Gloria Hotel Dubai^{(4 stars)}

Were for 5 days in the Gloria Hotel. Room super, furniture have light signs of usage however not worth mentioning. The bathroom was in a worse condition, that should be renovated. Stayed on the 29 floor. With the window closed the street noise was barely audible. Have in the hotel only had breakfast, this was super! Links brilliant, only 50 meters from the metro. We agreed, we book this hotel again would, but with our families. For a city break the hotel is a good choice. read more

I have to say i really liked the hotel! I am arrived very early and had to unfortunately almost 5 hours on my hotel room wait which was very annoying after a long flight but after i my room got had everything folded and i have to say the hotel is a wonderful and with a super easy access to public transportation! It was a great short trip and all my friends this hotel anytime again recommend! read more

The hotel has all because of its kategoriesierung given expectations. For tourists is the direct proximity to metro a large advantage. The suite with a view of the sea was very comfortable, the view from the higher floors on the palm island is very nice. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful. Special praise the concierge for the perfect support when booking a trip to Abu Dhabi. The food at the buffet breakfast and dinner was varied and of a very good quality. We had the Gloria Hotel to the turn of the year 2012/2013 for one week including breakfast and of the many positive reviews somewhat guided. Overall we were satisfied though our hotelerwartungen at a 4 star deluxe hotel a bit higher. Our deduction in the assessment is also due to the fact, that the Gloria was fully booked. Near more than 1:00 international guests, is little room for individuality and constant attention, although the staff always friendly and was very hard. The hotel was despite the hotel being fully booked mostly pleasant quiet and so were never noise in ... the hallways, etc. In the night's sleep disturbed. A bit unpleasant, but not really disturbing, the permanently, constant noises of the cooling units, the on the roof of the neighboring building continuously in use are. With closed balcony doors, were the noise but barely noticeable. For these masses, clearly too small dimensioned breakfast room, was hectic and quite loud particularly at the time between 09:00 until 10:30 o'clock. The quality of the breakfast itself was absolutely okay. If you little to no expectations a good coffee sets. A very good hotel near the Dubai Marina, mall, the Emirates and souk mandita. All other attractions are either with the metro or taxi easy to reach. We should consider but, the drive to deira with the metro depending on the station up to 40 minutes Slow. A day pass costs circa 3,50 Euro and is also famous for the connection buses valid. The hotel was really nice even if the autobahnähnliche highway right on the hotel past. There is no construction nearby. The metro station is opposite the hotel. Here one comes very well to the mall's and in the evening still good in the dubai mall to pass some time while in moscow. An extra praise goes to the kitchen. The hotel lies directly at the subway station Dubai internet city and for us ideal. 2 stops to great Marina/port and 2 stations to Emirates Mall. We had an apartment on the 31. floor with a great view on the palm island. The staff are very nice and helpful. Some also spoke german. The breakfast was ok but not too varied. The coffee terrible. To the lifts you had to not very long wait. In the pool is very warm water. We found the hotel for the inspection of Dubai a ideal location. Especially recommendable is a visit to the ...
