Dominican star hotel, Big room, only a side ocean view (view of the sea not possible with a german tour operator), normal room amenities, it is only two elevators for a block (at the start the blocks in the direction desk and in the middle of the block, on one floor there are approximately 40 rooms. The rooms are twice a day cleaned (cleaning is good), Food and drinks are a upscale dominican 4-5 star standard, the quality of the food and drinks is good to very good (the chef subject). In the Secrets hotel many germans, american, canadian, british ... tourists descended. The complex is only conditionally accessible for handicapped (in other Secrets-hotels better). read more

    The rooms are wonderful large. The furniture is already used, but still fully functional. You can tell, that before these rooms to the now-hotel heard and for about 1 year to Secrets-hotel features. Try a room on the 3. floor to get! Rooms with gartenview you should take in order to save money. Rooms with swimup access not recommendable since everyone by their private swimming area swims. Room with a pool view you can take but nothing if the sideways view of the sea have can. Unfortunately room with a view of the sea offered, these are but with a german tour operator not! It is usually a mistake in the hotel description the respective tour operator before. In our opinion are the best rooms in block 4, 3 floor, 80 room number.

    The quality of the meals and drinks for dominican republic conditions well, within the Secrets-chain average. As you also restaurants at now hotel mitbenutzten it is in the Secrets well and in the now-bad hotel. A perfect vacation in a gorgeous hotel with fantastic staff and great service! Comments the the food etc. Criticize one could forget, everything was really super. Room 2 times/day tidy Yes there were some guests from the USA and from Canada, we were these people rather than some typical german holiday-makers! Really recommendable hotel! read more

About 370 rooms of different categories. We had a pool view room and it is great. Insanely beautiful bed with many pillows very comfortable. I have always problems in hotel beds, but this was great with *. There were always clean towels in the bathroom. We had all inclusive and you could if you woltte really the whole day food and beverage of the finest quality, also in the neighboring hotel now. The average age was at around 40 to 65. very many americans, german, swiss and russians. read more

    Huge, top condition, tv, dvd player, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron, balcony, tub on the balcony, coffee and tea, coffee making facilities, mini bar, fan and a small seating area.     In the Secrets there is 3 restaurants, a grill, 4 bars. As we were there there was a theme evening every evening, french, spanish, american and so on. One always found something, that tasted. What i absolutely want is the water, a real disaster. We had dinner once at the upper bar where the shows pass water ordered, has horrible chlorine and to what i know good. Please only bottles of use. Otherwise everything very clean and tidy. They are constantly refilling and everything nicely decorated.

    Everybody was as on our first trip to the dominican republic very friendly. Everything was great and excellent. A strong praise in zamora, Felix and the small bandito menqui. Menqui always very good with dessert looked after, its bananas are spectacular. During the room cleaning there was a few small weaknesses, but not very weight taken. We mostly in english, at the front desk one speaks but also german.

    The beach and also the pool are simply first class. Except the area of the pool bar to our travel time from americans besieged was made. And if we around half 5 from the beach came in this area unfortunately not so good smell. You have to say that it was a bit like in majorca is, but only this area. Otherwise everything was good.     From the airport it was only 20 minutes if one then in the hotel arrives, starts the vacation at. It is only a steinwurft from the beach away, it was at breakfast before eyes if you of the terrace sits. There is at the beach a few shopping possibilities, small shops in which it t-shirts, jewelry, pictures, cigars and many more there is. Decide to buy something. Great big room, and bathroom. Our pool view room had a partial view of the ocean (2. floor). Great cleanliness in the hotel, pool and garden. Minibar included, safe inclusive, wi-fi for a fee. All inclusive. Bracelet without annoying. Guests at our time americans, french, swiss, austrians and germans. Age mainly between 25 and 35 and 45-55. read more

    Nice big room, with great bed. Seating area available. Flat screen tv, coffee maker, minibar, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and fan, jacuzzi tub on the balcony. Large bathroom with separate toilet and huge shower. Everything was clean and tidy.

    There was enough selection of restaurants, the food was at any time and everywhere really good and rich. Every morning there were freshly squeezed orange juice and in addition you could have smoothies freshly prepared, which i especially good liked. The cleanliness was everywhere immaculate.

    Very much staff, all very friendly. At the ongoing 'excellent' one must get accustomed, also, that constantly during the meal someone next to you, the ask, if you have some need, or you just the drinks top up. We got used to, but it was for our taste a little 'too much'. The cleaning of the rooms was with us often only at 17 o'clock and from 6:30 p. m. the 2 time, which is not so significant was. Then was all great.

    Nice pool area, which we did not use however. The hotel is more like the smaller variety, at least in the cathedral. Republic ☺. It has approximately 350 rooms. All amenities are included in the price, even the 24 hours room service. Children are not allowed, so you can really no children shrieking relax - very pleasant. Many germans, americans and canadians, also british and austrians were many here. read more

    The rooms are super! Very big and furnished nicely, a bit colorful, bright and friendly. They make a quite new impression, no mold in the bathroom and everything was clean. There is a coffee maker, a safe, tv, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, slippers, dvd player (dvds can be rented), a jacuzzi tub on the balcony (please note, not half of the bottle from the hotelshampoo for a bathroom use, the schaumberg was gigantic :-d a quarter is enough ☺. The bathroom has two sinks, a large shower, and behind a door the toilet with a bidet.

    In the hotel there was a buffet, in the morning, lunch and dinner can be eaten. The three specialty restaurants are the Oceana (Seafood and fish), seaside grill (grill) and the restaurant 'gohan' (sushi etc.).     Beach: around midday it was hardly possible, free chairs to get. In the morning we were mostly diving, so we just returned back to you later on the beach came... At the beach there were unfortunately no showers, but at the pool. The pool meanders through the whole area and is beautiful. The entertainers organize every day various games, where you play money gets, with you at the auctions by the pool t-shirts, rum or similar can get. Further offers the hotel Volleyball at the beach, Merengue-dancing lessons, spanish lessons at the beach (very funny), aerobics at the beach etc. Evenings there were on the 'Secrets Plaza' entertainment with the hotel's band, various dance groups etc.

    The hotel is located in bavaro, Punta Cana directly at the beach. In in the area unfortunately many other hotels and a small town or similar there are none nearby. Every day shuttle buses drove to (tourist, expensive) shopping centres. At the beach and in the hotel enough excursions were offered (negotiate!).

The hotel is u-shaped geared toward the sea. The modern reception you got a free Plaza where in the evening events. There is in the entire hotel complex high cleanliness (even with ashtrays). You feel good straight away welcome everyone strives much and will do its best. Wireless internet we didn't use, because we had were on holiday. The hotel secret royal for 500 guests rooms, not badly soundproofed and very spacious and modern (and very clean) the guests from the ages of 19 to 74 years and also of the nationalities were mixed. In the adjacent now larimar but ... also children, these guests may not into the secret. This is a very stylish however not gesnobte atmosphere in the secret. read more

    The rooms are very modern, big and very clean. The hot tub on the balcony was really great as you pass through to very lots of space on the balcony. We were in 2. floor where you can enjoy the jacuzzi bathroom very big and clean. Towels were changed daily and all 3 days the bed linen.

    There are 1 buffet restaurant at the beach where breakfast, lunch and dinner is. You can here great goes outside purely sit. Then there was 3 other restaurants at the beach(seaside grill, gohan, ozeana very good service). For breakfast there is always salmon, caviar, sparkling wine, and 1000 other schlemmersachen ). The buffet always had themed nights, which were very extensive. The atmosphere in all restaurants from the staff very gechilled and you will enjoy the great view of the ocean with full belly. Also one does not the feeling, that you tip the someone friendly (but all have a rest Dollar). Also in Europa looks like to why not in the dom. Republic

    Yes what can i say. Simply top top top. You can really say excellent. The hotel was full at our time but you never had the feeling it is undesirable or the staff is busy. Immediately got a table and so fast you could not at all drink as you again asked. Also the food, whether buffet or à la carte restaurant and very clean and friendly (if you didn't find anything here must stay at home). The room was always very clean cleaned, you have to the humidity note it can sometimes be grumpy that's normal with 70% humidity. With us the air conditioner didn't work 1 hour later it was fixed. So as lots of hotels in Europa much crib itself from.

    The beach is very clean and the loungers are not cramped together cramped. You can from 8:00 to 5:00 p. m. towels holen and this in the evening in large baskets throw. The service at the beach is top. Also the pool bar is great, you get really caribbean cocktails in the pineapple or coconut serves. Also all major alternative spirits even red bull one gets. We had never experienced something like that with all inclusive and we travel 5 weeks every year only 4 or 5 stars. The pool is very big where one was on mats float can, very relaxing. The seaweed did not bother us, it is really only 1 meters a bit and afterwards is turquoise mee, in addition, there will be always cleared away. The entertainment is reservedly however funny and in the evening very good.

    The hotel is directly at the beach. We had a room at the Plaza (furthest location very pleasant) from there you go 3 minutes to the beach. The beach is well taken care of. The loungers are very far apart and the service is at the beach top (especially Patricia and yohleni ) everyone is nice and dance once again. You can also at the beach shopping (is cheaper than in the hotel store). You can hour in a direction, fantastic. The hotel is for excursions very centrally located.

Very nice for the region rather small hotel the elevated class. There is as everywhere something to improve but the all in all The hotel is definitely recommndable. It was about the hotel already Everything written in the positive as well as in the negative sense which i only agree. The negative in this hotel are luckily only details the good image of the Hotels nothing special impair. Maybe you should definitely not in the high season travel. read more

The srbs is smaller all inclusive hotel. The whole area consists of the hotels srbs and the now larimar. Guests of the srbs must all furnishings the now larimar fully mitbenützten (the preferend club spaces) reverse will not. There are no all-inclusive wristband, so you with the transition to the now larimar its room card turf must. In general i was now larimar way too loud and hectic, the offer much worse, so that you would settle down in the srbs can stay. The hotel itself is good in shot, some areas look like new, others are already nenoviert. The ... large at all the hotel is very clean. The whole day is deseamed and wiped. The garden between pool and Plaza see how painted from, and you will find no weeds or otherwise something not there is. To my great surprise was the cutlery, the glasses and the plates not 100% ig clean (fingerprints, leftovers and so on.). During our stay from 24/12-03/01 the outside of the lobbies and the entrance area the buffet freshly painted. The baurarbeiten on new oriental restaurant ' gohan' completed and you can use. In the first 3 days the utilization was about 50%, after that it was suddenly very busy. The audience was a colorful mix with about 20% guests from Germany, lots of young USA citizens, but also a few guests from Russia.     We had a junior suite on the 3 floor in block 5 on the dark side location. We had a great pool view and side sea view, fantastically. The room is large, airy, not musty smelling room and decorated up to date. The furniture made a new impression the mattresses were comfortable and not worn out. On the terrace was a jacuzzi the butler on request sunken and with rose petals decorated. The bathroom rather dark, however large, with glass shower and separate toilet/bidet. Mornings before 8:00 o'clock unfortunately no warm water! The room was every day thoroughly cleaned and the mini bar refilled. There was not any more like before rum and chips in the room. On arrival we have a bottle of sparkling wine and fruit can be. Alcohol gets you as a part of the room service not to the room. The 24 hours room service we didn't use them, but there is a small menu with dishes which you can order.

    The offer in the buffet restaurant (la Riviera) i call for a all inclusive hotel rather than small felt. The dishes were however qualitatively good. There is a range of ready-made dishes, depending on the hot topic of the type, a pizzäcke, a great salad buffet, different cheeses, mostly 2 soups, and a barbecue corner where one from a selection of fresh fish and meat prepared. I missed at the buffet but usually the 'wow' effect. There were brand name labels and the quality the cocktails are good. Cocktails are always with nice decoration presented. There is also 3 à la carte restaurant. The seaside grill (meat), the Oceana (fish) and the new asian restaurant gohan. I have all the 3 tried. The ambience is nice and private, nevertheless the food is definitely not better. Very nice it would be if the restaurant a bar would give, in the evening before or after the food can hang out. So you would not always to lobby bar climbing, which was not bad, but a little restrictive.

    Check-in: you get a cool refreshing towel, champagne and Piña Colada offered, very pleasant after a long flight. Everyone is somehow pleased about the arrival and greeted one with 'welcome home' and a smile friendly and helpful. You feel really welcome. We were Juan Manuel as our butler presented and mrs Erika from the concierge took us personally greeted and welcomed. We were then the bell boy together with our butler Juan Manuel by the complex to the room brought. On the way there us the first details on the appendix describes, meal times and procedures explained. Exemplary! Service in the room: the rooms were during our entire stay very thoroughly cleaned. In the evening there was a turn down service. It was again equipped with an extra bed, towels after, you got often lovely bed decoration from rose petals and chocolate, as well as the information leaflet with the events of the next day. Service in buffet restaurant: In bufferrestaurant there are two receptionists. A ask for the room-number and the other accompanied to the table, but of course wishes of the guests be taken into account. We are morning very gladly inside the window sat, but the preferences are just different. In the morning you got immediately orange juice poured and it has been asked, whether one coffee or sparkling wine would like. I did none of them tasted, so i with the champagne remained. The buffet offer in comparison to other hotels is rather small but of good quality. Disappointed i was personally from the christmas and new year's eve gala dinner, which except for some of the presentation, in nothing from the everyday food difference.     Here i am a little torn. The hotel is on honeymooners, couples or certain occasions specializes in. Here foam parties by the pool there was for me very peculiar. At all, i think the entire pool and the pool area from 2:30 p. m. avoid, if you any saufgelager a la Ballermann/Mallorca interest.     The srbs is smaller all inclusive hotel. The whole area consists of the hotels srbs and the now larimar. There is a free airport shuttle is offered. For a change or when it rains, i think the ideal, for shopping not really, because everything is overpriced. The hotel lies at a beautiful broad beach of bavaro. Unfortunately, the current apparently very inconvenient, which made very much seaweed, but also trash washed ashore. Only the desserts look and taste 'convenience'. Most did not meet our taste. For dinner: as the lunch buffet, only after theme nights structured, but we have no real difference could find.     First the positive: Friendly and fast check-in, very nice service at the bars and in the pool area. Super was also the service in the swim up junior suites! Very attentive service in the asian restaurant gohan, good service in the restaurant Oceana. Housekeeping, depending on the person, fast, friendly and efficient. Habituation-needily only the eternal 'my friend' and ' gimme five' the most employees. But you must not join in. Annoying on duration is the eternal 'excellent', with which one actually always to questions of the staff should reply/must. From the hotel's laundry service we got after one and a half days the laundry (from the tagesservice) from fettstreifen covered back, from the external laundry (other packaging with company logo) was the laundry (after we prior to on the tagesservice insisted) on the same afternoon perfect washed.

A really good hotel, that you would not hesitate to recommend, if you 14 days beach vacation want to do. Food in the buffet restaurant really very good, in the individual issues restaurants (have 2 visited) much worse. At the bars you get original drinks, if you are not careful serving but already times 'Classico', a billigmarke with which one also cabinets could clean. Room huge and in good condition. Facilities super nice and very neat. Little mosquitoes, 3-4 bites in 14 days without insektensprays. Beach very nice and clean, water much seaweed and through the sand at the start ... not so clear. Point of criticism is the spa area simply way too expensive is (80 minutes massage 169 us $) If you doctor in the hotel visits also juicy price. 4 syringes and 3 medicines for gastric flu 596 us $(information from other tourist on-site) Staff very friendly and attentive. Weather in january 27-30 degrees and always a breeze, from time to time a short rain showers. read more

    The beach is directly in front of of the door, and by far a most beautiful sections in the area. You can in both directions walk for hours which really nice is. At the beach there are a few verkäuft the but also very pleasant and not intrusive are, if you say that you don't need anything let a right in peace. We stayed in the whale wachting and santo domingo. El limon waterfall and national park you can book. On the subject of night life there were in both hotels themed nights and a disco in the now. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff at a wonderful white sandy beach under palm trees. The waiters were very attentive and accommodating and you did not have the feeling, anyone having preferred or discriminated, only, because someone give a tip or not. The entertainers were all very pleasant and good and managed again and again the guests in the hotel to hold. read more

We had a fantastic time in this complex -, although already much traveling, we would almost say, that this is the first ' right ' vacation was. After a short familiarisation we very quickly stress and annoyance of everyday life forget and excellently relax. We almost had even day of departure forget \u263a luckily this happened also other guests a couple of days before and thus we were again reminds. We are 'lazy' tourist, the little/not entertainment and activities participate. In spite of the we used whatsoever pastime (ebook, music, games) at any time. It was never boring! The staff ... is absolutely helpful, friendly and accommodating. With some we like and often amusing, that the parting the eyes damp were-on both sides. Therefore, if some say, that one with tips the service buy must, we cannot simply disagree. In this direction we were very poor and with quality/friendliness services absolutely nothing to do. We could watch, that some of this friendliness visited and at the buffet for example the only best employees the plates into your hand press, to ask him in the laden and then the plates on the table on. Yes, sometimes the gladly from friendliness, but one must not expect, or!? Specially with the staff we would like us also particularly in the case of some especially thank you mom sita (santa), martinez, enrique, domingo, number one, abigail and Felix mafioso \u263a also all other a big thank you very much and praise!     Huge rooms with a large bathroom and very new furniture. Decorated up to date with a safe, jacuzzi on the balcony, separate toilet. Coffee maker is available. The mini bar was always refilled and the service worked around the hour! From the room service, everything is perfect cleaned and the turn-down service worked very well!

    We were generally always in the la Riviera (buffet). The restaurant offers a huge diversity, the food has always tasted good and it was never something to the slope. Everything was always clean and the ambiance in the restaurant we have found very pleasant. One evening were we in the à-la-carte restaurant in the Secrets (Seafood). Also here the food was very tasty and the service still a bit more personal. Greetings to hector, the waiters (aha). Remarkably is still, that the service good is, before you give a tip. He is however definitely one or other Dollar extra value. In the buffet restaurant every evening another theme (asian, italian, french.) Simple tp!

    Very friendly, faster and more comprehensive service from very ausfgeschlossenem staff. It almost nothing to be desired. Most of the staff speak english and a few phrases in german. Room cleaning was perfect and we had no complaints.

    Very lots of free time- and entertainment offers, without this but as annoying are. Zumba, aerobics, Boccia, Volleyball, rum tasting, cigars workshop... , these are just a few offers. For each participating you get some Secrets-dollars, then at auction (three times per week) for certain things offered. The entertainers give themselves a lot of effort. You can the program but also easily withdraw. Especially good we found the morning aerobics and cigars workshop. From about 16 hours were very lots of guests by the pool congregated around the day with beverages slow off and on the evening prepared.

    The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport and lies directly at the beach. We booked our trips through a well-known on our own. There are many other excursions were offered. Restaurants nearby we did not try out. After eating in the hotel are we in the evening to the shop & drink gone, what one can recommend, to the night life of dominicans to try out.

We are from the 29,12-10,01. 2013 hotel guests been! The hotel we can 100% recommendable. The hotel is in immaculate condition, it is very small and almost perfect location. Which pleased us very well, was the proximity and orientation to the beach/sea. We sat at the breakfast, lunch and dinner direct with a sea view. Already alone this panorama is unforgettable! Also the food left nothing to be desired. The rooms are all very big and modern decor. Conclusion: it is always and everywhere hotel guests give to anything or anybody complained, therefore, in our opinion, some not ... be overestimated! If you have a smaller hotel with really great food, service and cleanliness is preferred here just perfect! The hotel has flair and relaxation is guaranteed! read more

I was in the Secrets Royal Beach felt good. The hotel is probably the smaller areas in Punta Cana. The complex is very clear, very clean and modern decor. Very pleasant for me that the lobby, as well as the restaurants all air conditioned were. In bufferrestaurant la Riviera there is also an open area with a magnificent view to the beach. Wireless internet for a fee (should be for free) with fluctuating performance. The guest structure is mixed, predominately but guests from the USA. To be highlighted, that no all-inclusive wristbands required! read more

    The rooms was very big and did an absolutely new impression. Have a room with a pool view. Erfreundlich was the fact that i had a sea view. The hotel i would than above average good, the minibar is well filled and the daily filling works well. The bathroom with a big shower was also every day thoroughly cleaned. In the evening the bed again prepared and towels when necessary be refilled. The daily information leaflet, which to the room is could the hotel save, as i from unnecessary.

You need for the restaurants no reservation, great!

    The service is me in the srbs particularly positive noticed. All officials are cheerful, in a good mood and relaxed mood. All have a smile on the lips and greet friendly with 'hola'. You feel as a guest and welcome. I would particularly like to highlight drinks service at the beach, at of the lobby, and the excellent work of the gardener, which always too quickly be forgotten. The cleaning of the rooms was depending on the day good to very good and on the final day was a late check-out without any problems possible. The foreign language skills, in particular english should be improved.

    The entertainment team tried hard the guests varied activities on offer. Nevertheless, i did a pure relaxing holiday and have't use this service. Simply ' no gracias' and you have peace and quiet here. The weekly foam party by the pool should be eliminated, because this raises a rather negative shadow over the hotel and the animation. I would like to highlight the sunbeds at the pool and beach, which i very pleasant and new found. You could get towels at the beach from 8:00 a. m. without towel card.

    The srbs is located on the gorgeous and kilometer long beach of bavaro. The transfer time from the Punta Cana International Airport when direct directions has about 30 mins. There were shopping possibilities in the nearby located shopping center Palma Real (free transfer from the hotel) or at the beach. Bargain!
