    Complaint about the defective heating in our first room was not taken serious! One placed a heater into the room. These we gave back and asked for a room with functioning heating. There were none in our price range, so we should be higher for the more expensive room. These we declined, but without our approval in the evening again a heater before, the us the sleep robbed. Exasperated we wanted the next day to leave, however, we were a room with heating offered. On the day of departure we got the bill with the surcharge präsenteirt with the hint, you would have been loss... No apology or compensation for the 'corrupt' day.

For the umpteenth time we made a beautiful family vacation in the gewรผrzmรผhle. For professional reasons this time in the autumn at the end of the summer season. The child care was again the hit, the our son in the age (4 years) is, where he already self-employed will be able to attend. Thus we had also personally more space and could relax well. For our younger (0.5) years was immediately a crib made available and 'wise' we were with the three-quarters guest house very well looked after. Through the more cooler temperatures in the autumn, was the outside ... pool unfortunately already closed, but we, and the gear already at home left. The warmer clothes was very helpful, because the snow was already in advance-) all together again beautiful and we look forward to next times read more

We have 2 wonderful weeks gewรผrzmรผhle spent. The child care when Hilli (Weekdays ) was great, the parents could just do nothing. Hilli has managed, a five-and a eleven-year-old alike to inspire. The organized fishing was wonderful. The food was varied, delicious and in any case enough. We have only once created, from the offer ' if one wanted more, could in any case nachbestellen' use to make. The free time- and excursions in the area are very varied. read more

A very family-friendly, creative and attentive host-team. We had great weather and it was therefore a 'almost' -perfect holiday. The' families' -hike with Mrs D. is really recommendable. For young and old an alternative route. In any case it is possible a bicycle to lend and this can also drive well. Also the Angel-trip is very recommendable and Mr D. stands with advice and act to page. During dinner were also in any case menu-changes accepted and the food was very varied; even for vegetarians. The outside area is very beautifully built and there is many beautiful corners to relax. ... Disturbing we found the kinderangebot from 20 o'clock, because if außenug ( hotel-offer = Hilly ) at the child a strong demand is produced, is the parental argument' it is however Schlafenszeit' difficult to enforce. In our opinion it should not each evening a child program type, but 1-2 evenings would be completely adequate. read more

The gewรผrzmรผhle made a very successful family vacation possible! The family room with connecting door are very lots of space. The breakfast buffet ranged from bread and rolls, muesli and dried fruits, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, many brotauftrich to the fruit salad. With three main courses for choice during dinner plus special kid finds to each something after its taste. Thanks to the ponies, the indian tepee, and a large lawn to soccer games come girls and boys equally to your costs as long as the parents coffee and cake from the hikes and excursions in the great environment ... relax. The gewรผrzmรผhle has a beautiful garden with small pond, wonderful playground, riding school and simply huge lots of space, not to forget the two sun terraces and the shower. For cleanliness is in the entire place respected. We enjoyed the three-quarters guest house very and needed additionally as good as nothing. It were this year like last year very many germans and very few austrian guests, mainly were families with children since, both parents as grandparents. read more

    We had a room with vierbetten and we had plenty of space. Even a small terrace we had. That the rooms friendly but not hyper modern§1 designed, is for us completely ok. Two washbasin were quite nice.

    The breakfast leaves no wishes for this category open: muesli, various cereals, dried fruit, scrambled egg, soft egg, sausage, cheese, spreads, marmelade, honey, nutella, rolls, bread, toast, Croissant, fruit, vegetables. From the breakfast you can buy a hiking snacks are, what we really great find, like the snacks that is all! In the afternoon there were cakes, even pancakes! Also the dinner meals were quite more delicious, one searches in the early the main course (three) from, soup, salad, appetizer from the buffet in/out privileges, the dessert. Delicious were the salads! The cleanliness of the restaurant was also very good, the nudelabend good, if also not so our taste, pasta could have been more al dente be, but it is matter of taste. The beverages have normal price. The juice bar for children during the day is also really great!

    The hotel is very down to earth run, everyone tried, that all feel comfortable. Mrs D. returns always gladly wndertipps. Especially let us emphasise but probably hilly, with her calm special type the children cared for. Our girls (9, almost 7) want each offer use, whether with ponies or without. Which I especially guess is, that the children very much in the open move and not played are. You get suggestions and proposals, must itself act! The rooms are always clean cleaned, the soft toy our younger again and again lovingly new to bed set.

    The gewรผrzmรผhle is inmiten of nature, that means very lots of possibilities the recreation. The common excursions are really recommendable, you don't have to worry about anything, the children find right friends... The fishing excursion it is great fun! That the entry in the outdoor pool was included, we could this year use, which also right great was. Wi-fi also works quite well, we were lucky, because our room very close to the front desk lag, we had perfect connection...

    The hotel lies at the edge of radstadt. To the center you go approximately 15 to 20 minutes you can directly from the hotel walk, bike, hiking... Shops ( Billa, hofer, dm, kik, intersport) are in 2 to 5 minutes reachable.

This hotel is especially for the price families with pre-school children, but also smaller children their moneys worth. The comfortable small hotel is privately run and offers a very personal service. The food is very good and you can in the hotel and the great large garden only comfortable. On weekdays there is for children in the afternoon ( Pferdepflege and horse riding, but no tuition) and evenings ( play, night walks) hourly care. Smaller children should be accompanied by a adults his. Otherwise has the garden a playground and a football pitch. We were now the second time there ... and are definitely coming again! read more
