Now the third time in this hotel the summer vacation and it were every time the expectations fulfilled. Value for money absolutely great! Very helpful staff, small but fine breakfast buffet ( especially Croissants every 2. day), short distance to the beach about 4 minutes, very good and above all affordable bar right next to the hotel ( Aperol gas for about 1 €cheaper than comparable bars). read more

A very nice family friendly hotel. The owner is very hard, its guests the stay as nice as possible. The pool is rather small, but always very clean. To the beach it was about .150 meter The rooms are all furnished practically and were also cleaned every day. We found our great holiday and will book this hotel again. read more

For two beach (= 1 night) days I had my 5-year old niece with a junior suite with breakfast booked. The choice for breakfast was adequate-from panettone sausage, coffee, juices and fruit was available. Positive: private parking, check-in at eleven o'clock possible 30, proximity to the beach, small but clean pool, ; separation from the sleeping area by folding door; negative: old furniture, contrary to tender No mini bar, small bathroom, musty smell in the breakfast room, breakfast not covered terrace. For 1 night it was okay; price-performance ratio was not for me. read more

We are now about to 20. Every year in the summer only to abbazia and travels still fantastic. The waiter and waitresses and the staff is very nice and you can have a drink with them, talk or play games.
the rooms are very good air-conditioned and they are very comfortable.
The city in the centre is very nice for shop or free time to enjoy. Very funny are also common trips vierrädigen tandems or wheels.
The luna park (by car reachable is very cool as evening trip)
There are many restaurants. For example, there is a very recommendable pizzeria ... in pineta. When it rained all of a sudden, got about 5-10 employees at the pizzeria all tables from outside and they provided a fresh air rich in opened winter garden.
The mosquitos and the furnishings in the room of hotel highly recommendable and again and again nice to be there. Best Regards read more

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It will be perfect German spoken. The hotel has a parking area and a small parking garage. The pool is always clean although he is located in the heart of Pinnien. The beach is within walking distance. Umbrella and beach chairs are included in the room rate. Children are welcome throughout the hotel. In front of the hotel befiendet a small playground. The rooms are not very spacious and functional. All in all I think a good value for money. For us it was a very beautiful holiday. read more

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. We had two beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach were included. On our departure day but unfortunately didn't have any sunbeds anymore. It has its own parking lot behind the hotel. Each room has a balcony, as far as we could tell overlooking the pool, or the rear of the hotel overlooking the pine forest. Vis a vis, there are an ice cream parlor, a small market, souvenir shops, and nearby there are some pizzerias. The main shopping area it was about 10 minutes walk from the hotel ..., so it is rather quiet despite the shops around, because the shopping mall is a little bit away, which we found very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and hard-working. We booked directly with the hotel a trip to Venice, we recommend ( Venice by day and by night). The grounds were from in-house gardeners maintained. changed everyday you the hand towels and beach towels, which we did not found when necessary. The rooms are not modern, but functional ( small table with seating, double bed in which we were able to get to sleep, shower with toilet and bidet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, safe and balcony). There is a small elevator, the hotel has 4 floors, we stayed on the third floor. Floor. If it was on the 4th Floor balconies, we couldn't say this was are disagreeable from the outside. The pool was always very clean, you could eat from 09:00 11:00 pm to use. Breakfast was served from 07:30 to?10:30? hours. There was toast, small rolls, butter, jam, whole wheat bread, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, fruit salad from a tin, every 2. Day they had hot croissants with Marmeladefüllung, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. etc. We can recommend this hotel and will definitely go back there again! read more

The location is quite central. A small store, an ice cream shop, and a café are in the immediate vicinity. To the beach and shopping are about five minutes. I recommend your vacations a little quieter wishes to address in the evening in the shopping street, there was a at the beginning of the street a big place where plays live music every day. Otherwise to the hotel, the staff is very friendly and speaks perfect german! Breakfast is up to Italian standard. Room are old furnished but ok and clean. read more

The hotel is very well maintained and in a very good condition. Our room was newly updated with a Lamminatboden, the bathroom fully tiled. The staff is very friendly and speaks perfect English. Only the choice of dishes was more moderate. There were three menus to choose from in the evening, but the main course was always "schnitzel" in all different kinds of variations. The garden incl. pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The hotel has its own beach area point 15 Similarly, the about 150 meters from the hotel. Walk to the main shopping street maximum of three ... minutes. Overall, I can recommend this hotel. read more
