As already last year, our choice for the skiing vacation back on the alpine lodge. In this modernly furnished hotel we felt, in good hands. We were very warmly welcomed, with tips on the winter sports regions, the beautiful hike the river and deep snow-covered landscape along gstaad (about 1 hour). The room in a differentiated living room with additional sofa and separate toilet corresponded fully to our needs. The room had 2 tv, an imac and wi-fi on the whole hotel area and this without extra charge. The very well-equipped fitness room was also used it every day. The ... sauna and indoor swimming pool with outdoor area we didn't use The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is varied and the dinner (half board) varied. Short the cuisine is excellent! The stop for the ski bus to the territories gstaad and saanenmöser is about 200 meters away from the hotel. The bus goes every 15 minutes We have really enjoyed our stay and can this hotel fully recommend. In january 2014 is a repeated skiing vacation (with friends) the alpine lodge planned., because here price and performance. read more

First-class price-performance ratio. A perfect mix of style/great and familiar ambience. Ski lift not directly next to the hotel, but there is an on-site shuttle service available. Room: large but carelessly, tv very small, imac old and slow, included playsation, no safety deposit box, no mini bar, still room-key! Bathroom /toilet: small and old, clean. Spa : saunas small, indoor -pool old, outside -pool too cold, access to the spa -facilities by cold underground parking! Bathrobe only for an extra charge! Parking garage : only for an extra charge! Somewhat remote located small and therefore very quiet hotel with extremely friendly, helpful and competent staff. The food as a part of the half board were excellent, The rooms good and tastefully decorated ( unfortunately without safe) and very clean. It was approximately to be comfortable! read more

Modern hotel. Bright friendly, nearby bus station, not on hill or mountain, but not directly on the street, the green location, very quiet, green could, everything was clean, all carpets without stains, wellness totally new, unique, great decoration, many nice and interesting people there, not only upper class. Mixed age guests. Many uas the Switzerland but also a few English and little German. Various room available, we had a room under the roof with a large window the ceiling and sternensicht, respect for short zimmerhöhe one beats fast the head at. We had the cheapest room. Other are much larger ... and with a south-facing balcony bath tub. Really great price-performance -proportion via DERTOUR posted 70 chf per person and night with breakfast and half board included. read more

    Excellent cuisine. I am a gourmet and did at all something to criticize, but there was everything perfect! Breakfast: div bread wheat âuch buttergipfel, jam, honey, eggs to cook, cheese block surchoix no tasteless disks, meat for example also expensive bündnerfleisch ( changes every day) lots of fresh fruit also exotic, for example pitaya, good coffee for example Latte Macciato... etc. Everything! In the afternoon cakes and tea included Evenings: -course menu, meat a point, great sauces, partly soups hot with curry or chili seasoned, always with fresh herbs, dessert specifically, not bullet train, but for example zimtmousse cream sternenfrucht and hot plum. Simply a special treat! Quality and och enough, no lupenmenus, great hygiene, price with à la carte somewhat higher, half board is worthwhile. 1 large restaurant with decor stofftischtüchern candles etc. , 1 bar large div drinks and sofas to stay a while. Great atmosphere. Respect in the summer cheapest double room apparently 290 chf.

    Very friendly staff always cheerful and helpful, whether with wanderplänen or fancy menu your requirements. Large foreign languages skills. We arrived a day late and were a longer stay. No doctor in the house, it has in the basement a large' children's playground' but no care seen, also no children there. Never child noise or yelling. As said very quiet and yet informal.

    No gymnastics or animation. Fitness center half modern, large, pool inside and outside easily warmed, 2 saunas, steam room. Rather small but very new. Loungers druassen free, showers new clean, no mold, access to the internet, computer in the room -rather slow. No disco in the hotel. Shops 1-2 busstops away.

    Between gstaad and saanen, perfectly located for detailed hikes, for example after wispile and lauenensee, great höhenwanderungen, great view, with funicular railways, with 3 tagespaß to 36 chf all included. Gstaad is somewhat larger shopping possible. Many romantic old wooden houses carvings. We liked it very much

We ( family with son (8) and daughter (5) can the hotel ' most warmly' recommend. Beautiful, quiet, sometimes somewhat extraordinary hotel with good management. At the front desk you will be getting friendly expected, the room ( the Kletterzimmer ) is big and spacious ( although the bathroom already somewhat older is) and there is a possibility the two Beds through a tambour door disassociate. Afternoon is half board tea and (very delicious) cakes contain, evenings there is an excellent (again a big compliment to the kitchen) 4-course menu. As a part of the half board could the children ... select all and nicely was served one on top. In addition to the beautiful weather. What else could you want? read more

We had 4 super days in Gstaad to real mega price. When the last ski vacation in Austria the costs CIRCA + 25%! We would gladly come again! The only thing in the hotel, a small shortcoming was, the very soft mattress and the French the always with the shorts in the sauna go -:-)! read more

The staff are very friendly and helpful. No circumstances are the staff too much. Here is the customer yet king. The rooms and the hotel are clean. The hotel has a quiet and pleasant climate. It was a very relaxing and good-feeling week in the hotel and it was great fun. We can only recommend the hotel. read more

great and quiet location for those who want to pleasant infrastructures on the other side of the life in the village want to profit. Saanen in Gstaad are in a flash reachable. Highly recommendable, go all the time, whether appropriate opportunity gladly again now. read more

We were with a friendly A couple from Mecklenburg skiing vacation the Alpine lodge. Already the reception with a glass of sparkling wine was very friendly. You will immediately about the hotel and its facilities informed. The complete staff is very friendly and helpful. We had half board and the four course menu was very varied and tasted excellent. Also the variety of the breakfast buffet left no choice Nothing to be desired. the double room to the south were very quiet and original equipped. I very much appreciated the iMac with internet connection in the room and the free ... wireless access to the internet in the whole area of the hotel. the Alpine lodge is best advertisement for the Swiss hotel Industry. read more

Our workshop in the Alpine lodge we keep in our best memories for a long time! After a very friendly and personal welcome by Günter W. and his team on the first morning, we could move (30 people) mostly already our room, the hotel and the facilities was explained to us and we were personally to our rooms brought. They were very spacious and spotlessly clean-the view of the mountains, garden and pool was very nice. Also the seminary room left nothing to be desired (it is very large and with all the technology, you need)-we have been the whole ... day with delicacies from the kitchen spoiled, there were coffee and many types of tea available, sweet fruit basket and was very varied (also with titles)! Our free-Standing lunch buffet in the restaurant the hotel was a further highlight with soups, salads, mini sandwiches, desserts, and made us all happy. Especially we want to show flexibility and presence of hotel director and his team-we have been (due to illness) other rooms with more private sector offered, as reserved were. The free Wi-Fi and the MAC computer in all rooms we liked all. The breakfast buffet another hit with the massive selection! Warm THANKS ALSO TO the KITCHEN CREW! The lounge in the lobby, as well as wellness oasis are new and wonderful -a shame, that we had more time! Well I could imagine, that some of us privately the Alpine lodge there again! read more

    The view of the mountains, garden and the pool is very nice. shuttle bus to and from to the train station (free of charge). A bit out of the villages of Gstaad and Saanen and nevertheless very easy to reach (from on foot - however the main street along).

I was, after five years the second time there were again wonderful days in a very pleasant and quiet atmosphere. You should however the half board book. The food is brilliant and then there is also a vacation in Switzerland affordable. read more
