We were lucky and were after complaint of the 'hotel room' in the main building ( equal rather a dump) in the ' Pennystella ' building, a guest house, about 50 meters away from the hotel.
Unfortunately we had to drinks and food nevertheless in the hotel to take us. Means, every time 50 meters on foot uphill. For everyone you had to at free-range dogs past, the often not good mood!
The food was not rich still varied, many daytrips made or the day at the beach and we for this reason regularly the lunch box ( bottle of ... water, bread, orange, muffin) ordered.
The service, especially evenings at the bar and also in the restaurant, was extremely rude. Unbelievable, that it is not allowed, per person two drinks to get. A new drinks get only the, his glass completely drank it (one controls exactly!). In a line at the bar from always at least 10 persons it is difficult, in short before 22:30 o'clock still 'quickly' a drink to get.
The hotel is very outdated and in every corner dirty. The activities repeated every day and evening. The hotel was stayed in of French, English, Poland, Romanians and so on. German we could count them on one hand.
In the guesthouse ' Pennystella ' we had a pretty small apartment, even with kitchenette. In the bathroom lacked shower curtain, but otherwise we had nothing else to moan. Especially pleasant was the pool there, the only by a few guests frequented. Not to be compared to the pool in the hotel, where continuous crowd and Parties in the form of loud music was.
The beach was unfortunately also much further away than we thought and way too narrow and small for so many tourists. The beach-shuttle is a joke, is a half way out again.
The Heraklionshuttle (free) is a in the middle of town out, came only to not punctual.

If you like until late in the night ( circa 1 until 2 o'clock) loud party music to room hear, is right at home here. You can not much about the hotel say. The food is more than bad. Evenings does not exist time Tzatziki ( in a Greek hotel in my opinion standard) and the yoghurt in the morning is liquid. Tasted the rest of the food was at a grade 5. the choice is small, the beverages watered down. As a bad all inclusive hotel is usual. For walks on the beach is the way to the beach ... one of the adventure which the hotel has to offer. One goes over a gravel road, slope 12-15%, down in the small bay. That lasts around the 15 minutes, the way back, depending on the condition, 20 to 30 minutes.
For a one time vacation the hotel I can not recommended. read more

Who good entertainment want is in the right place here. Under all inclusive I really don't understand not, that from 22:30 any drinks must be paid. View of the bay from the balcony is gigantic, beautiful. Cheap if you have a vacation and not too big have expectations is in the right place here. The staff in the restaurant and at the bar was very friendly, the at the front desk unfortunately not. read more

The tourist the more is looking for peace and quiet and not the hustle and bustle is here in good hands. Animation is okay and for variety is also provided (folklore evening, Greek evening live music). Should be emphasized the clean-ness of the complex, the sensational view of the sea and especially the care and pleasingly hospitable

The food is greasy, soggy-oily and not seasoned. The pool unclean (point of view maximal 30 centimeter). Satellite tv 4 channels, hardly recognisable pictures german ZDF... Wireless internet 10 Euro per week only in rezeptionsnähe password for all panorama1982. Party is 7 days per week until 4 a. m., whoever stays free inconvenient just unlucky. Program sequence always the same. Af no case book a room with a sea view! For young people the another whereupon it to make want, it is still ok.

I knew so far greek hotel only in lumbering condition, little modern and hardly demanding. The village Panorama Hotel in agia pelagia is the opposite. If now only the staff competent and the head chef with his relatively good food spices would use, you would like to come again. As we were regular customers in a greek restaurant at the beach, although we booked half board had. A shame... But the place is definitely again. read more

Our room was right next to restuarant so privacy on balcony and a bit noisy, other rooms seemed ok.
Food a bit repetative, but edible.
Beach has steep walk back to hotel but bus to main beach, although beach to right is nicer and quieter.
Bit too many cats and flies for my liking, in the restaurant, smell of cat pee round this area quite bad. read more

I found the hotel quite OK! D IE front desk is so schnauzig. The computers were too expensive. The large pool was very, very dirty. There are a lot of hair in it. read more

For someone not so high demands, the hotel is good. The food was on the whole very good. At least there's something for everyone and if it only the delicious fresh salad is. Man is always full. We would fly there again! read more

Hello people, also we with our two friends had booked Panorama pure relaxation. We put still 60 euro and had great room with sea view balcony. Simply gigantic. The Panorama is apparently been refurbished and under new management. The food, we had all inclusive, was great us has enjoyed it. And is anything there is the solution salad. With two pools and a children's pool in the back area has also its peace. Diagonally under the balcony rooms is the bar with entertainment in the evening. But with the new soundproof Windows one hardly heard was up. We cannot understand ... the bad evaluations of the other and will not again. read more

A great ocean view that was already it though breakfast only one sort of bread tasted the rather cute ( for diabetics wasn't ideal) Otherwise the food was normal for a 3 star hotel but not very tasty The bathroom was a catastrophe after showering everything under water everywhere rust and dirt entertainment there was unfortunately no and in the small village also only a few tavernas but they were quite nice and if it was dark it was unpleasant climb up to the village on the street since there was no lighting was All in all we had better ... three stars but also worse The view was pure panorama read more

Hotel: very nice hillside hotel with many small 3 story buildings. In total about 300 rooms. Two outdoor swimming pools with pool bar and a children's pool plus playground at the relax pool ( direction room number 700 +). Food: It is a pure all inclusive hotel. There are 4 -5 main courses (fish, meat, noodles, daily a Greek specialty) there are also four salads ( carrots, potatoes, pasta, Chefkochsalat) and 3-4 desserts ( ice cream, pudding, jelly, cakes, etc. ) The drinks were during meal times from a machine and otherwise at the two bars. There was Fanta orange ..., Fanta Limone, Sprite, cola, water, beer, wine, grapefruit and orange juice, however everything from concentrate/ syrup). Beach: was very nice and only about 15 minutes for Langsamläufer distance. A mixture of gravel and fine sand. Public beach so 6 Euro for two beach chairs and an umbrella. read more

The hotel is well named, as the views are spectacular. We had 2 rooms at the back, and were well satisfied; the rooms were plenty big enough, the beds were comfortable, and the aircon was worth every cent of the €5 per day. The staff were very friendly & always helpful, and the cleaners never stopped!
The quality of the food on offer was good, but I would have preferred some additional choices, especially at dinner, with usually only one meat and one fish choice, with a Greek speciality (e.g. souvlaki, kalamari, moussaka, keftedakia) as well. The salads were ... varied, and always fresh, with different dressings available every night.
The pools were always clean, and we never had a problem getting 4 sunbeds whenever we wanted (no getting up at silly o'clock for us!) and we tended to use the "relaxing" pool most days, as it was quieter.
All in all, we had an excellent holiday, very relaxing, and I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel. read more

Our room was small, dirty, even the bed linen looked not fresh.
The meals were probably rather on English guests vote, I as an Englishwoman on this type of food also angry would have. It was bland, dead, dead, just bad.
The crowning of the stay were still the incursions in several rooms, whereby the hotel management not really hard, the vacations assistance to offer! Totally disappointing.
I was glad, when we finally back home able to fly! read more

Check in was ok; but unfortunately we had to find our way in the hotel itself. no one helped us to find your room; hotel itself clean; the rooms are well sporadically equipment; change of towels every 2 days if ever; the front desk was cleaned only spuradisch among others, and German complaints were handled quickly: Very friendly!!! Entertainment top notch; a Hi to peter the animator!!! Food was ok; it is a 3 star hotel!!! Not a five star hotel value for money was ok! Beach is clean, but too far from the hotel!!! There are three pools, which ... are very clean!!! There were enough beach chairs and umbrellas!!! Children's entertainment top notch; Hi to asha!!! The entertainment every day: darts; wasservollyball; botscher; pin pon tournament; bingo (cocktails; t-shirt; cd; geldgewinn); water polo; quiz ( Cocktailgewinn); mini disco; wassergemnastik: the view is really perfect panorama view; how the hotel name says it!!! It was a great holiday!!! Again at any time!!! We can recommend for the young people; however, the hotel is nothing for retirees; since the music was too loud and it until in the night going!!! read more

Hotel staff were rude and at the guests wish with disinterest response. linen (towels) only after 3 days! Much too long waits at the bar, all-inclusive not really acceptable! boardwalk difficult, especially for the elderly. Distance to the beach about 15 minutes. The rooms were furnished in a spartan way, the cleanliness was really not up to scratch, towels were only changed after giving tips, we booked full board, but after 3 days of hotel cuisine, we preferred to eat out every day, because we didn't want an upset stomach. The structure of the guests was: 45% British guests, 45% Polish guests, 5% French guests, 5% German guests. read more

14 Days mornings, afternoons and evenings a kind of bread. In the morning, there was one sort of cheese and sausage ( the whole two weeks the same variety). Otherwise, there were no spotty dishes for lunch and dinner, which made it rather was forced to eat in the other restaurants. The all inclusive drinks served in paper cups and from 11:30 PM you had to pay for all drinks. From 22 hours took the service much time, us drinks. The hotel itself is rather a club resort than a "real" hotel. It is very noisy, as you 24 ... hours check in, it was hardly quiet - on the contrary: The word consideration showed very few in its vocabulary. After reporting it to the front desk, that it is very noisey at night, you could get to hear that because of the many young guests not to the older generation consideration could! Most showers in the rooms showed no shower curtains, so you the whole bathroom was underwater. The other was the size of the shower cubicle about 40 times 40 cm. The shower mat in the bathroom were replaced in the 14 days only once. read more
