The hotel is rather suitable for guests, the all day on the beach. At the beach there are nothing to complain about! You have to put up with there, that you hardly any German guests in this place and that the staff didn't speak any German. read more

the rooms are rather simple equipped with air conditioning, balcony, telephone and tv. Hair dryer you have to bring your own! Refrigerator and safe could be rented. The condition of the furniture is still acceptable... Could use exchanged to be. In the bathroom there was no ventilation and no window! What makes the visit was a bit unpleasant. the rooms are very noisy, which is a quiet night prevented. With the neighbors you can almost hear every word and the evening courses in the hallway make night almost unbearable.

The food was experienced as pretty terrible. And as often in spain, the food choices. Therefor stood on every table salt and pepper. One is from the eater full, wide selection of food there but there wasn't't one. What we didn't like, was, that you during the meals, the drinks at the bar holen had, the by the pool or the 'restaurant' evening next was. There were only water, white and red wine available for free. And often you thought it was, whether at the second time on the way to the bar. (Where you could get alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in the all-inclusive are included). Plates, glasses and cutlery waen usually not very clean.

Service left something to be desired. The staff come very nervous over. Contact to the guests is rather avoided. Entire staff didn't speak German! So stay away from this place, if you don't English/shaving rican knowledge. the rooms were daily cleaned, but it was clean, though not. Hand towels and beach towels were changed daily.

The beach is about 250 meters from the hotel, if you use the back entrance by the pool used. You go through the main entrance is about 350 meters. The airport and palma de mallorca one needs approximately one half-an-hour by bus. But on the public bus is not reliable... We were over an hour at the bus station until a bus stopped. The hotel itself, is a very old hotel, it comes from the fifties. The condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired! There are cracks in the walls, in the ceiling and on the balcony. The hotel is only to 99% of English, so of course all of this has been refocused. We stayed for five days all inclusive, were very satisfied, as it was a bad price performance ratio former is! Only English food! In the 'cafeteria' there were for lunch and supper at the table unfortunately only: white wine, red wine and with too much chlorine natural water from the water tap. For German tourists the only drinking since are: perfect! The quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The food was cold most of the time, and didn't really taste. The distance to the beach was actually ok and preserved with its 400 meters. However, one had to walk past some trash cans, which was a very unpleasant odor to. Size ok-not huge, but adequate. We were three people. Beds of the food were satisfactory.-but very hard. No hooks in the room and in the bath only a opaar rails for towels. There is 1 restaurant, three bars, but only two open alternately- is however okay. There was enough to eat there, the buffet was nutritious-i think limits was something for everyone. Would you not starve. As already mentioned, there was every lunch meat (chicken, turkey, pork, beef alternately) fish steamed, grilled, tuna, pasta, potatoes were from time to time Pürrèe. Fries and pasta for the kids-very clear. Soups-they were always very delicious, champignonsoße cream, tomatoes or chicken soup! There one could not complain. But please no note on the bed, which is important-there is everything thrown away! Laundry service is for a few euros in the house. Doctor was pretty good-on the beach promenade right on the left-hand side is a doctor and a pharmacy is right around the corner. This seems to work pretty well! Really a great hotel in a nice location. However for German rather unsuitable as this section is very English style. All restaurants and bars nearby offered as well as English dishes and also with the staff of the hotel could only English To be communicated.
