We arrived yesterday from our dream vacation in Kenya returned. It was the best holiday ever, although we at the start had doubts, that Kenya the high demands would, since we already beautiful places in the south africa saw.

Also 2012 spent i again the nicest time of the year ( Kenya vacation) in the Diani cottages of dm-tours. The complex is nor beautiful has become, the plants, shrubs and trees develop their full splendor, Gilbert the gardener is constantly on the cut, so good is the everything. The bungalows are around the large pool built, the great planting everyone has his own empire.
The accommodation is in a perfect condition, no wear phenomena at the buildings, the interior fittings, the furniture is new. The sanitary facilities are also in great condition, the large shower with a glass door ... provided.
I had overnight stay with breakfast booked, wonderful, mornings get up, a round in the pool swim, then the breakfast on the terrace, what Valeri and Mary preparing everything freshly.
The pool is crystal clear, so a clean pool i rarely in a hotel see, he is not chlorinated, the clothes stink not after bathing.

Have just returned from our 18-day Kenya holiday in Diani Cottages and have to say that it was one of the most beautiful vacations we have ever had!
In Kenya even worked out of the pick-up in Nairobi to shuttle bus the plane back. We are not average tourists and love the individual and especially the proximity to the locals. Who similarly thinks, for the Diani-Cottages exactly the right thing!
Denis, Gilbert. Mery and Salim are a operating together team and organize everything. Denis is a very nice man the like recommendations or suggestions on request also everything individually and ... perfectly organized
The food:, wether breakfast ( prepared with a lot of care) or dinner, was every time simply delicious!
For the daily cleaning of the pool, of the estate, the laundry and of the hotel has Denis well catered for, apart from that we have by the pool the magnificent tranquility enjoyed.
The shopping center with supermarket, bank, shops and restaurants is in immediate proximity
The houses was this year renovated, everything new painted and the furnishing has been renewed, the real salvation hasteth is however the new glass shower stall super plush a great idea!
The 6-day private safari was excellent organized and a very good price ( Cottages and safari -special Tariff). Also we are very thankful for this. In the Indian ocean with the wonderful, often deserted beach we found very nice. The sunsets are wonderful and the best of the comfortable beach bar ( Fourty Thievs ) with a glass of wine-)
For us wonderful was the access to the Kenyans! Gilbert and Salim showed us different villages and schools and told of the living conditions of the people. From the friendliness and warmth us a foreign opposite we were very impressed. Especially liked it the children.
In summary we can say, that we our vacation very enjoyed and all individual traveler would recommend. We are thankful on this way again thank most warmly Denis and rosy and cottages-team Gilbert, Mary and Salim. We are definitely coming again! read more

The diani cottages on the south coast of Kenya are brilliantly located. There are 6 small house and in the middle there is a large swimming pool.
The way to the beach is not far from the complex and good to reach on foot. I booked the half board and the food from the restaurant brought. All days I the food super good. The staff las me each desire from the eyes. With discretion and friendliness the team I felt approximately over well. Mr Moser came every day and looked, whether his guests went well.
The rooms are big and ... spacious with a fan and mosquito net equipped. Although, there was not any Mosquitoes.
A fridge made for cold drinks. If you want, can also be cooked self service. There is a gas stove available. Sometimes visit the monkeys and see, if you something to eat to find. As my bananas and my bread stolen. I would again at any time my beach vacation in the diani cottages spend. The Diani cottages are an oasis to get some rest and relax.

We were our DM tours organized Flugsafari in the Maasai Mara to diani cottages. It is a small secure had many vacation homes, which I in Kenya had not expected. Our once a vacation home to rent was exactly the right thing.
we have the 2011 holidays Resort dining and bar areas were Denis thrilled by this wonderful new area. The 6 houses directly at a wonderful pool with sun loungers and a dreamlike laid out very well maintained garden. There are 4 small houses for 2 people and 2 large with 2 separate bedrooms. The houses are very large and commodious. Denis is every day a few time and ask each guest, whether everything reasonable is.

A small hotel for families under German management. The cottages consist of 6 houses, for 4 people and 2 for 4 people 2. the complex is in a really excellent technical condition. Everything is very well maintained and very clean.
for us was important a clean, clean and centrally located to have. All the fulfilled the diani cottages. This is not a five star hotel, but a informally run area. But that is exactly what we were looking for and have found.

We stayed at this vacation the first time no hotel and agree, that much better Choice was, to relax. We had day and night our privacy in our small, very clean bungalow and a large comfortable terrace with a large fluffy sofa, couch and sitting area. Breakfast and dinner were always very good. The diani cottages are definitely recommendable:
beautiful new area, beautiful, clean pool, beautiful garden. The rooms and kitchen are well equipped and large. A special delicacy the cottage my cell phone and the rentable Surf-Stick.
had the cottage to wall/ street now, the traffic didn't bother us (you can hear hardly), since one is anyway because of the monkeys (one goes to East Africa because of the nature!) is awake.
in the area you had really peace and however is centrally located to all: small supermarket on the other Roadside, for 20 ksh with the Matatu in 5 minutes to ... the next bigger. The beach is only about 3 to 4 minutes on foot to reach.

We were 14 days in the cottages and had nothing to complain about. An especially positive impression and the friendliness of the staff we had the half board option and were really very satisfied with the food. In the morning, breakfast is served on the terrace and the dinner was also always very delicious and varied. We were very disappointed with the diani cottages. They are very well equipped, but are located directly on the main road. From early morning to five hours honking buses lawn, Safari cars and taxis with a high speed past. As also helps the wall has not led. The way to the beach is dirty and you feel the way not sure. We had no privacy, because the houses are close to each other and the boss of the resort the whole time yelling at the staff. the complex was opened in May. We were the first guests in our House. Everything was very clean and decently furnished. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff made an effort is however overwhelmed with so many things. However, we must not forget, we were the first to say for the sake of fairness.
the complex itself is not direct at the beach. There are approximately 250 meters to this.
you can a defined area at the beach use, but looks but on a wall and not on the beautiful Indian ocean. Beach chairs-none! Without the locked area it is however ... not, as you otherwise the incredible strenuous and is at the mercy of obtrusive beach boys.
the complex itself, is right behind one main street. Because of the constant noise from a motor driving by buses, Truck and cars for me was the stay not tolerable, and so we changed the hotel which was no problem. We were assured, the a noise barrier it is planned. But why this was not the first built?
