For my stay I was because of the bad Bewetrungen somewhat confused, but we were more than positive surprised. We got a beautiful renovated room with a pool-and view of the sea. The' bedroom' was completely renovated and was very nice, the bathroom was somewhat older, but everything clean and reasonable. The hotel is stop 30-years-old and because there is more modern bathroom, but one does not drive because of the bathroom on vacation. The only thing, that maybe updated could be in the room would be the small anteroom with a closet and Kofferablagefläche, since the cupboard door a ... bit hard and formal and the counter strongly worn out appeared, but apart from that as mentioned room immaculate! We had only booked breakfast and enjoyed the breakfast also very good. In Arab countries, I have usually something problems with the breakfast, but here I was also completely contented! The to the beach -oriented pool area was also very nice. There the sea still 35 degrees and the pool 'only' 29 degrees, we only by the pool anyway one cooling to get. Here one could however mention, that some mosaic stones in the pool time should be replaced, as some already brown or are broken, but they are located especially on the edge of the pool and cloudy the condition not. Only heard the for a five-star hotel not, but there are worse things;-O Shuttle service to the center from Dubai and to Sharjah works perfectly and is really great. We were glad, that we no hotel in Dubai took, but in the suburb. But everybody has to decide for himself. Of course, if you every day in Dubai to spend, then it is not worth it. However this hotel is simply perfect for a combination from beach-and city tours. If we go back to Dubai flying into, then only to this hotel again! read more

We were with a baby and a child in kindergarten in May 2012 in the hotel Radisson Blu in Sharjah. We missed a kindergarten, children's entertainment or at least a children's room/games room. For children there was only the pool and the sea with small castle climbing frame at the beach. In the midday sun you could the children not deal, so was in the room on. For a five stars-stars hotel rather bad. The first truly big room, we were offered was quite dirty, particularly the seating showed traces of sauce and meal remainders and sand. The balcony and ... the balcony furniture was full sand. After complaint we moved to a smaller, but clean room, but without a balcony. The baby crib we got only after asking. The baby crib was free, however if we go for a extra bed extra are charged. We declined and the child lag on ceilings on the floor. On second day I complained when the manager, finally we had with children booked. She gave us the extra bed, without further costs. The pool area was nice and very clean. Good thing is, the sail the pool in some places tail. The breakfast buffet was varied and particularly the dining area with the plants we enjoyed very much. We would recommend the hotel, however 5 stars are it not really. read more

Friendly staff, clean big room. Clean beach when the nearby Shipyard would bother you. Influenced but not go swimming. The carpet in the hallways is in need of renovation. There is also smoking room. If you are not high expectations has, then completely reasonable, from the prices ago. read more

Contrary to the vorliegenen reports, we didn't really bad experiences in this hotel made. It is of course not the newest and the rooms/ bathrooms could be renovated. We had first on the eleventh floor our rooms, then however because ' Geruchsproblemen ' in the ninth floor were changed. This was without problems possible. The question is always, what criterion one uses. For UAE -proportions the hotel is maybe not good enough. But for our value for money full reasonable. Than badehotel only partially recommendable, because of nearby location the shipyard. Pool/ Lawn are OK, places were always abundant. The ... staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The quality and selection of dishes were very good. read more

The biggest hotel in Sharjah - optically a magnet. Is like a big pyramid at the beach. It is now a star hotel advertised, but i'm sure, that it in april 2012 still 5 stars and i also a five star superior document in the lobby hang looked. read more

    We had booked an economy room and received. The rooms were relatively large, which was rather unexpected. I reminded the room a safari-room experience movies from the 70./80. years. Colonial-style, wooden furniture. The condition was poor. Dirty and old carpet, the windows consisted of spezialglas, which supposedly the heat shot, and since eternity not cleaned. This specific glass left no real natural light into the room, there was always twilight. The tv was minutes 20-years-old, this hotel does not do it justice. There was a kettle and nescafé/sachets to welcome. The mini bar was well stocked, we have areas for our own drinks cool. The bathroom was alright, not worth mentioning. Only an old IKEA-Waage i noticed. It was dusty under the sink.

    We had booked half board. The breakfast was better than expected good. The choice was very good and there was always plenty there. Only lacked enough free seats; or but you had to go with 2 persons at a table for 8 sit down. The dinner oriented itself to the guests clientele. Lots of fast food, little food typical of the country. The cleanliness was very high. In Sharjah there is also in the hotels a strict prohibition. Therefore, there was at the dinner only soft drinks. We had the dinner a soft drinks included. Otherwise, there were the drinks in the hotel relatively expensive. The kiosk, ma. 500 meters away, offered drinks cans for about 0,25 Euro. There was some small surprises, like for instance Fanta apple or schweppes soda, which sweetened was.

    The staff at the hotel was so far very friendly, it was speak german. Only the page, which the rooms the luggage brought, was actually the hand and expected a tip. For me a no-go. Then gave it none. The give one if from. The cleaning of the rooms was always the best satisfaction. Complaints were only via e-mail after holiday answered.

    The hotel has some attractions offered, which i did not use however. The pool was always besieged. Especially the russian guests were already in the morning at 7 o'clock and deposed there their sleep fort. But there were enough other possibilities to sunbathe. The beach was not reasonable, badly kieselartig and with a direct view of the large ölindustrieanlagen. The water was from these installations dirty, felt't step in. The condition the hotel was satisfactory.

    Sharjah is my experience after the traditionellste emirate of all. Around the hotel is not really busy, large roads with little traffic. A piece of walk away the hotel a large museum and small shopping streets, the especially at night flourish. The markets are a bit further away. On foot you are in Sharjah a little helpless. There are no crossings also dont work as ours do or traffic lights, everything is with a car/taxi taken care of. Public transportation i could no see. With the shuttle we needed about 35 minutes from the airport Dubai to the hotel.

Angebeblich five star hotel, run down, dirty carpets, doors scratched, room decor ugly, State of 20 years ago, extremely small bathroom, no balcony or similar, massive breakfast area with mass processing, no possibility reasonably pleasant to eat outside, beach with unangenhmen odors of the nearby Port, unreliable compliance with specific Buchungswünschen, and no beer, no wine (but without blame of the hotel!) read more

the hotel you could certainly recommend. Price and performance is ok match. Also is the hotel staff very friendly. The food variety is excellent and varied. The beach is very clean, as well as the sea water. The couches with edition and the beach towels are inclusive. This hotel very large we knew before, we get since 10 years after Dubai, but it was poorly managed, no one knows about it and the cleaning of the rooms is a disaster! 5 stars this hotel by far not! too many Russian guests, it is normal for Dubai, but for just one other conversation tape, because it is a Russian guest is, borders on impudence. read more

    The only the in this hotel friendly are, are the taxi drivers, bellboys at the entrance and some waiters. the employees at the front desk will probably after rudeness and after not know selected. the cleaning of the rooms found with us in the week only 2 x instead, however only after we complained. Reason here: too few staff for the cleaning! the booked extra bed for our child if we go back extra wages, at the beach or pool there were only 2 towels, briefly said our child there was not, in this instance. Very child-friendly ☺, we knew other hotels was not at all!

    Directly with beach section, this is almost the only thing what we should be able to! it drives regularly a mini-shuttle bus, but you could only get by with Ellenbogengewalt in the bus! unfortunately, it is not possible before for a drive reserve, thus eyes too, child protected and in the fight. possibilities for excursions organize itself (yourself), however without the support of the front desk, because the employees there know nothing at all.

the first room was very bad. Not clean and smelled. After complaining, we have immediately a other room, which also much better was. Sauna for men was not clean. Staff was friendly and very helpfulwhen considering the Receptiopn everything worked great in the demand of iron adapters, was immediately response. The food was very good, clean and the selection was all right. read more

The hotel has its best years behind it. In addition to high rate of Russian guests were mostly tourists. In peak hours the staff and overburdened.     the food ( half board) was all right. Although apparently the weekend (for UAE Thursday to Friday) better cooked, since locals as guests in the hotel are. We were only on the Friday and there it was really better.

the hotel has a interesting architecture and is very generously built, Hall and main restaurant with water fall and garden very nice. Unfortunately it has its best days behind itself. guest structure: 75% Russians, 20% German, Rest Chinese, Arabic families. read more

    the cleanliness leaves much to be desired (Carpet in the room stained, bidet and mirror with Putzstreifen , washbasin with lime and Seifenrändern , toilet-Glasses with stains/ Einschlüssen . beds clean, rooms big enough.     There is a small private beach, the really tidy is. It is located however nearby of industrial and port facilities, so that we didn't use it. loungers a bit old. There is a small garden area and a promenade at the water front. The boutiques in the hotel are mostly Russian customers set (fur coats, jewelry). on the whole Hotel decent Wi-Fi.

A wonderful stay. 24-hour drinks service, the hotel is right on the beach. A faster check-in at the front desk. Some of the staff spoke German. The food is excellent and there is a wide choice of leisure opportunities. We will definitely visit again vacation destination! read more
