The hotel has a manageable location for a family-run hotel. The cosy and attentive atmosphere is for all of the guest every age group, the spoils and respected want, suitable. These include the attention to detail with decor and scents in all areas, the permanent availability of the staff, especially the boss, the half board plus a delicious kuchenbüfetts in the afternoon and the affectionate daily cleaning of the rooms. For all the problems there is a solution, whether a flat tyre on buggies or be satisfied with the food. read more

    The rooms are excellent for a one time vacation with a lot of luggage and good relaxation in the room and in the bathroom. You need no mini bar etc. , since you always fulfilled all expectations gets. The rooms in a variety of categories, accordingly also the size and a decor with a very high standard, the daily cleaning, draping of bettzeuges, provision of toiletries including bathrobe and sauna towels are great.

After an active day on the slopes and a soothing sauna, or a massage at a stylish and professional table covered several courses from a range, including vegetarian, enjoy.

    Belgian, german and italian guests nicate good with the staff. Each greeting is answered and all wishes of the lips. The small desired improvements (reading lamps in the sauna) were promptly taken care of. The staff monitored the baby hair dryer and so on.

We know the ritterhof already since 1999, then as public restaurant, and, because we always as good, we stayed in the years many beautiful vacation there, in summer and winter. In the winter the short way to the orbit very pleasant, besides there is free heated ski closets on the Alpine. If you have a request, the very gladly fulfilled. We were there for the first time and can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. Very friendly staff and a very good, always present contact with the family the hotel owner. These were in any case approachable and gave tips and help. A hotel with much attention to detail, great food and a special atmosphere. Many lights, everywhere special raumdüfte and warm towels when the return in the afternoon actions remaining, that you feel welcome in this. The sauna area is very nice, unfortunately there is no swimming pool, but a beautiful hot tub, in which also the children ... can feel comfortable. A beautiful games room there are also for children. The hotel is very close to ski lifts located, so there is only a small on foot the gondola is. But that was the downside, that it directly at the main access road to the valley station is. The only thing, that we didn't like so much, was the view from the hotel, we had a room the rear of the courtyard out and have only there and the neighbors looked. At the front of the hotel is the view of the road. The location is the short way to the lift convenient, but if you have a good view preferred, is be disappointed. Alltogether it was however a very nice skiing vacation. read more

A family-run hotel medium size. The hotel is in excellent condition. It is characterized by an extraordinary cleanliness in all areas (restaurant, rooms, wellness) from. In the price are very many benefits including three-quarters pension (half board and cakes or soup buffet in the afternoon), different hikes with the owners, fixed on of the terrace or in the garden (for example glühweinparty in the winter), rental of wanderstöcken, providing a ski depot on the seiser alm, wi-fi, but also the pick-up of the guests from the train station in Brixen or Bolzano. There were guests of all ages, especially from ... Germany. read more

    There are rooms in various categories. Our room 'Oskar from Wolkenstein' was very spacious with a comfortable seating area. The furnishings is new, very comfortable in the style typical of the region. It had a huge balcony, you in the summer safe could easily use. Satellite tv and a telephone are also available. The bathroom with a shower and bidet was also very spacious and extremely clean. It was for every guest, several towels of different sizes, and two towels, a bathrobe and a few originalverpackte flip-flops available.

    It is in the ritterhof the knight's hall, the the dinner is served. It is a large, lovely decorated room. Once the week there is a buffet in the ritterkeller. The breakfast and the afternoon tea is served in the cosy blue stübchen restaurant. The quality the food was outstanding, one could say that star. There is in the evening a 5-course menu, you get with every course seconds, you should not have become full (which i am however not imagine). The breakfast is also very varied and plentiful. Emphasized should be the afternoon cake buffet with a variety of delicious cakes, fruit salad, toast and a soup. The cleanliness in the restaurant area was exemplary. The kitchen style is nationaltypically however modern and very imaginative presented. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is very attentive. The price of drinks are on hotel level. There is a 'very good' much too few!

    The friendliness the owner and of the entire staff is outstanding. The rooms are super clean. The beds, the maid very creative ideas. It is open every afternoon a surprise, if you from great excursions into the room returns, like the pillows, blankets and the pajamas arranged are. About the handling of complaints i can't say, because it was really nothing at all, on which we could could complain about. Actually is a 'very good' for the service much too few.

    The hotel is about 30 minutes' drive from the train station in Brixen away. Directly in front of the door the stop the bus, the right to Bolzano or in grodnertal drives. All other lines are with a about 5-minute walk. The valley station of the seiseralmbahn is also about 5 minutes walk away. In town there were seis good shopping possibilities, as well as some restaurants and cafes.

We were thrilled from the hotel, definitely again! Very refined, nevertheless pleasant informal atmosphere. Very nice front desk with sparkling wine, great clean cozy room. Daily 'postillion '-hotel mail with lots of information and suggestions, daily new table decorations, great 5 - course -menu in the evening, wide choice from alcoholic drinks, also at the bar or in the comfort area. Very nice service, breakfast perfect included always fulfilled extra wishes ( for example various fried egg-variations. With mushrooms and a.). Daily fresh cakes early and from 2:30 p. m., special. Very delicious apple- and pflaumenstrudel with vanilla ... sauce, afternoon soup, if you eat spicy food. Sunday sparkling wine for breakfast, fresh smoked salmon evenings ' get together '-front desk of the family oberhofer for all of the guest. Everything great, of a high standard. The area is magical, the orbit in the airy height of the Seiser Alm is in 3 minutes by foot away. read more

We have for the first time in the winter the ritterhof visited. In the last years we were in may or in september there for hiking. Ideal is also the location of the ritterhof : directly at the orbit, stop at the hotel and you are quickly in the city center of seis. The area is quickly reached by car. As always: excellent service, great room with all the amenities and a great food, in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. read more
