Hotel Side Crown Palace^{(5 stars)}

Our family room was absolutely sufficient in terms of size. The zwischenzimmer is lack of window a little dark. Here would be an additional lamp just as desirable, as a few additional hangers and possibly also a changing table. Equipment and condition absolutely great. Evening show and tanzprogrammen it was in our room relatively loud, which in other areas but again this can be otherwise.

We only used the large main restaurant good. Everything was very good and without any complaint! In particular the delicious pizzas and turkish pizza are to mention. Every evening dinner stood under another landesmotto...

Absolute 5 star service... From the reception, over the waiters, maids and other staff... Everything super! Commendable is at this point particularly the nice guest relations to call, the an ear to lend and a friendly word had!

Kids activities in the morning and in the afternoon by the nice Berk and the charming guilia. Activities are still developable however for the low season and the number of children absolutely sufficient and familiar. Mini disco was nicely decorated and diverse! At the beach bar were during our travels many repairs and be made so were changing rooms, showers and toilets not finished yet... But certainly now in a new light shine ☺

Very well run 5 star house! Mixed guest structure mostly german speaking guests. The travel time upscale average age... Nevertheless very suitable for children! Wireless internet on the rooms and in the lobby.

Distance z. beach around 5 to 10 walk. Currently is still much in the area built, but it really did not disturbed us. Regular shuttlebusverkehr... Shopping possibilities plentiful: optician, jewelery, textiles, leather goods and supermarket in the hotel. Other shops in the immediate area. To Kumköy only 15 minutes walk.

Great rooms (stayed in the crown select ), but unfortunately very badly soundproofed! This is really a huge shortcoming, as you the neighbours really understand

Were in march the 2 time in this hotel. Got a room to the construction. At the reception we tried a more peaceful room to get. The entertainers seemed the guests with darts nicely maintained to have. In the evening you can the entertainment in the lobby reputation, then dance is well accepted.

The hotel has in our opinion in our 2. stay not diminished. We were totally from the weather surprised (25,02.-08,03. 13). Daily sunbathing, except 2/12 days cloudy, 1 times in the evening only rain and we were in the hotel. We had a family room with connecting door, was spacious, but the room the son was a passage room. We were in the section on of the lobby, at night until 24:00 o'clock very noisy, but that didn't bother us, because we ourselves at the time in the lobby were. The food was excellent again. The entertainers light animation made (darts, Volleyball, evening entertainment and then dance music), were very pleasant.

The hotel is located in 3. number, the shuttle bus you could already use, but the surrounding area is, at the moment, a disaster, because surrounding building sites are.

If you are over the stairs room to visit want, there was at the beginning of problems that it also finds. The hotel is definitely in a great condition and very clean. We had booked all-inclusive at the select. Mostly it was occupied by german seniors, a few french and dutch. The distance to the airport is approximately 1 hour, sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on how much hotels were driven to. Directly in front of the hotel a new shopping area built. There was a main restaurant and three à la carte restaurant, Dieese but i did not try, because the food as always was very good. The food was very good and very varied. It was always everything very clean, one was always make an effort the guests happy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. You realized that there is a mutually and the thanks of the eb manager Hulusi öguz. As you can tell the a posities conditions prevails. Keep up the good work, you guys were great.

The staff is very friendly and hard-working, besides at the front desk, there are some rather lackluster. However also not all. Complaints i had luckily no. And the doctor i needed luckily either.

Animation is to be desired, since constantly changing the staff. Beach and pool are ok.

The rooms are spacious and also furnished nicely. It is always everything thoroughly cleaned. However often only in the afternoon, the is not so nice. I think the too little staff. Most of the guests came from Germany and some from frakreich. The average age mixed. Beginning march rather over 50 and the end because of the easter holidays more families with children.

To the beach it is on foot about 10 minutes, or you can use the hotel bus every few minutes. Opposite of the hotel is a very nice shopping area. You might as well as a woman alone go shopping. Directly in front of the hotel the Dolmuş from.

Clean, modernly furnished and furnished single rooms. I had a single room with a pool view, from the front the hotel buildings is the seashore to see.

The best from the hotel is the kitchen & gastronomy. I stayed in the Antalya hotels, which i up to now was, never had such a good, numerous and qualitative cuisine seen. Strong praise and large thanks go to the chef Remzi cirkin and the restaurant chef Hulusi oguz. We were very satisfied, with both the restaurant boss, as well as with the waiters.

The complete staff is friendly, forestalling and reacted with questions and suggestions very quickly. The german of the staff are very good. I have stayed in numerous hotels around Antalya, the german skills of the Side Crown Palace staff but by far very good.

The Side Crown Palace hotel is fully recommendable. New year's eve 2014 come i hope again.

The only point, in my opinion the only, sole point, where the hotel no full assessment can get, is the long distance to the sea, at least 8 minutes must on foot be mastered. A shuttle bus goes the hotel guests right to the entrance of the beach promenade. The Dolmuş minibüsse drive to the street, where the hotel is, directly past, the stop is just 100 meters away from the hotel and stop characterized (d), from there can one via Dolmuş Manavgat and side in 10 minutes. The dolmuspreise per person are currently at 1-1,50 Euro.

Our room was a good size, very modern and functional decorated. It had a mini bar, coffee maker. The mini bar was daily filled with sodas. The air conditioning (warm) worked. For a 5-star hotel we missed however the bathrobe, had toiletries with us, make-up mirror, etc..

There were two large main restaurants. The restaurant manager mr sait ÖZER was aüberaus professional and friendly, also with the table search very helpful, finally we got (my husband is in a wheelchair) a fixed table. Our waiter Tolga very polite and attentive. The food delicious. The chef and his team have a big compliment and thank you deserve.

The service in this hotel was unique. Everyone was attentive and friendly. Room cleaning perfect.

The hotel is in a good state. It is very comfortable, straightforward size, beautiful rooms with a shower, also for guests in the wheelchair access. The cleanliness is perfect. We had all inclusive. The guest structure while we were there (seven weeks) from 60 years. There the hotel schloss, we unfortunately had to at 3 january in another move to the hotel, which is not was pleasant. However the staff was Very helpful. The gästebetreuerin very helpful. Our thanks to the office manager wanter mrs Kaya, a very friendly, competent personality.

The hotel is not at the beach, free shuttle service, also on foot you could the beach good. Shopping possibilities were plentiful available. The Dolmuş stops right in front of the hotel.

We had a room on the 4. floor construction site. The did not bother us. Only one complaint: In the 1st week we had a neighbor (room 4208) the night with his wife yelled and these also has threatened. We were 3 times at the front desk and 2 times in the guest manager, but unfortunately without every success. Also a room change was refused, you would be full. For sure the hotel can't for such guests. But you could have helped us. We had 2 weeks holiday. We would book the hotel again,

A very good choice of meals and drinks. The 3 restaurants are the best.

Everyone was really friendly, even if only the friendly gentleman is, the in the restaurant the floor sweeping and everybody speaks german.

Entertainment was very discreet. Beach clean with enough sun loungers.

After our 1st visit last year we were this time again very pleased.

Enough excursion possibilities available.

The rooms are for this segment appropriately furnished and with a size of around 28 to 30 meters ² average size (franz. Bed and a single bed). Safe, led flat screen tv with many german programs, including video text. Refrigerator with daily refilled with soft drinks, large closet and storage space in the bathroom are available. Unfortunately only a shower, what a disabled people is difficult, because a seating area was missing. The cleaning of the rooms with two-day bed sheets-and almost daily towel change is good.

All meals are in buffet form is offered. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, the selection was huge, especially of bread and rolls, fruits and cereal, eggs, omelets, meat, fish, cakes and other desserts. Also prawns and scampi's are often available. With the fruit for us was the chef on special request the pomegranates pod leave. The service is very good. The food is the size and of the quality it was great, although as in many hotels in Lara (for example dolphin) salmon-or roastbeefaufschnitt not happen. But there are sufficiently to many cheese and cold meat. Freshly squeezed juices could at a charge be ordered. The staff pays attention to for cleanliness, especially at the buffet. With exception the front desk is the staff in all areas very friendly and has mostly good german language skills. A doctor is in the hotel.

The whole spa area is for a hotel this order of magnitude simply too small and plain and in the rear part of the building accommodated. The swimming pool only large windows facing the bed's headboard. It prevails a kelleratmosphäre. The fitness area is equipped with three treadmills, three exercise bikes, and a weight bench on a lot to close room. (in the fitness room was right under the window already mold to see). The entertainment is very 'dezent' and limited, probably because of the altersdurchschnitts, on a few deals. The pool area is sufficient. But not all forms of gardens. Are enough sun-loungers available, in spite of the early occupancy with towels by liebenwerte contemporaries.

About four weeks before you start your holiday we received the message from Oeger-tours, there is due to a construction site under circumstances view and noise. We may on advertised prices without charges transfer. The specified tel. -hotline manned around the clock. Via e-mail and through our travel agent we tried then to change. There was no cleaning. A complaint to the manager was still not answered (only entrance and subsequent reply confirmed). We asked about a week before arrival the hotel, because of the mobility of my wife a quiet room, after opportunity to pool side, near the elevator available. We did Oeger-tours in the communication, we have no right to a room to the pool side. Similar was as e-mail office manager aysin Kaya. You will but efforts. After a transfer time of about 60 minutes we reached the hotel. It lies in 3. row directly on a four-lane road in Evrenseki. Near arrival at the hotel i presented the e-mail. The front desk was uninterested and seemed very arrogant. We received the room 202 on the ground floor with direct view at the construction site and next to of the lobby. As later herausstelle, it was apparently one of the loudest room in the entire building. On 1-12-12 around about 18 o'clock began on the construction site the concreting the ceiling of the first obergeschoss's. it took until about 3 hours at night. Until about 24 hours sounded noise from of the lobby. A video, against midnight rotated, i a. Until the end the work we could no eye to close. The noise the betonpumpe and the cement mixers hummed to in our room tortz closed windows. The next morning we asked at the front desk a ruhgeres rooms. We could not complain, i therefore wanted the staff not understand, so we the room want to change. It could not be, the the noise so long persisted could have been. We would have complained, would have the front desk after 22 o'clock the police called. Could the concreting then stopped. - it was? - the police stops a half concreted ceiling? The office manager is not present. Let us about a week patient. It is no room free, we are fully-booked! Only when we after another superiors or the general manager required with the adjustment of the videos into internet threatened, us the room 2111 over of the lobby offered. Another move is not possible. As it turned out, were both manager present. It is a lie to the beams bend. Even a volatile conversation with the general manager couldn't help us. The hotel has a attractive architecture. The beach is about 500 meters away as the crow flies. It remains gutgem weather (unfortunately we had around 12 to 14 days of rain) a constant shuttle bus service. Bus in the surrounding towns are in front of the hotel available. On the other side of the street is a about a kilometer long shopping mile available.

Large room with a balcony the because of the streets-and baulärmes rarely was available. Minibar was daily with water Limo and Cola filled for free. The air conditioning was very good. Kettle and coffee available. Nice large bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.

Very good food and good quality, but luke warm. Restaurant always very clean. Varied food.

Front desk very unfriendly, poor communication. Rooms were cleaned. Towel and laundry change good.

Entertainment was hard, pool is good, with enough chairs.

Room size, facilities, balcony good. Room to the land and roadside very loud, four-lane highway directly below the window and a construction site ( around the hour) on the east side of the hotel until about march 2013. Window due to the streets and baulärmes always closed. Other room not possible, because there was everything occupied. Reception overstrained and incompetent. Clean hotel, good food, but it was always lukewarm. Waiters very friendly
