Its a wonderful hotel. I have been there serveral times. Everybody is friendly. The rooms are fine, but there is no balkoni. The animation is good and their are nice shows. In hightech there are more activiteit like foamparties and beachparties etc .also the fooi is then much more extensive but for us its stad in before or after season Just fine. read hotel review

Once is enough, the service was of such poor quality bland and 14 days always the same. Soup was, if these tight with hot water completed. Since we have christmas and Sylvester bays to the hustle and bustle of Germany to get away from it all - we were the days - especially in noise and a feiertagsessen side - the some vacationers in the sickness figures brought. Many wept - just wanted to home. Mostly french preferred were served. The tour guides had no interest in information and lamented the high gasoline prices - because of the visit which ... he in the hotel had. On the beach was with tractor cleaned of old algae - the only really the gestank widespread. Room no possibility except on the bed to sleep. No balcony or terrace and very winding - evening poorly lit. The walk - you can't in other hotels, why also always, were at the edge of the beach driven by the 'guards'. The whole environment is so dirty - you certainly do not want to violate - otherwise threatening infection. Entertainment was noisy and not to understand - everything french and not recognize what you want to do. Stay during the day, the lobby or the café and diluted juices to inhale. For general tourists no trip - except after the capital or a half-day excursion on the island. It was not our holiday - and will certainly not more Djerba his. The mainland - okay. The hotel is in a bungalow style arranged with a large, very well-kept area. The overall cleanliness, including toilets, was very good. The guest structure was mixed, from age and nationality.     Size and the condition of the room is good. There are different room types. A room above is highly recommended (brightness). The air conditioning worked after teething problems great (heating).

    There is a main restaurant and an à-la-carte-restaurant (once included per trip), a pool bar and one in the lobby. Highly recommended is the moorish café, tea very delicious, especially in Atef! Here you can against payment also smoke shisha. The food was super delicious, there was something for everyone. It was very good and was constantly replenished.     The staff was always nice and friendly, no matter what type of area. The hotel manager was always present and friendly. Small lack were repaired immediately. Good communication in german and english.

    At the pool and on the beach there was cushions without fee. Towels for a security deposit, per towel 10 Dinar. Daily entertainment program during the day with sports and games. The evening shows with dancing and cabaret, with little guests! Very good and entertaining. Announce also always in german. Here you feel at home!

    To the airport about a half hour with the taxi. After Midoun about 10 minutes with the taxi for 3 Dinar (about €1.50), here can one in shopping centers in peace shopping. The street vendors were partly pushy. Shopping center in the proximity (next to the hotel Palm azur), about 5 minutes with the taxi. Very recommendable, calmly shopping with nice people. Nice beach directly at the hotel, the water is great, partly seaweed (weather permitting).

    The rooms are like a small village laid out different entrances with winding streets. On 2 floors with in each case 2 rooms down and a staircase to the upper 2 rooms. The rooms were in about the same furnished, we had a 3 bed room, the was bigger than the normal double room on the hotel pictures is. Bathroom ok, unfortunately, the handle of the hair dryer after about 3 minutes hair drying hot and always hot so the hair not really dry guests can. Just a shame the decor is of the few (functional) storage space in the room. 2 closets with 2 doors in one with hanging possibility and 3 counters in the other only possibilities for to hang up. No kofferschrank or similar No plug socket at the bed and no small lamp (on large marriage bed both as) What i but missed, is the lack of safe in the room - there is only in the lobby.

    The pool area is huge and very well maintained, the pool is not heated however we were (beginning november) not swim. The beach is very clean and well maintained - as i said right at the hotel, it looks different, but the beach is one... The animation team is very motivated and it will be unfolding day many different programs are offered.

    The beach is directly in front of the hotel with beautiful sand. Right next to it is then directly los with say we were not completely so well kept beach, but the beach in front of the hotel is very nice. The surrounding area is just to say that Djerba damn dirty - forgiveness, but different cannot one that not say. Everywhere rubbish and plastic bottles etc. Around. The compatriots are more than just very pushy, especially to women.

The area was great. The double room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was with a bath tub. The had a shower, the the head under to hang leaves. Reported it, but after one use, it was again, as well as before. The towels always each day neugewechselt. Wireless very expensive, worked only in the reception area. The food was an all-inclusive perfect, varied. Predominantly french guests. Still very pleasant tourists. Just a shame, the staff rarely could speak german. But without dip. Went here not everything as it should be. A shame, that the kitchen and reception no ... urn vessel is (as in Europa everywhere) where for whole teamwork satisfactory and about thank you money for all chuck can. read hotel review

    Size and the condition of the rooms: very nice, simple but enough. Tv one could forget. Dated tv, the screen could one from the bed (with good eyes, but already a bit old the old) reading. Very small. Only 3 german speaking programs and the rest in the country - or french language. Toilet was ok but unfortunately no windows, so if the room with the card for the electricity supplied, had the fan starting to hum. Without the light has endorsed. Continuously and whole. The air conditioning was quiet!

    Here i need only say one thing: Whoever complained here, the food shortage and not varied was, should stay at home. Bars were often untergesätz with the staff and overstrained. There were long queues and waiting time. (pool and inside) Tips in the dining area inside were not allowed, outside i - and - for i even reaches cup given. With many thank you honored.     Friendliness yes, but with abschtriche. For a little tip, the language the turist adjusted. Room cleaning was excellent. Children have nice program in the evening. Otherwise i can't judge. Well, as i said, complaints were immediately dealt with, but not used. The sozialanlagen fittings, heels and holder are dated.

    It was great. Very much was offered and almost all day long animation. At the beach the beach chairs were from people before already with towels occupied, so we went for it then after 2 days also made. The towels were against 10 Dinar as bail directly at beach house, where the edition to get were always available. Showers were also sufficient, at the end of the day already much with the sand verstopt.

    Beach is very close and the pool endelandschaft. But despite all the trouble of tractor with huge rake, it was very unpleasant to go into the sea and swim. Every day a lot of green plants on 2 metres width of the beginning to the sea. Disgusting feeling from the bottom of the sea, where these grass wuchst. The sea water was very cloudy, warm and dirty. It swam even waste above on the water surface. Shopping, excursions or leaving the hotel area, as alone madam, i will recommend this property to anyone! The harassment of the male inhabitants is enormous.

First, i would like to say, that this hotel due to the beautiful architecture-not one of those large concrete blocks-noticed. These, the palm trees and the beach i have decided, after over 20 years to Tunisia to travel. The area and the rooms were very very nice and clean (although we austrian/german of course it still thorough like), the food in a lot of variations were sufficiently available. The beach was ok, but at the end of the first week right thunderstorm with deluge etc. Raised, the sea was agitated has. This has unfortunately the whole seaweed torn, so this ... in unimaginable quantity the beach line to the sea literally covered has. If you went into the sea, one had even the trunk full-filled so. The people were really efficient and began already early in the morning, with bulldozers and tractors tons of the stuff take away, but the next morning it as the day before and the work started from the front. Therefore, you could say, that the sea is less than half the stay not suitable for swimming was. But it is a force of nature, where you for nothing to make can. However was the entertainment by the pool sometimes so loud, that you up to the beach chairs at the beach loudly heard (so the noise from the construction of the ocean and the disco music from the land side). Without own music, the i on the headphones connect to and the other sounds really good have sidelined, i would not spend a very long time (but so i could with the reading but good). One, i would like to say, that about 90% of the guests speak french, one is thus not so easy with the other guests comes into the discussion (the school french is already over 25 back!). The bar and the chicha bar i can in the evening only highly recommend. Here the staff was expressed nice and speaks mostly also german. Perhaps even to say is, that almost everyone, sooner or later with a stomachache almost for and failure had to fight, so the doctor to help to be called had. Conclusion: this is a really nice resort, for my taste unfortunately is much too loud, since i normally rather the Greece-fan am. read hotel review

    The people are really very friendly and hard-working. You can tell but in the bar, the waiters, for example in the bar are overloaded (because of the 'all-inclusive' -flat rate less staff than in a normal run operation). French all speak perfect, english is also, german can not all.

    Depending on, in which part of the plant one is accommodated, you have about a maximum of 5 minutes to go to the beach. The airport is approximately 40 minutes away (as the bus, of course, all guests also of the other hotel clearing). Just vis a vis on the street, you could also something to nibble or drinks (a lot!) Cheaper shopping than in the hotel area. Taxis stood actually always prior to the hotel, the bus is a frequent.

The hotel made a clean and well maintained impression. During the stay is open daily from gardeners and painters to the maintenance of the hotel worked. The hotel rooms are like a small village arranged and with städtenamen (midoun, guellala,, etc.) Gekennzeichet. Between rooms and pool/beach restaurant there is at the most 5 minutes.     See from the outside the rooms are small but are inside very well designed. Double bed with a small colour tv (RTL, satellite. 1,ProSieben). In the entrance area a vanity, sitzsofa with table and left and right a wandschrannk. Then in the rear the bath with shower curtain, a large washstand and separate toilet. The air conditioning works perfectly and brings cool 18 degrees in the room. The mattresses are not worn out. Great for sleep! What is missing is a balcony or terrace... But you could also in the bars. We liked it very much!

    The hotel has indoor bar, where in the evenings a solo entertainer with key board plays music plays. From there you can also in the external area take place. At the pool there were three bars. One is with a poolside terrace and enough seating. The other bar is between the pool and beach... Has the charm of a beach bar with thatched roof and with sufficient seating. From there, you could also look at the ocean. The 3. bar is a pure drinks, the both the pool and the beach a output window has. Therefore it is of both sides in the best way served. The restaurant is good equipped, plenty of spaces available. The dishes have we liked it. This is my 3. Tunisia holiday and this was without diarrhea! Everything was well cooked and the grilled meat is good. As usual in arab countries, no pork was offered, but there was a lot of chicken, beef, lamb and fish. Also the vegetables were very tasty. Both warm, and cold. There was no day, where we 'badly eaten' have!

    Friendly the whole staff is: whether the cleaning, gardener, waiters or other staff... All very friendly. Although 90% of the guests french are can almost all of the staff also german. If that is not the case you could get by with english very well clearly. The rooms are well cleaned and the towels changed daily. We had a late check out and wanted before the pick-up showers. We were one hour before a room available. So a compliment to the service!

    The hotel has a large entertainment team, what plenty of activities. However one is here not as pushy as in other tunisian installations, which we thought was positive,. You feel any time that bothered. On the beach they had the free service of cushions and towels, the one against superb deposit could use. So every day freshly washed towels! There are plenty of loungers available. The pool is in the main season busy, the beach is also for spätaufsteher still space available.

    Distance to the airport is short, but with the stops at other hotels vary. Who in the next town wants finds cheap taxis in front of the hotel. Opposite the hotel is a small supermarket with everything, which one needs in such a way. Since we spent a pure bathing and relaxing holiday made are not on excursions defendendo. Hotel in the typical style, very nice. Property is spacious but well divided, so that one did not extremely long ways. Pool and beach are very close together - super! In the main season just crowded, but we always had a pool chair or a table in the dining room or seats at the bars and at the shows! Since 80% of the guests french or belgian are, very much in french - but you have that in the other reviews already extensively can read, and prepared-so completely ok! read hotel review

    We had a economie room so small as a double room. But when you are already in the room! To shower and sleep quite sufficient. Really good was the air conditioning. If you 20 degrees will be shut down cools you really to 20 degrees down great! the disconnect the nachtischschublade much this apart - well, who needs already a drawer. Otherwise everything in good condition :-) Bathroom was not new and in nationaltypical stil-so it was okay. Cleanliness was there, towel change super, sheets also ok. Make it stop men clean, so corners already times around. For our german standard that is still air upward - but we were in Tunisia-but ok.

    There was a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant (here could one the 4 course menu from a map put together). To our meal times we had always luck, that the restaurant was busy but not crowded, nice! The staff always cleared very quickly and newly laid (clear were also times things on the tables - then one goes simply to the next set table) Ma could choose between sit inside ( kimatisiert ) or outside-nice. Outside the restaurant there was always a grill, where freshly prepared. Crepes in the morning, at noon, evening, hmm delicious. Otherwise you also always something (clearly no pork, but you know that) over salads, meat, pizza, pasta, chicken, french fries, cake, ice cream, fruit, etc. Great at all in 'really' all was! Tip, from politeness but needed you don't. All were always very courteous (as one called in the forest reinruf, so it also)

    Staff was always friendly (despite Ramadan) A very attentive hotel manager, the always was there and as a good example also even touched! Unfortunately no german, but on english one can change a few words ; -. Language is french. German was better than english! During the room cleaning one notices stop, that men make clean. It was ok but there is for our german standard a lot more possible! Many thanks once again the tour guide from its: speaks super german, informed very good and plentiful and we everything possible what we wanted - great!

    A special praise! Great pool of course. But even better i found, that all water sports nonmotor were free to use (canoeing, catamaran and surf) - really great! Entertainment was well proportioned and the animators not too importunate. I have Volleyball played (even anxious on german to include), archery made, geboult and step aerobic joined in. Ok, than gymnastiklehrerin i must admit, the step aerobics professional and technically was not so good - but the guests did it was fun and it is yes. Beach chairs at the pool; too narrow and rare to get one. Beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach even at 10 o'clock to get nice. Beach and pool about 30m voneinader separated, so i you prefer the beach and go 10 steps from the pool :-)

    About 1 hour drive to the airport. As the coach have other hotels runs bus is air conditioned so it was okay. Shops in the hotel was a bit expensive but right in front of the hotel a few shops, the good prices (act) and really nice owners have. It was a great vacation overall. The hotel is somewhat older though, but clean. The food was okay, the selection large, the pool area is very nice. The beach is beautiful, unfortunately at the water's edge full of seaweed! There are little german guests, but i personally thought it was not so bad, if the holiday 'international' is! For sunbathing and relax great. Great food! Very nice atmosphere, staff and manager very attentive. We found the co-operation among the tourists (80% french) very friendly. To be criticized is the high entrance into the tub. Unfortunately, we could not use, due to the many seetangs (algae). But the pool area was impressive. read hotel review

    Once per stay one can a dinner in the dining room the restaurant book (inclusive), which we not taken into account have, because the buffet so liked. There was a huge selection of hot and cold food, it was constantly refilled and fresh fried or baked. It is probably a local cuisine with many spices, with influence of the french cuisine. The delicious sweet desserts are very tempting. The dining room has despite its size a good atmosphere.

    All were at any time very friendly and helpful! It was almost exclusively french was spoken, also the dishes were all only in french labeled. Room cleaning first-class, hand-towels are changed daily, bed sheets several times in 2 weeks. We had no reason to complain.

    Since we were only wanted to relax,, we also did not want to be energetic. But there was a large offer. De animators gave themselves very friendly and tried hard, but it was missing a bit of variety. It was every day the same music played and the, unfortunately, quite loud. The disco was at 21,30 o'clock opened, but after 2 dances there was every time a polonaise and gemeinschaftstänze. Too much of a good thing.     The large plant is well divided, one reaches everything in short courses. The pool area was located directly in front of the beach and has a beautiful broad waterfall. Outside the complex there were unfortunately not much worth exploring. With the taxi you can for little money to midoun, about 6 kilometer. If you like to stroll, or even shopping is there not well waived. But for a beach holiday, the recovery: super.

The hotel laico is since january 2013 absolutely not our aim... The hotel has the entire amazing entertainment team one after another the treaty not replaced. The hotel lived with this team-many tourists, which i personally know kamên especially because of the animation team. And now... The laico died...     The rooms are big enough with a sitting area and two closets. In the room there is a tiled floors and carpets. Our room was freshly painted with old furniture in good condition. Pleasantly surprised i was from the beds. As rückenleidender i could good sleep. In the room is an airco, a telephone, a hair dryer, as well as an older, small small crt tv but no as in some brochures listed balcony. The cleanliness of the rooms i have stayed at the service area was described.

    Since we were here only in the hotel complex anyway, i can only this judge. The drive from the airport is about 1 hour. The hotel lies directly at the sandy beach. By the size of the area are some ways far. The beach is large and with palms. In the water are rocky sections, as well as a lot of seaweed.

Were to this hotel transferred with the statement of the tour operator, we would in a much better hotel come as booked. Unfortunately this was not nearly as good, as the booked hotel. This hotel has unfortunately no relaxation factor. In my opinion rather 2 star than a 4. read hotel review

We had a completely other hotel and were against our will into the laico transferred. It was not surprising, that this hotel available capacities had. The room we had to three times change: the first was not made (the dirt and trash from the previous inhabitant was still around), the 2. was made, but unsustainable dirty (hair from the previous inhabitant laying around, dead insects, rust bathroom fittings etc.). There was no safe in the room! No balcony or terrace! Small window, the no light in the room left. The food in a cafeteria-style hall and was simple. The ... offered all inclusive drinks were warm, cold drinks there was only by extra charge. By the pool was constant loud music and animation, of peace no trace! Fortunately we could this hotel after a day again leave and regret every, the have a vacation there should! (by the way, it is in Djerba probably practice, that the good hotels reservations without limits and then the overbooked guests in hotels as the laico can try - we weren't the only ones, during our one day long stay at the laico are still 3 other couple there against their will landed). read hotel review

In the hotel there is a bar with indoor and outdoor outside area, as well as a moorish café with an indoor and outside area ( very nice atmosphere), in which one for dte get and price of 3,5 Dinar hookah smoke can (here abeitet atef, a nice tunisians, the us great cared for and much of the country, people and life on Djerba, respectively in Tunisia told us. He speaks a little German, so you talk to him and a lot of life in Tunisia experiences, from which you in the hotel itself not much easier.     The staff are constantly very friendly and accommodating. Some hotel employees young women sometimes unfortunately to friendly-one or offer a employees you get. After some time it was a bit disturbing. Foreign languages skills I have already described above-with German handicapped the vacation, can however only with a small part of the staff inform (which I however not as unpleasant thought, since you a bit of in-situ was) The cleaning of the rooms was done well. Some finds determines a hair in the soup but for average needs really reasonable. Only drawback: the toilet paper was not always renewed and the last two days was the soap empty and was not restocked. The cleaning maids were glad about a little tip and decorate also now and then the bed! A complaint over not functioning tv was immediately passed and within 15 minuten worked the tv again.

    Big downside: the access to the internet is very expensive! 15 minutes (minimun) costs 4 Dinar (2, -€!). That was absolutely not modern anymore and is it really cost money, if you every day his e-mails must. We have in this form in no other hotel on Djerba so seen. The animation is versatile but also very loud. There is lots of different activities ( water polo, aquagymastik, dancing lessons, etc.) , which we because of the language barrier however did not participate. If you are looking for a absolutely undisturbed vacation spend, should book another hotel, there the entertainment not too pushy, however are ubiquitous. Shops in the hotel there is- are the prices however higher than on the market or in the shops opposite. That means: either in the hotel or rather outside of the hotel shopping! There is table tennis - unfortunately one can only racquet check-out counters, if the proposed loan by the pool was open. The rackets is very old ', so the not very much happiness. So if you table tennis would, should own racquets bring along! The pool itself is very nice and offers in one part also the possibility a little swim. Who undisturbed want to swim, will however not comfortable. The chairs by the pool are very close, which not always pleasant. One finds despite towel reservations of the guests almost always a pool chair. The chairs by the pool didn't have mats and were therefore nothing special comfortable. Tip: there are a small pool, you from the beach from reached. Here the loungers not so tight, you have very lots of space and more peace! Otherwise beach chairs here mostly cushions on the chairs. There are also discos on Djerba, which we however not visited. To the airport one drives about 1 hour. The distance to the hotelangehörigen beach is great!

In comparison to many other, I can recommend the hotel with in good conscience. The food was very varied and tasty. There was something for every taste. There were every evening 3 Liveköche since, the great things prepared. What the gastronomy regards, there was only one downside. There were no cocktails on the all inclusive map. Our room was nice and big enough. Unfortunately had no balcony and no terrace. The I knew not. What the beach and the sea regards, must one stop deduct a few points. Because of the warm temperature of the sea it came to seaweeds ... and Seegrasbildung. Me personally it didn't bother us. Of course the sea it is not so clear, as you for example from gravel beaches is used. But you knew that beforehand and whoever doesn't like this, you have to go somewhere else fly. For me this is not a reason the hotel negatively. Since the beach cleaned every morning and really nice was. On broken loungers! I have in 10 days not a single seen! read hotel review
