The rooms are big enough with a sitting area and two closets. In the room there is a tiled floors and carpets. Our room was freshly painted with old furniture in good condition. Pleasantly surprised i was from the beds. As rückenleidender i could good sleep. In the room is an airco, a telephone, a hair dryer, as well as an older, small small crt tv but no as in some brochures listed balcony. The cleanliness of the rooms i have stayed at the service area was described.

The air-conditioned dining room, a beautiful outdoor dining area on. Bars in the main building and at the pool. The dishes were mainly french guests. The description of the food is only in french. The dishes were plentiful, but mostly cold and a little variedly. On the first glance the dining room is clean. In the outdoor area you get for the food of cats begging. The staff in the dining room is friendly. Tip money increases the friendliness. Should be emphasized the delicious ice cream for dessert (especially lemon).

The staff in the dining room was very friendly, at the front desk you can already times 10 minutes be overlooked. in the dining room and at the front desk also understood german. In the room there is a tiled floors. The cleaning of the room limited to clean the mirror in the bathroom, change of towels, as well as sweep the floor (also the in the room the carpets were swept!). The toilet was in of the room not clean and during the stay not cleaned.

The entertainment in french shortly before lunch and in the afternoon exclusively by the pool instead of. At the beach you get no information. Chairs and covers were at the beach and at the pool present in sufficient quantity. In the morning has around 1 to 2 hour at the beach with a shovel and a tractor seaweed away. Alone is the beach due to the many palm trees nicely to stay. Showers and toilets are on the right to the beach subsequent pool. Disco was in the evening (was not used by us). It's a big hotel with mainly french guests, with a large gardens and a lot of green in the individual wohnkomplexen decorated. The room was newly painted and with old furniture in good condition. The cleanliness in the gardens is better than in the wohnkomplexen decorated. In all-inclusive there is the meals in buffet form and drinks in the dining room and various bars. The average age is 1a about 80 years.

Since we were here only in the hotel complex anyway, i can only this judge. The drive from the airport is about 1 hour. The hotel lies directly at the sandy beach. By the size of the area are some ways far. The beach is large and with palms. In the water are rocky sections, as well as a lot of seaweed.

The rooms were big enough for vacationers, not permanently in the room stop. Very it is nice that the rooms in the tunisian style (with domes and arches). It is not in the tyoische hotel room, which I found to be very pleasant! This for me (partly) made up for it, that there are no balcony yet terrace was. Much knick-knack' there was not - no mini bar, no coffee machine etc.) but that is in all-inclusive yes to this minor imperfection. There is more German program ( ZDF, satellite. 1, ProSieben), so for (' almost) every something for everyone,

In the hotel there is a main restaurant and a restaurant, in once per stay ( with reservation the day before) could eat. Otherwise there are a pool bar, in which you the all inclusive drinks can get, a bar by the pool, in the drinks there, you have to pay ( cocktails, better coffee etc.). In the hotel there is a bar with indoor and outdoor outside area, as well as a moorish café with an indoor and outside area ( very nice atmosphere), in which one for dte get and price of 3,5 Dinar hookah smoke can (here abeitet atef, a nice tunisians, the us great cared for and much of the country, people and life on Djerba, respectively in Tunisia told us. There is always a tunisian corner with typical tunisian dishes and otherwise changing theme evenings (Italian cook can you not, the Italian food was unfortunately not enjoyable.) apart from that you can always find something to eat, you'll be full but the hotel laico is no hotel, you have everything on the plates can do and it always tasted. The plates and the cutlery are often a little bit dirty, so you from time to time several plates evaluate must, before one for a decision. Not alcoholic beverages are good ( soft drinks from the automat, water in bottles or from the machines), the beer is good. The wine has me does not umgehauen but that is in fact most 4 stars all inclusive hotels the case. In the morning you could for 2,5 Dinar (1.25 Euro) a freshly squeezed orange juice let. In short: quantity well, at the quality still need a little work-one found however always something, one becomes full and sometimes makes you a gem and caught a bit, the really good!

The staff are constantly very friendly and accommodating. Some hotel employees young women sometimes unfortunately to friendly-one or offer a employees you get. After some time it was a bit disturbing. Foreign languages skills I have already described above-with German handicapped the vacation, can however only with a small part of the staff inform (which I however not as unpleasant thought, since you a bit of in-situ was) The cleaning of the rooms was done well. Some finds determines a hair in the soup but for average needs really reasonable. Only drawback: the toilet paper was not always renewed and the last two days was the soap empty and was not restocked. The cleaning maids were glad about a little tip and decorate also now and then the bed! A complaint over not functioning tv was immediately passed and within 15 minuten worked the tv again.

Big downside: the access to the internet is very expensive! 15 minutes (minimun) costs 4 Dinar (2, -€!). That was absolutely not modern anymore and is it really cost money, if you every day his e-mails must. We have in this form in no other hotel on Djerba so seen. The animation is versatile but also very loud. There is lots of different activities ( water polo, aquagymastik, dancing lessons, etc.) , which we because of the language barrier however did not participate. If you are looking for a absolutely undisturbed vacation spend, should book another hotel, there the entertainment not too pushy, however are ubiquitous. Shops in the hotel there is- are the prices however higher than on the market or in the shops opposite. That means: either in the hotel or rather outside of the hotel shopping! There is table tennis - unfortunately one can only racquet check-out counters, if the proposed loan by the pool was open. The rackets is very old ', so the not very much happiness. So if you table tennis would, should own racquets bring along! The pool itself is very nice and offers in one part also the possibility a little swim. Who undisturbed want to swim, will however not comfortable. The chairs by the pool are very close, which not always pleasant. One finds despite towel reservations of the guests almost always a pool chair. The chairs by the pool didn't have mats and were therefore nothing special comfortable. Tip: there are a small pool, you from the beach from reached. Here the loungers not so tight, you have very lots of space and more peace! Otherwise beach chairs here mostly cushions on the chairs. At the beach there were also enough loungers - cushions you can get or if you're lucky, couches already what mood. The beach is unfortunately often full seaweeds and also in the water are very many seaweeds. The hotel normally is in my eyes good with restrictions may apply. The rooms ( lots of small bungalows on a large complex) are beautifully and the state of the hotel is ok. It is somewhat older, but for average needs reasonable. Also the hygiene is acceptable. If you too picky, feels here probably through one or another detail disturbed, but all together I have already much worse. It is around the hour a group of gardeners and chambermaids on the way. Respect German: the hotel is francophone! With German one comes even further than with English. The majority of of the guests were belgian (about 60%) or french (about 25%), the rest dutch, luxembourg, German and locals as well. The animation is on french and also the numerous entertainers spoke mostly to french (a few German). Apart from that is the average age very mixed, old, as well as young people, relatively few families, which is probably due to the fact, that I outside of the holidays there was)

If you to Djerba travels, had to be clear, that one didn't stay in a purchase- or unterhaltungsparadies travels. Considering this, you can the location of the hotel very good for excursions judge. There are also discos on Djerba, which we however not visited. To the airport one drives about 1 hour. The distance to the hotelangehörigen beach is great!

Fits! Have only the mini bar missed, German television gives it also (5 channels). Terrace, balcony etc. Is bungalow subject.

2 beautiful bars in my opinion, below at the beach a cocktail bar and above in lobby nearby comfortable bar with couch feeling. The choice of meals is big, there is something there for any taste, merely the heat of the dishes sometimes left to be desired, what depending on food and outside pleasant, is in other food bad. Cleanliness in the restaurants good, The dining room is big, for a hotel with over 400 rooms also a must. Other describe the chamber cold train station, well A matter of opinion, if everyone a place can I stop no hall build only as big as a double carport. My opinion. Annex to the cocktails: they are not what a German at taste presents, but quite enjoyable, ( refers to whisky -Cola and vodka mix drinks) other hauscocktails from the parrot bar tasted good.

Staff: it seemed so could be used as a one or another no German suffering, I did that not a problem however one or another this could have one. Foreign languages: one has as already described a drawback if you are not a french can, the staff respectively the entertainers with mainly to do can with a communicate, German, English, french and partly Italian are in any case in their vocabulary available.

Sporting activities are very good, there is a beautiful lawn to kick, volleyball, Boccia, archery, everything all inclusive. The beach is in the summer months with seaweed fully ( right next to water), but in the morning by a staff member is removed. Beach is clean and fine sand. The pool is really nice and has in the middle ' chill zones' in which the water only 30 centimeter high, for sun bathing and relaxation really good. Loungers and so on are in sufficient number of items available and have a good condition.

To the hotel itself: the area is large and with lots of palm trees, meadows, flowers, etc. Very beautifully bepflanzt. The rooms are in a relatively good condition, here and there the silicone groove broken or something discolored but apart from that ok. Morning was against half 10 the room service to straighten up, the beds and cleaning, reasonable We had all-inclusive, the services which were included were our requirements. Negative for us was however the very high proportion of french guests ( fr about 60%, benelux about 30% approximately 5% deu and 5% other). The entertainment in German translates however could some not participate, because you don't understand, for example music quiz. Other activities as, water polo. Volleyball, water aerobics etc. Could without any problems in our day included. :-)

The beach was in less than one minute of the pool to reach, from the rooms it is just 3 minutes, but closer to the beach almost not more. Shopping, I would only the coerced I need, suntan creams and other toiletries I would in sufficient quantity of at home carry forward, since the prices for this article was quite high, also a air mattress I would before over internet order. Excursions in high offer directly at the pool or at the beach offered by the entertainers, ( sometimes annoying if every 5 minutes a on your beach chair squats and you abnervt with: did you... The dining hall was not friendly, cracks in the walls and very dark. The food tastes not, much selection there unfortunately also, every evening there were the leftovers from the lunch =/

The service was actually really nice can also all German but they fersuchen it only with french. The rooms are unfortunately not very clean dark curly hair in the washbasin and next to the toilet not us, were also only after the 3 day.

The offer was quite large, the boats were also in good zustant but very unferantwortlich you have to sign in when you have a boat had taken, but unenlist you had to not, if what happened had they never noticed.

Very dirty and the food was also not so the hit the quality of the description from the food was only in french. The pool was very beautiful though. The evening entertainment was formed but natürlihc the most only in french.

The excursion destinations were mostly 600 kilometer away from the hotel. If you evenings a round outside like to run the without any problems since unfortunately is nothing, nothing at all nearby besides disintegrated houses and trash.

Room was for our conditions sufficient, as we only for sleeping us there. Facilities were ok, without airconditioning would be no enduring have been possible. Cleanliness went (already described). Which absolutely didn't work, was the behavior the other guests in the rooms next door, doors were in the middle of the night plunked (usually between 1 am and 3 am. At night, or loud entertainment before the doors) relaxation = 0.

The main restaurant reminded of a station hall (as already by other tourist described) and the other was always empty! We did so, you come to restaurant and by the odor was literally bad, many holidaymakers went with a towel before the nose into restaurant. Over the quality we don't want to say much. Hygiene seemed to be a foreign word, chefs coughed and niesten in the hands, the port fast you the dishes at, without wash! ( repeatedly seen with own eyes) unused meals were next day warmed up and offered. Fruit not enjoyable. ( are glad only a week booked) fast each evening with growling stomach to bed. \u263a getränkeecke in the restaurant smelled extremely after beer and other ( probably never cleaned). We were several times really bad. Kitchen style: typical of the country and mainly probably french. Atmosphere was not writable. Frightening we found the behavior the french guests, pushing, everything was touch and again put, a older mr looks in the soup pot with all the face, the scoop smelled it (touched his nose with the spoon and placed it back in the soup) disgusting! Never again!

As already described, the staff's hospitality as regards German guests left much to be desired, sometimes we were ignored. ( reflected especially at the bars again) if you don't concisely enough said what you would like, you stood in vain to. Foreign languages skills: staff very little to no English, french only. If you attempted with the staff in arabic to speak, notices one fast it was not desired! Cleaning of the rooms became from day to day worse, even if you tip was. The bed linen was not even in the entire week changed. Change of towels every day. Cleaning staff always very friendly. Laundry service we didn't use. Additional services not recommendable. We met a older couple know, you required urgently a doctor ( had a thrombosis), the answer was :' for such a small something would he not to the hotel', travel guide ( its) came also not to the hotel! , after a long back and forth the adac informed. She had to with the taxi and this diagnosis alone in the capital in a private clinic. To repeated consultation with the staff on site, we found out, none had knowledge of first aid! And interested there was no! Nurse locally, only good for a plaster. We have children, we would they never of the entertainers-clock, the part of older girls ( around 11 to 14 years) from the entertainers immoral touched respectively took the hands and put them at the found disgusting! Kids club: we had a fright, a entertainer was on the door and the other was inside almost naked, children should be set forth, in the port was the 2. purely, door was locked, after about 10 minutes they came out and went with the children baden. Children's playground was also the katzentoilette.

Various leisure offers were free available ( table tennis, kayak and so on) really sufficient. Animation at the pool extremely loud, only to the meal times you could really relaxation by the pool with peace. During the entertainment ( games) you could partly not even in the pool go swimming, as this for the games was used. ( with kayaks race in the pool). Guests by paddle met! Disco never used it, but you could in the room hear clearly - unfortunately \u263a. Kids club already described. Water very chlorinated. Cleanliness well - in the pool was in the joints black mold. At the worst we found, when we saw how guests in the pool urinierten. Chairs and covers by the pool you had to really already at night reserve, otherwise you had no schanz a place at the following day to find. As already other tourist described here, we were as German guests ignored. To 90% of the guests were frenchmen, what with the lack of communication encounters, because you place with English and German not far. Travel time (31,08-07,09) mainly families with small children ( which the volume but clearly noticeable) and retirees. We had to deal with regret learning, the people very for the food, like animals behavior. The room was small, but sufficient for us, as we only for sleeping there. The state of the hotel after school grades enough.

The distance to the beach was really very short. But unfortunately you could in the entire time not once in the sea go swimming without by a seaweed walk respectively having to swim. The problem with the seaweeds is the whole year over, noisy statement the locals. Every morning the seaweeds ( located on the beach there, with a dredger from left to the right pushed together, so there were übelrichende algenberge on. With a walk on the beach we had to unfortunately with regret, that in addition to our hotel a sewage purification plant and the sewage direct into the sea derived. ( strong odors) the transfer from the airport about 1 hour. Next place was mindou around 6 to 7 kilometer, with the taxi easy to reach, definitely before clear up to which price! Shops outside of the hotel only a small local supermarket included gas station. ( locals super nice ) entertainment possibilities outside of the hotel available, however with the travel guide then pointed out, that this with caution are (accidents! , respectively unfortunately already dead) Various excursions through the tour operator bookable.

The size of the room was satisfactory. Unfortunately there were in the room no safe. It was only rarely wiped and the bed linen was the whole week not changed.

In the entire hotel there was a main restaurant and an a la carte - restaurant. The quality of the meals and drinks was average. The food repeated daily of course, as it in all inclusive hotels the case is. The cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant left nothing to the imagination. Chairs were dirty and the plates as well. The ambiance in the restaurant was rather as in a 'train station'.

The staff were not unfriendly, however also not really interested in us. Foreign languages were sufficiently available. The cleaning of the rooms was fine, but could have been better cleaned. Tip has not helped.

Leisure offers were sufficiently offered. You could make free kayaking and archery. A mini golf course was also available. In the disco was the same every day and never cleaned. Access to the internet was good. On the loungers by the pool you had to in the morning already discussed. If you at o'clock in the morning its loungers not reserved, it was almost too late.

The hotel is, although he only 7-years-old is, in a bad state. The word' renovation' is in this hotel probably not known. The staff ignored us more or less. Since the hotel under the french line is, the french guests (70% ) everywhere bervorzugt. In my opinion, that every guest must be treated equally. The hotel is finally on our money directed.

From the airport Djerba up to our hotel it took about an hour with intermediate stops. The distance to the beach was very short. There was opposite the hotel a few shops.
