet for clothing, and the bathroom- fixtures were rusty and calcified, the air conditioning too loud to sleep. We only stayed 2 nights before our cruise, but the room was 1 stars! read more

Bungalows are too loud, the connecting door is not close, had the bad luck, 2 at 05 o'clock frühaufstehende computerspielende chain smokers as neighbors zuerhalten. The furnishing the bungalows should be renewed, but it is not much if such inconsiderate tourists the furnishing so smoke out. We enjoyed this holiday really enjoyed, especially is to be pointed out the friendliness and willingness to help the tour guide from schauinsland mr Jose vasquez. Because the hotel mostly in italian hands, left the cleanliness in the restaurant something else to wish for. To be recommended was an excursion to the island Saona and with the friendly guide Pedro to the country and people. For renting a car, as well as trips on own fist was for security reasons in need of discouraged. This is also not necessary, as beach, water and hotel for everything compensate. read more

To us the stay was pleasant. Everything on italian guests set up have german speaking guests hard. ( even the entertainment only in spanish and italian) german and english you could, if one luck had only at the front desk or with the guest services of use.
However the kindness of the people everything else forget.

Disturbing were the loud music(entertainment theatre ) between 22 and 24 hours.
Horrible we found at the christmas buffet' ammennhaie' as table decoration, we as divers and friends of fish could in no way accept! Safe in the room only for a fee. read more

The outside area and the beach are very well maintained. Also the choice of food is great, but it is no spice used.
The maids go every morning at half 9 every room and knocking at the doors, we had no waking service ordered!
The bed linen in the total 12 days not changed.
The staff doesn't speak german at all, not even at the front desk.
One notices extremely, that you as a german there definitely not gladly seen is, for example at the beach is one of the last of the served.
Merely no standard room, if you ... so much money for this vacation wrapped, you don't have to in a ' jugendherbergezimmer' is.
If you are in the bungalows is housed, it is a great, relaxing vacation, but in the main buildings, it is the Ballermann. Not again, because there are only a few among the staff where service still largely written.
In addition it was missing constantly to water with gas. Large tables with 5 people were difficult to get, since constantly individuals or three people sat to it. It needs to the waiters more 8. My friend had to constantly to toilet, since with the food something wasn't right. The craftsmen however, i must praise, as they quickly were to the place, if something didn't work. At the front desk there were no problems, also a room change was possible.
The beach was beautiful ..., but too crowded. Furthermore, us the towels stolen. If you reported it has, has the staff with to shoulder-twitch reacted, so missten we back steal, otherwise we would have the 20,-Dollar per towel cost. There were also many kids there, everywhere shouting. At night it was too loud, the disco went on until at least 2 hours, every evening. The bungalows were very nice. We would not stay longer have a vacation, because the hotel is too large. Peace and quiet was not to think. Also to lots of italians, the disgrace oneself. read more

The hotel complex is huge and unmanageable. It was more like a small village as a resort. The rooms are okay. From new but away. Our first room (ground floor) was extremely small. There was no possibility the clothes from the suitcase to eliminate. Wanted one live out of a suitcase so was the whole free area of the soil with 2 suitcases covered. The bathroom was tiny. Everywhere mosquitos-lively in the air and dead on the walls 'bäh' we had immediately complained and without discussion a new room received.
It was then on the 5. floor. A bit bigger ..., a box was available, as well as 2 small closets. Safety deposit box was available and a mini bar. In this room we then also had no problems with the mosquitos (mosquitoes). The cleanliness was also reasonable. The bathtub was already quite dirty. However the dirt (sand) was already in the tub imbedded. However for sleeping and wash it was alright.
The food was also reasonable. To be recommended is the breakfast and lunch in the 'la terazza' as it is most of the choice. Evening was because of the theme evenings the choice not always large. In case of emergency there were the pasta always super or if you went into the pizzeria. But the all in all you were full. In the morning, it is also to recommend the café of the bar since the coffee served only the color of cafes but not much with the popular hot had to do.
The majority of of the guests comes from Italy. Then french and spanish. On the days of departure, it was thus always very pleasant. Until then the next pack arrived. On austrian/german/swiss, you don't have much. A small percentage of of the guests. Therefore did one slight if you a few breaking into italian or spanish spoken.
On some days you not like in Karibik comfortable, but more as a adriastrand.
Age structure 0-99. there were from baby till age all volumes represented.
The wi-fi-it is offered. One can use it rarely. Either the connection is as bad or it packs the number of users simply not. So i probably again and again tried the wifi to use but managed it is only completely rarely. read more

The food is took some getting used to, but one becomes full. Variation in the food-unfortunately nil return.
Very rapid preparation of the drinks at the bars, of course with small drawbacks in the quality.

We were in the half of a bungalows, neighbors were very noisy - the walls are very thin. Tiled floors-clean. The complex is 'a bit dated' .
Occupancy with maximally 3 persons, better 2. the beds have the character an air mattress-if one moves, fly the other in the air. Wi-fi only sparse, we had smart phone and netbook-permanent aussetzter.
International guests, lots of italians. English is always okay. read more
