Construction site south from the hotel, rooms in this direction 24 hours construction noise, despite really good balcony door. The road traffic noise, through the 'walk' haunts is almost completely weggehalten. This 3 suns decrease. The hotel is quite large, 9 floors and long hallways. The condition was very clean Wlan was nearby the reception free of charge, in the room 10 Dollar per hour. Guests came from all over the world. read more

    Rooms are large with seating area. Huge bed. Large flat screen tv and the possibility of plenty of devices to plug in. Usb charging station which also turned off tv worked. Good air conditioning. Coffee and tea free of charge, 2 small bottles of water per day also. Minibar fully, but expensive.

    Three restaurants. Quality and quantity (buffet) very good. Quality à la carte even better, quantity a little tight. Constantly at the buffet every detail being cleaned. The food was more european. There was also pork and an organic part at the buffet. Aufgelockertes main restaurant, very pleasant to sit. Additional costs of course expensive. Upgrade from overnight stay with breakfast half board cost before place about 22 Euro per person and day. Since we are not in the waste gases on the road to eat wanted to have we it tested and then booked.

    Pool available. Large gym with top equipment and free weights Couches and shade at the beach without limits, however very close together. Friday it was very busy, at the other days you had 2-3 beach chairs per person. Towel service available. There were towels for the large and fully intact beach chairs.

    Directly on its own beach. To the airport 1 hour Metro station about 15 minutes. Restaurants without limits immediately around the corner. For us the ideal base for exploring Dubai, including palme /Atlantis. Bathing was possible, if we were not on was.

Comfortable and well situated hotel on jumeira beach! Price achievement tune and the traffic connections also to the nearby metro station was convenient. The walk, the promenade, is on the doorstep and ensures that change to the hotel life. Nice rooftop restaurant with a good view on the long beach. The garden between hotel and beach Is very well-kept and comfortable. read more

Everything inside of the hotel was perfect. Unfortunately was the beach in comparison to our first visit 11 years not more in the same condition. All of mussels and torn down corals. The building sites left and right of the hotel (one of these 24 hour) were not really good. read more

The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, it was the only hotel in Dubai/Jumeira Beach a private beach with chairs and parasols. We felt very good there and only two minor complaints. The 'please do not disturb-sign on the door has been ignored. The staff has then Not the room cleaned, but just rung or called, when one cleaning should. But unfortunately was then just sleep in not longer possible. We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner (both in the form of buffet) were in the range and delicious. But ... if you go for lunch, had decided, there was daily only between 4 different hors-d'oeuvres, 3 main courses and 3 desserts to choose from. This card was not changed. As we prefer lunch and in the evening usually ate out, it was very monotonous. But overall we can recommend this hotel! read more

The hotel seems in comparison its rear ' enjoyed ' very small, however truthfully is the okay. One notices but, that it is already a little bit older. Cleaned really every day, there are nothing at all to complain about! You feel really well! What i didnt like that pleased, are generally these runtergekühlten rooms, which really wasn't pleasant. Free wi-fi in the lobby free, only one must there 24 hours again renew (on the internet page the wifi) you can but also actually every staff, the in the lobby excellent shopping options, questions, whether it will be shut down. ... Very gladly.-) read more

    The rooms were okay. There is fresh water, a coffee maker with coffee/tea and different in the minibar. We had two rooms booked, a with a large double bed and one with two large double beds.

    We were for breakfast always at the buffet. One had wide choice, from fresh waffles/pancakes, to eggs to toast, fresh fruit etc. Everything your heart desires. The last two days very outside at the pool set, but i think only, because any manager Germany there was, the suggestions presented. (we used times bit rude mitgelauscht...) No 5 minutes later, everything was done. First wanted the servierdame not leave, when my mother then but the chef de service asked, was the not a problem at all. I believe, one must only a little stupfen, then everything is possible. One evening we were in the restaurant on the 9. floor. The food was adorable! Can only be recommended! My parents had a whole fish salt-crusted ordered. One had to wait a bit, but it was then presented as the königkreich. One felt really always in good hands! Tips are in the hotel included. Usually 10% of the total price. We have but nevertheless still somewhat nor should there. Because we only booked breakfast had, we were at the end the week still with additional costs of approximately chf 1' 000-per person for food etc. It is just a bit together. Also for the excursions, we were also in the Burj Al Arab at the dinner, the really is very recommendable, has but also its price!

    The staff is almost overly friendly. ;-) No, was very ok. The foreign languages are manageable. But without english i would anyway not to Dubai enter. The room was always super tidy and cleaned! Only not always at the same time. I recommend a room at the back of the hotel to take. Currently is on the left and right each a construction site and the noise you can hear the rear as well as not at all. From time to time you can hear one or two cars, the must show what you have. ;-)

    The beach was always clean (provided the guests not their essensabfälle left, which i personally an isolence think, because everywhere bins were set up.) Also the water was clear and you could depending on the time of day really swim out very far and also still far outside is possible. On friday and on saturday were huge waves! I would so the whole week need to be... But the rest of the week was quiet (especially mornings). In the afternoon were already ehner waves, but not large. As i have already mentioned, are the loungers really very close together, which i personally not at all pleased.

    The location is really top! The beach is directly at the hotel. Only. The chairs at the beach are very close together. I found the a great shame! The beach is besides that in good condition, very recommendable! The loungers are also already a bit older! If you have an early to the beach is, you but also the opportunity, that you get a beach chair in the first row remains. ☺ early. The hotel is located at famous' the walk '. There are tons of cafes, shops, etc. I can recommend the restaurant 'the butcher shop & grill ', i am really nobody where meat abroad eats, but the rindsfilet since. The was wonderful! Can only be recommended! Room actually at any time. Also, you can in the evening many hours spend, the beautiful and rassigen cars of the locals to look at. Really a great thing! Transport from the airport to the hotel was well organized. It was only another hotel route, so that the transport also not all too long was. You could already on the trip from the airport to the hotel many attractions to see.

All together very nice. The hotel is very clean, the beach a dream. The food is varied and very good. One has disturbed me a lot in the bathroom in the bathtub showers. As i am a allergy to hair shampoo it was impossible for me hair to wash, also not in the washbasin as i was long hairs have. I complained at the front desk and the promised me to do something. As i evening to the hotel back came, i saw that nothing in relation to my problem was done! I then complained again. Then late evenings i ... was such a 1 liter plastic cup inds bathroom provided, i then to some extent with a lot of effort and stress my hair wash could. I was also a bit disappointed, because i did not the 1. time in Dubai and this solution for me very primitive was! In Europa i had the problem, here was however a handheld shower in the bathroom and so the problem done. But since everything else in this hotel was great, i have over looked away. That is however for me a reason not anymore this hotel to come! read more

Located in the best Dubai area for sea, beach and relaxing,, the hotel is probably not the most fancy one and modern but it s indeed on the right spot in Jumeirah, near to MArina Bay , restaurant and so on ! I received an upgrade on executive floor, room so indeed i was more the happy with my room. Breakfast at the lounge and rink are more than satisfactory and staff is friendly. No doubts my choice for my next stay in Dubai read more

Hotel with very nice ambience - the employees are all friendly and extremely helpful - very nice beach section; sea super clean-my security there to prevent ' fremdtourismus' enough shade, loungers and fresh towels, both in the pool-, as well as in the beach area. Breakfast buffet really great and diverse, from hot to cold with frischkochstationen -so everything your heart desires is also there. A daily bread of the day, and at least 6-7 additionally sorts. Room functional and very spacious. Location of the hotel in the middle of the Jumeira Beach and next to the flaniermeile unique anyway. ... Subway station in 5 minutes reachable and convenient to all major points in Dubai. read more

It was our third stay in the Hilton beach Resort. As always was in the hotel everything perfect. But since the guests of the Hilton Dubai jumeira residence the beach and the loungers use may, is the beach totally overcrowded. There are now more than 50-60% russians in the hotel. ( all to behavior know). But: to the left and right next to the hotel are now 2 sites, we can therefore construction noises at the beach to be expected. All together the stay was very nice, but we will only stay here again if the construction next door is ... completed. read more

Breakfast super, dinner ok. Pool super cool. Meals drinks outside the booked catering very expensive. The best a little higher category the room book, if you want a walk-in shower and a better view from the balcony want. read more

Great, clean hotel with always friendly and helpful staff. We were in the side building the so-called residence building. The paths to the main pool and to the beach were small street by the main building within easy reach. In the residence there is a private restaurant where the meal times the half-board guests are served. The food was in any case very tasty only with the variety the meals we would have liked a bit more choice. read more

Great hotel for relaxing and a good starting point everything to explore. The staff at the hotel is always very concerned everything to our satisfaction and also ask always, whether one which could improve. The beach is well taken care of and it is also always paid attention, that also guests from the Hilton there have their place. Since very few hotels with directly at the beach gives, the chairs and screens have. The food is really good. The dinner in the evening could be a little variety. Quality but always very good. The rooms but could a renovation endure ..., as seems like the ravages of time. In the all in all but absolutely recommendable for a stay in Dubai and fantastic for relaxing. read more

Relatively small hotel on Jumeira Beach. Since the 38 °c warm sea unfortunately no cooling offered, moved many hotel guests the somewhat cooler pool, the for the size offered are quickly occupied. The pool is definitely too small for the number of guests. The types of people are international with mostly german, english and russian. At the check-in we had large surprise. We arrived at 08:00 o'clock in the hotel at, They told us we can only around 12:00 hours our room refer, We should want to have breakfast we have 25, -€ pay extra, as our half ... board only at 12:00 o'clock begin. For our booked room with a view of the street wanted the hotel 800,-€ deposit (a lot of money when you are on such a sum on the 1. day not prepared and home ' vorsorgt'). When our eyes to reality always bigger were, we agreed to 300, -€ deposit. At the end of our stay we found out, that the deposited money to the final bill a drink is used. Furthermore us for 60, -€ per person and night a room with seaview offered, which for 9 nights again about 1200, -€ would have meant. To 2 hours wait in the lobby we asked angrily after our room and suddenly apologized the german-speaking receptionist and offered us a room with seaview free of charge. A customer service in a Hilton Hotel and additionaly in Dubai one imagines the 1st day something else before. read more

    The rooms were big enough. However the bathroom was a bit small. Disappointing were rather many little things like a shower curtain in the bathtub and carpet in the sleeping area. We have a Hilton-room with a view of the sea expected more. Air conditioning was okay, exactly like the cleanliness. 4 german tv programs ARD, ZDF, RTL, RTL II

    We only used the Oceana, however, the à-la-carte bice restaurant also non guests popular. The food was very tasty. For breakfast there was an extra ' schweinestation' with boiled ham, bacon and sausages. The dinner stood every day under another issue the repeated weekly. Big minus: Drinks are absolutely overpriced. For a can of Cola/Fanta 0,33 liter (costs in the nearby located supermarket 0,25 Euro) you may require in Hilton 5,-€, for a 1 liter bottle of san benedetto mineral water 10, -€! Here is 1l of water really more expensive than 1 litre of oil for 0,30 Euro

    Service staff in the Oceana (buffet ) very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was satisfactory. Because of the different debate of the english language in the employees (vietnamese, pakistani, phillippiner ) it came from time to time small understanding problems, what was however not further bad.

    A booking of half board would be almost not necessary, as it is only a stone's throw away away from the hotel there are all restaurants with culinary delights in the entire world. To Dubai Marina Mall it was about 15 minutes walk, To Emirates Mall 20 minute taxi ride away and about 8 €costs, To Dubai Mall circa 35 minute taxi ride away (depending on traffic) and about 10 €costs.

Very good location right by the sea and purchase-mall, you see from the hotel the artificial laid out Palm Island. Very good hotel with great service ( also at the beach)! Very nice and clean hotel with manicured garden-pool area and hotel's own beach section. Some the employees from Germany. Otherwise they understood everywhere English. Also at the beach quick and friendly service. No matter where you need to walk/drive, everywhere friendly, helpful people. A country without fear in dark streets, crime rate 0.00. One can be mobile phone/tablet computers/budget etc. By the pool/ hotel or at the beach ... and it remains beach chairs! It is both during the day, as well as at night very hot! Also the ( very nice, clear, türkisene ) sea water is very, very warm. Only in the pool you will find a cooling. Hotel and all restaurants and shopping centers somewhat too strong air-conditioned. Where other your go on excursions ( Dubai-Marina), because you are. One runs out of the hotel, over the street, on a bridge and already is one in Marina ( new Dubai). We are the whole Marina passed through, really very nice and recommendable! There you can take a boat or Yachttour make. A supermarket is right nearby (24 hours open). PS: at the check-in you have a' deposit' leave, a credit card would be an advantage. read more

I was with a girlfriend in Dubai. Hotel, friendliness of the staff, very good food. Itself at the front desk was mostly someone there, the Germans spoke. Me personally the cleanliness and the friendliness of people impressed. Apart from that I can only in the positive meaning of say: Dubai is crazy. read more

    The service was very good! Which us on arrival ( mornings at: o'clock)irritated was, that we 600 €as safety deposit should, which we declined. Then only once the mini bar in our room emptied. The next morning we have, through a translator our discontent scope, whereupon one with 200 €was content. The settlement shall be on the final day, payment of cash accounts vexedly in Dirham.

    Private beach with attentive staff. By us merely once used, because it simply too hot was. 40 degrees and high humidity were for us unbearable!
