The value for money of the hotel true in our opinion not. No breakfast buffet, garden was nice but was not well maintained ( tables and loungers were very dirty, had even spider's webs), on wishes of us was not received ( for example you can unfortunately not outside eat. We wanted only a small something order and the garden down to carry, in order to eat there. Was in a very unfriendly tone rejected. )
Positive: view of Schloss Gruyère, peacefully located, near the train station ( it drives per hour a train to Bull or gruyères).

I stayed in the tourism association website Gruyère via this a arrangement ' for 5-7 nights asked (mother with two small children). I have proposed the hotel le chalet get. Service, location and rest were good. The hotel is but certainly no hotel for children (no facilities for playing, small room, it was pointed especially when posting to the family room allocated to me). For 1 night absolutely good. 5 nights stayed too long. read more
