It is a relatively small hotel with 5 floors. The hotel makes from the inside a clean, well-kept impression (from the outside it looks somewhat less well maintained, however also not neglected). Essentially rise obviously business travelers different nationality (during our stay: german, austrian, swiss, japanese, italian, russian ) in this hotel from. read hotel review

    We had a double room on the 2. floor with approximately 24 meters². The room had a balcony, a bathroom (shower), satellite flat screen tv (unfortunately only a german-language program, the ARD), a mini bar, a safe and free wi-fi. It was clean and in good condition. The shower in the bathroom in the hotel features completely down black spots. But we had (after some reports on the internet about the hotel had read) clearly expected worse. We had the room with breakfast and this was also ok. We had a little problems the air conditioning to adjust, as the expected turn-switch no printing more enough room. Essentially rise obviously business travelers different nationality (during our stay: german, austrian, swiss, japanese, italian, russian ) in this hotel from.

    The staff were friendly and eager to help. The english knowledge the front desk were okay. German was not spoken. The room would be cleaned daily and it were every day the towels were changed and the shampoo bottles etc... Increased (whether you want to or not).

    The hotel is located (on foot) approximately 500 meters from the hauptbahnhof (central) away. A bit further away, but still within easy reach, are still 2 further metro-stations (repubblica, lima) in walking distance. From the train station central runs the malpensa express to the airport malpensa (duration about 50 minutes, price 10 Euro). Around the hotel and the train station numerous restaurants of various categories.

The hotel is nearby a subway-station, so you lose any unnecessary time with leerläufen. It is located in a side street, in the rooms to the street side can be noisy. read hotel review

Actually a beautiful hotel with nice rooms, but the cleanliness in the rooms and on balcony leaves a lot to be desired ( for example: strong visible mold in the shower). Location excellent about 5 minutes on foot to main station ( everything reachable - metro, bus to the airport,. ) read hotel review

The hotel is getting old. Small rooms, a bit yellow tiles in the bathroom, old furniture, not working phone and no chairs or table on the balcony. The location is in a quiet side street nearby the Centrale. The staff at the check-in was a bit unfriendly, but otherwise reasonably friendly. When we complained, as in the room a bit of the wall came, was first a bit rude, but solved. read hotel review
