The hotel reef offers a very nice generous laid out garden area with 2 large pools. Whoever is looking for peace and quiet, can find them here. The staff is definitely friendly and accommodating. From the room ( daily towel- and bedlinen and basic) one a wonderful view on the complex and the sea. The white beach is nice, but the sea, as it was quite dirty, invites a might not to swim. Very good and preissgünstige massage there are at the beach, right on the hotel. read more

Were already to 2. in the reef hotel, everything was again super. From the service up to cleanliness we had no problems. Despite 'alleged rainy season' the hotel was not fully booked. The majority of the guests the locals were, but nevertheless it was very nice. It was in the 14 days 2 even though it rained one day, and the only 5 minutes. So the weather really great in June and cheap. So at this time you can with a clear conscience there. The rooms neither for Z all newly renovated! We are with this hotel super satisfied and ... feel like at home. The next reef vacation is already booked for March 2013. read more

Always clean rooms with daily linen change are big enough, with a well-functioning air conditioning, TV( ZDF) the large garden area is very well maintained, enough chairs with cushions and

Restaurant needs getting used to, for breakfast too many English, buffet in the evening not too varied

The reef -hotel is certainly not super - luxury- hotel. Who however not realtitätsfremd, see price, to this hotel travel is positively surprised be.
We had a renovated large room with a large bathroom and beautiful balcony with view of the sea. The rooms were cleaned daily, the bed changed and new towels you got. A Wäscheserive was not a problem, the cleaning lady did it for small money and put the things ironed and folded back into the room. Furthermore there were in the room a TV, where one ZDF got. The safe costs vergleichswiese much and we didn't ... use it.
The food was very good and was in buffet form arranged. Lunch and evenings, for example: soup, salad, fish, meat, cakes, fruit
The beverages were mostly quickly and brought the staff members were always friendly. 1 times it happened however before, that we forget completely with drinks.
Animation is in the hotel by Bonny and Paul businesses. Bonny can also so very much from the land explain and to help, he could speak very good German.
The drinks were, except for the orange juice, all very good, particularly the beer:-)
The beach is very nice and not so with people crowded. In the direction Mombasa you could spend hours walk along the beach. There is everywhere Beachboys the things want to sell, if you however says they should go or just thank you, then they left one in peace.
Altogether has the hotel 3 pools, a in the upper level of the hotel, the in our day mostly was empty, so for relaxation perfect. The other two pools are a central location and focal point for all. Crowd there were however

It was a really beautiful vacation in a very beautiful hotel.
The waiters/ bar staff were partly quite unfriendly to all inclusive-vacations.
Apart from that everything okay. Super clean pool and nice hotel employees.

After very bad experiences in Sairock the stay in the reef but a lot more than made up for it. The very well maintained large garden areas and two large pools, the constant friendliness the employees and last but not least, the very tasty and varied kitchen I can absolutely recommend. read more

Was already so often in Kenya, but a bad hotel, it is no choice words therefor. The complex would be good if all repaired. The food was the horror! For children there was hardly something, everything was bland. The meal stood open without cover the flies were everywhere mood. The rooms are worn, the mattress way too hard. Guests since 10 years and more dorthingehen were also the last mark there, general Dissatisfaction! One day the toilet in the room over, the other day the air conditioning completely. All together one has a lot-a lot money for all inclusive and ... then but every evening in a restaurant outside of the hotel. read more

So nice the garden was, she was so bad competence of the staff. You had a problem with room, air conditioning, cleanliness and so on we were always on the next day off, because never in the hotel was, the supposedly responsible was. for people who want it to be loud. Every day and evening entertainment. Animals in the area to be treated as rubbish hotel. Cats and the young are trampled under your feet. Hotel room very strong in need of renovation, bugs. Partly even in the beds. This was my 12 ter vacation in Kenya... To this hotel I go never again!

As the title says, older hotel, you can tell, for example, of the electric connections in the room, etc. but otherwise everything was OK: very friendly staff, beautiful garden and pool, beach nature, there's plenty of seaweed, good location, about 30 minutes from the airport, huge supermarket ten minutes to foot or to Euro 1, -with the Tuk-tuks. read more

We were with child (6) there. The food was Suitable for allergic persons, the staff are very friendly. Always recommended: a safari-even 1 day was very worth it. The hotel is declared as a three star hotel, but for the area clearly better. The hotel is indeed something older, but the staff is always to cleanliness, service and remodeling endeavors. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The beach is also very beautiful whether at low or high tide, you can have a lot of experience. No hesitation on the beach to have you need when booking, it is the same routes only significantly cheaper. On each case so we have very good experience made as diving, Safari, city tour or a Dhaufahrt ☺

The hotel reef is something in the years come a bit, but the entire staff is incredibly friendly and nice.
The food, we had all inclusive, was very tasty and varied.
The room were cleaned each day.
The large supermarket is about it15 minute. Walk.
The pools were always very clean and the pool boys very friendly.
Also the beach was very clean.
Our excursions (Safari, snorkelling, island hopping) we have
At the beachboy's booked. Has also everything worked super.
A thank you to George, the also spoke German well.
Some excursions as in haller park and Bombolulu we ... have made on our own, what but no problem what.
Conclusion:
It was a wonderful vacation and we will be back. read more
