An all-round successful complete package : the rooms are very comfortably furnished (we had a huge modern bathroom with a bath; there was even a hair dryer ), the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and you eat with panoramic views of the berchtesgaden alps. We were very warm welcome and felt very comfortable. Perfect is the location right next to the feeder road to the roßfeld ski slopes. read more

All in all a guesthouse to be comfortable. We were immediately very easy going and felt very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good: there was a very rich offer and it was missing to us at nothing. The rooms were nicely furnished, the bathroom very modern with a bath! read more

We were for a tight week in Berchtesgaden for hiking and us as district the sportpension colorful selected and it was, as always very pleasant. Really friendly, personally we felt welcome. New: instead of frischgezapftem beer in the lounge there is now a well-stocked fridge to self-service. Great. In short: we would gladly come again. read more

We have the rich breakfast buffet in spite of the possibility in of the bungalow self catering option. So ties one fast contact other lasted and exchanges over the various excursions from.     Since we were already several vacation in the burgl colorful spent there, we can say, the vacation apartments very airy. So are provided with they each have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Otherwise they are equipped with satellite -tv- cd radio, dishwasher, oven, microwellengerät, coffee machine, toaster and so on fully equipped. Everything is in very good condition.

    The Leo family is very friendly and helpful. At the topic cleanliness gave it with us no reason to complain. Everything was spotless. If you need anything or council asked them they helped you right away.

    As I have already mentioned you can hiking in the mountain world right at the house start. The garden with a terrace, lawn and pool in the subsequent relaxation a. Also a small fitness room and a ping-pong table are the guests available. For children you will find behind the house also a trampoline.

    The burgl colorful is a bit above of oberau. From there you had a dreamlike views of the surrounding berchtesgadener land mountain world. The location the property offers the opportunity hikes right at the house to start. Shops you will find in a small supermarket in 300 meters distance. For the larger purchase offers Berchtesgaden in about 7 kilometer plenty of options.

All together a very nice guest house with very nice hosts, you felt very welcome! The rooms are very spaciously furnished, with a TV, fridge and large seating area. There were at any time chilled drinks available, coffee machine and kettle could be used for free. For children there was great possibilities for playing, inside and outside. It became never boring... Gladly again:-) read more

Again and again we liked with family lovingly family-run guest house. The very well furnished rooms leaves nothing to be desired and breakfast is also very varied. The personal and warm-hearted support by all members of the left an excellent vacation atmosphere. All were always approachable, gave information and taste friendly and efficient. We felt very comfortable right from the first day, the whole family is very nice Leo, funny and helpful. In tourist attractions are great advice on where to go. The condo was very clean and everything for the day-to-day use available. The whole place is very neat and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The pool is the best especially with children; also always very clean. Our conclusion: a super nice holiday, thank you again to the whole family Leo, everything was good. Since 198o I visit the pension Färbinger to burgl sport hiking and skiing, and am pleased anytime again on the next stay in this House. Also my last vacation was lovely, but of course also the wonderful weather was good. I look forward to the next hiking holidays next September. read more

This B&B is in a fantastic location with a view of the Watzmann mountain and the Eagle's Nest. We have enjoyed coming back to stay in Oberau with the Leo family since 1979. The most important thing is the familiar ambience ... Cleanliness and breakfast are to be awarded 6 suns. Young and old feel immediately at home!!!! By the way, in the summer, there's a BBQ every Wednesday, so that the guests can get to know each other. Please always register first, because otherwise you are missing out on the good BBQ food with its tasty salads. read more

    We stayed in one of the two apartments ... A size of 95m² which include a large, spacious living room with TV, a large bathroom with tub and toilet, 2 double bed rooms with shower and toilet, kitchen and cosy dining area. The kitchen has a microwave oven, an electric stove, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle etc. We look forward to our next visit!!!

    There is a large breakfast room with a buffet with plenty of choice ... a cosy evening atmosphere with various beverages and of course freshly drawn beer.

    It's a family run business to love ... you quickly take them to your heart!! Room service can be rated with 6 suns. Complaints ... if there are any, they're very approachable.

    I can only comment on the summer months ..... the pool is in a good location outdoors and is very clean, with a nice lawn for sunbathing. Pool chairs and sun umbrellas were available.

    About 10 km away from Berchtesgarden ... lots of hiking paths are not far away. Highly recommendable is the Obersalzberg with the Windbeutelbaron (huge cream puffs ... very tasty), the salt mine, lake Königssee, Jenner (mountain), Eagle's Nest and not to mention the documentation on the Obersalzberg (e.g. underground passages to the houses of the Nazis),Wimbachklamm, Almbachklamm (gorges), Ramsau etc.

The family is really friendly. A vacation is can only be recommended! we are coming every year gladly again. it is a very family-friendly guest house, the very hard to satisfy their guests. the hotel is located in one dream location. read more
