A smaller, neuwertiges, very gepflegtges hotel with spacious clean rooms and wundeschönem bathroom (walk-in large shower with a glass division). We had still another couch in the room. Staff very quick and always friendly and always make an effort, special requests to fulfill. Already the reception was very nice, we were the last time for christmas since and are now in march 03 still time for 10 days there, again the same room receive, really great! The whole around was excellent (restaurant, food, and so on. At this time were very lots of older people ( singles and couples ) ..., but also younger couples. We (mother 62 years, daughter 28 years) only very met nice people and a lot of fun mgehabt. We would definitely go again, i definitely had my kegeldamen a week in oktobr 2013. This house is can only be recommended! read more

The Port Side is a wonderful relaxing hotel. From the friendly front desk: 'we expected!' The friendly nature of all staff, the soft music, the size of the hotel and the room we were thrilled. Also the universe inclusive achievements were to our expectations more than good, for example fischabende, turkish evenings, fine on late-night. There were all sorts of guests there, young families with small children, solo travellers, of course, also pensioners as we, a pleasant mixture. read more

This modern resort hotel (built in 2011) has 208 different rooms (double rooms, family rooms, etc.) And spread over 3 buildings, all connected with one another are. The size of the hotel is the absolute plus, you can get everywhere very quickly, everything is easy to reach. To the very high quality facilities include a stylish and elegant, with much attention to detail designed lobby with reception, enough seating, lifts and wi-fi (was included), and buffet with terrace, 3 à la carte restaurants, turkish, italian and fish, bars, a small patisserie, a 'game center', internet cafe, conference rooms, a ... cinema with abwechselndem program, a disco, several shops, such as, clothes handbags and shoes, a small 'super mart', a jeweler, a great hairdresser and the medical service (by the hour). Another thing, it makes a very familiar impression, and is in great condition. Was have booked all inclusive. Guest structure while we were there 93% germans, 5% turks and 1% belgian/dutch and 1 Poland. Luckily has this hotel no contracts with the otherwise well-known bullies.     We had a family room (3112), with a view on the pool and a little sea view. It was neo-classical functional decorated. To us it made a new and high quality and was spotless clean impression. A star more! The absolute best are the beds, up to now (after 24 Turkey holidays from Rixos-, until Voyage-, Aydinbey- and delphingruppe ) unbeaten super. Gorgeous sleep guaranteed, also here a extrastern for the beds. The furniture was all in the perfect and almost new condition. The wardrobe has also deserves the name, finally times square. In all 24 türkeiaufenthalten we have never had such a herzige, love and helpful guest carer had. The hotel is new and therefore in good condition. For a 5 stars hotel with indoor swimming pool, we had at least bathrobes expected without fee! The food was not very varied and mostly only lukewarm. But there was a microwave to 'nachwärmen'. Christmas buffet was very good, new year's eve menu not stunning. Hotel staff very attentive and friendly, including waiters. Cleanliness exceptional. The hotel was until the beginning of 2011 opened. A better evidence for great service, delicious food, etc. It can not at all give!-) I the hotel can really warmly recommend. The service and the friendliness the staff is excellent, the food delicious and diverse, the rooms are with 32 meters ² beautiful large, modern furnished and the bathroom features a ... huge, walk-in shower. The hotel is new and therefore in good condition. Unfortunately lag our room in the house above the lobby bar. By the open architecture is a former sleep almost impossible, as it is very noisy. The lobby bar is located directly in the hallway from the reception to the elevators... Schaulaufen. The staff are very friendly and tried very hard. The pool was in the conference room instead. The room was completely too crowded and poorly ventilated. The food in the à-la-carte-restaurant is very recommendable. But also here it was rather noisy. read more

The Port Side is a new hotel with very well maintained ambience. The always friendly staff speaks throughout german and is very helpful. The rich and tasty buffet leaves nothing to the imagination, and offers something for everyone. Unfortunately we had a bit bad luck with the weather, and could the außenbeich little benefit. However in the spa area and the indoor pool with pleasant 27.5 °c water temperature we could the rainy days enjoy. Our summary, the hotel really is recommendable. read more

We were for the first time in a smaller hotel and were pleasantly surprised... During the whole stay we were always very friendly, polite and courteous, From the 'entire staff' treated. Small desires or complaints were 'immediately' taken care of. The rooms are big. The shower ground floor... Every day everything was thoroughly cleaned. In no hotel have we slept so well... Box spring beds, excellent high to lay down and get up. Which christmas and new year's eve is... We can only say ' kudos' the logiestik is only to admire. Thank you again at the entire team! read more

    Nice big room, we had a view to the pool, large cabinet... Hangers were still yours, mini bar daily with water filled up (something else we do not have drunk) restaurant is however also by the tour operator dependant. Kettle with coffee, tea was available. Is also refilled daily... As noted 'great beds'. We had (room 2308) an extra couch with a table and of course a flat screen tv on the wang hanging.

    Main restaurant used by us: Selection mostly good... Fischabende... Turkish evenings... Always well seasoned and very good arranged. To 2 days you had/mrs our drinks... Already noticed. If you what drink. A tip we very gladly. A small downside was... They had problems with the warming trays... But it was not a microwave available... That means not all of this was only warm. What emphasized should be... If the weather was good... Was also always outside set. One/woman has just comfortable.

    Mostly was the complete staff speak german. Friendliness' super' Room cleaning as i have already mentioned 'very good' Dealing with complaints excellent. Doctor 'thank god' not needed. Child care as far as we can tell was given.

    No sport... Beach bar was with good weather open and just everything still new. Pool with good bet... Were also drinks. Such as coffee, water Cola etc. Serves. One/woman could but also a bit from the streetside get. The animation was 'very good ', it was very much and also well done... Can only say 'my small green apple'... Only the tj should be replaced (sleeping pill). Otherwise a a great team.

    Distance to the beach is... A few -minute walk. Shpoppin in a few -minute walk, we are usually to Kumköy walking... Whether over promenade and beach... Or streets. About minutes (everyone goes differently) to reach. Also the Dolmuş stop was the nearby.

Despite mixed weather fourteen wonderful days in the Port Side Resort spent. Big part of that had the complete staff, from toilettenmann, to the manager. Friendliness, language skills, helpfulness and diligence are in this hotel capitalized. Especially mrs hotel is göcmes from the front desk we want to mention, always friendly and tried every guest rechtzumachen. The cleanliness in the whole hotel is excellent, whether in the restaurant, room or other facilities for disabled guests. One of the highlights the restaurant is. Presentation, variety and taste of the food are very good. We would like to the complete staff praise. ... It tuned simply everything. Room and bathroom are large and modern, particularly the huge shower, loved it. We have rarely had so much storage space for the occupants to find. The feel-good factor in the Port Side Resort is so large, that we in march 2013 will again book. read more

We were 1 week in the Hotel Port Side, beginning december 2012. Everything fit perfectly. Not only a normal welcome, but just a city tour with explanation the sights. Free of charge!. The buffet is well balanced and rich, us it tasted super. The staff are see very attentive and drinks come promptly. Everything also very clean. Small gym, right but, and a wellness area with hammam, sauna and turkish-we used several times, great! Our room was huge and in top condition. The environment is ideal for walks and excursions. Over the beach circa 9 kilometer to side and back ... with the Dolmuş. And much more. Shopping on the markets. And and. The value for money was for us very well. And if there was anything to improve then as i-tüpfelchen - fresh squeezed orange juice ( oranges are always there) - at the day of departure we got a lunch box for in the morning at 2 o'clock, very good, but it doesn't, at the airport i must immediately give back in control. So better a coffee and rolls in the hotel, this would have been enough. Thanks to the entire team of the hotel, it was a great vacation! read more
