Hotel de la Paix Cha Am Beach^{(5 stars)}

Our room was in the building 5 on the ground floor with a spacious terrace. The whole layout was very generous, the bed very comfortable and the rain shower in the bathroom a dream. The electronic equipment of the light and stromsystems is very modern and high-tech moderate. On the wall in the sleeping area there was a big Samsung flat screen tv also belonging Apple tv. The beverages in the minibar were daily free (including two bottles of beer), as well as small snacks and coffee and tea facilities.

There was a main restaurant, the central on the complex and two bars. Breakfast was very varied and good quality, there was something there for every taste. It was possible between different teas to choose, but there were also Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato. The juices were unfortunately not on 5 star standard, fresh juice or smoothies would have been nice. Because of the location, we ate a couple of times in the hotel restaurant. The staff at reception speaks enough english, is however not very competent. The service is generally good. The staff was very friendly and tried very hard. The foreign language skills were not always enough for the level of a 5 star hotels. the rooms are really spacious and modern however very nicely furnished. air conditioning, tv, and smokers rod against the gnats. We had a corner room and therefore 2 windows. We also had a lot of entertainment from the nature. Once dunkelwurde you could hear frogs despite having the window closed from the nearby convenient Walddie whole night. Because of the above-mentioned renovations was only a restaurant open. the food was great great arranged and really good quality. But a little small portions for the price. the staff were very friendly. however the language skills. Not even English was well understood. Since it 2 times no breakfast buffet gave only à la carte we wanted bread but got only sweets. entertainment there was no. options for shopping in Hua Hin. The internet was against free. Beach I already described above. the two pools were against clean and warm.

A small lovely area with much privacy. super clean. Since we during the renovation were there it was almost no guests. But I think it has always enough loungers at the beach and the two pools. as compensation we had every evening 3-course menu al la carte. Card was however somewhat decreases as the kitchen also been renovated. In appetizers and main course it didn't matter since it is a good choice for 6 days. But with 4 dessert it was a bit tight in the selection.

the hotel is somewhat off the beaten track. no restaurants in front of the hotel. After Cha Am about 10 minutes by car and after Hua Hin half hour.
