A small, clean hotel with a neatly arranged number of rooms. You can see the individual rooms of, that the hotel already some years behind it and a basic renovation would be desirable. The all-inclusive services were fully the price-performance ratio. The average age of the guests was mixed with a higher proportion of elderly guests. German guests were in the majority, what we found pleasant. read more

    The rooms are average very small and not comfortable ; the furniture was very worn. And this also applies to the entire equipment of the bathroom : very small and closely and worn out. But it was always clean.

    A restaurant with always sufficient places for all of the guest; a part of it in the patio area. Quality and quantity the offered courses and drinks corresponded v o l l of the selected category of hotel. In particular was always fresh fruits in insufficient quantities available (apples, pears, plums, oranges). Anyway, we liked it always tasted good.

    Overall a friendly staff, which not on tip looked. During the meals and also at the bars was a rapid and accurate service. As everywhere on the world rejoiced the staff over a few friendly words and also, of course, on an occasional tip. The rooms were cleaned perfectly: prompt and accurate.

    In comparison to many other hotels is the beach area of the hotel very big with a always sufficient number of beach chairs and umbrellas. Also this beach section is very well maintained. As the beach only through the promenade from the hotel is separated, we could us for the whole day with food and drinks from the hotel supply.

    The largest advantage of the hotel justified itself in its location and the beach (direct access), as well as the town center of side-about 15 minutes on the very extensive promenade. Smaller shops and good local travel agent (Toni macaroni ) are in the immediate proximity as well as pharmacies.

This hotel has definitely not 4 stars, there are also nowhere 4 star appropriate. Bathroom about 2 times 2 meters. Food little varied and almost everywhere more goats or hammelgeschmack. We were in the Sandy Beach for the 3. time. The first time in 2010 and the last twice in june and september/october 2012. Very good is the access to the beach and the proximity to side (walk half an hour). The size of the room was all right (double room with two extra beds). The size of the hotel is pleasant and not a shelter with beds. Everything was manageable. The complex alone makes a tidy impression. The cleanliness of the rooms has opposite 2010 decreased. We had booked all inclusive. The variety at the buffet was unfortunately also ... very well arranged. The selection of fruit was limited. Oh well. There was at least always noodles, as you couldn't go wrong. Squares in the restaurant are limited. Closing gem. Notice in the evening was 7:00 p. m. I had to at 18:30 o'clock at least be there. If i still places in the outdoor area to have wanted. Of course you could also reserve. In connection with the appointment of a bottle of wine (15,0 Euro). Positive praiseworthy is the friendly staff in the restaurant. Here particularly the waiter Baris. Polite, courteous and always a smile on the lips. Great. The average age the majority of the guests is between 50 and 70 years. That is not so great to us as a family with a toddler (4 years). Children are now times a little louder and the guests did not need to be surprised, if you then times a children's swimming pool wet.     The service was in the all in all good. There was very friendly staff and also the staff the unmotivated seemed. One or another service staff seemed even arrogant. The child care was good... Considering, that lorena in the kids club until beginning october alone. Our daughter loved her. Unfortunately, you had to then stop. Then was the entertainment for kids characterized by improvise. The kids disco was also better. What the entertainers have to keep benefit, the efforts with little means the maximum to get out.

I was now the 4. the sandy beach! All together it really a great hotel! Small but sweet! After we in the spring the absolutely greatest family room ever been received, they were this year rather tight, but sufficient. Obviously there were considerable differences for offer the family room. Apart from that everything was very to our satisfaction. However fell on, that the service on the restaurant terrace very strong neglected had. You got the wrong, not ordered drinks or waited in vain for you. But that was really only some completely demotivated ( end of the season?) Forces. For families with children a very well-suited hotel. However was the child care very bad: uneducated staff ( Russian ... temporary worker without German language skills). And occasionally very loud music by the pool was also rather annoying! The short routes from the room to the restaurant or pool or beach are particularly praiseworthy! For a disabled, like me, ideal! read more

Waiter/ animation male staff are very pushy! Want outside of the hotel meeting, understand no 'no'. As a woman you feel very uncomfortable and it was very strenuous and annoying to the staff to escape! Apart from that, the hotel is as far as ok, clean, well arranged direct access to the beach! We were to 4. the sandy beach and we were already very happy but we were this year very disappointed. The food in the hotel has left after. No fresh fruits you had the choice between the apples and pears, plums and mandarienen fruit flies were included. No grapes or melons. Six times in the week there was turkey, and for lunch and for dinner. In general has this hotel very neglected. Unfortunately! read more

We were the 5'. In Sandy Beach. We were always satisfied. But this time the holiday was really the last. Cleanliness left, food is not so good anymore like the recent years, waiters, securiy, management very arrogant. Waiters and management all talk about young girls and want to meet. They are very pushy. And the waiters are very jealous on the entertainment team since contact with the guests and the waiters not. Therefore wish to see the waiters also no good animation team and this is why this year already the 3. animation team. We have this year t-shirt's wash let and have all in the bag and the 8 Euro and then we have the money (10 €) also in the bag (last year had the everything worked perfectly) and at our departure we were told that we still 8 Euro for the laundry have to pay... They have much contact with the guests made, spoke good german, they wanted also a lot of animation to make for example if in the evening one tanzshow and the past was they wanted to show but the manager did not want to... Cleanliness left, food is not so good anymore like the recent years, waiters, securiy, management very arrogant... Waiters and management all talk about young girls and want to meet... They are very pushy... And the waiters are very jealous on the entertainment team since contact with the guests and the waiters not...     We had a family room with two bedrooms. The bathroom is for three persons a bit small, but still sufficient. There was also a balcony where you the towels drying could. The rooms were cleaned daily and it was always clean. On one day our beds particularly beautiful decorated with rose petals.

    There is just a restaurant, in the breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. Seats there were always enough. The food was varied and delicious. Only point of criticism were the desserts. The are i think for us germans took some getting used to: all very, very sweet. However therefor there are a lot of fresh fruits. The drinks at the bar are ok. Unfortunately, there was no real fruit juices, as we from Germany know, it is more of a kind of syrup. But more than wine, beer and water needed we anyway not.

    Almost everyone from the staff speaks german. The welcoming at the reception was nothing special friendly, but the fetch the colleagues from the service and at the bar again out. There are all very friendly and try a personal relations to the guests built, so we were already on the 3. day greeted by name.

    The animation is certainly not the best, but it was enough for us. The entertainers are very hard and after every show they the time taken a little with the guests to converse, so is again a personal relationship developed. The not so great during the show arises is less because of the animators, as at the guests. The average age in the hotel is relatively high and unfortunately the majority of the guests not really and sit only on their ars * *! If all times at least a little mitklatschen would, would be the mood also better.     The beach the to Sandy Beach is our opinion with one of the most beautiful and cleanest ones in side. We are a piece of along the beach walked and in some places is the beach a little dirty and the access to the sea rocky. Furthermore, the beach direction side harbor always narrow. Side could be reached without any problems in about 20 minutes walk along the beach promenade. There you will find numerous restaurants, clubs, bars and shopping.

    The room was nothing special large, but it was enough entertainment cleaned daily-the cleanliness was okay. Safe costs unfortunately extra, mini bar was once with 2 water bottles filled. The bathroom was very small, as a couple you could not stand still. Towels were changed daily. The furniture was dated. At night it was sometimes very loud.

The mini bar was filled when we arrived with 2 bottles stocked. These are but not again. Tip: bottle at the water dispenser refill, as it in the hotel no other bottles.

    The location is excellent. Of the pool just a few meters to the beach. Shops are in few minutes walking distance away. The historic part by side, with many shops, you reached via require or on foot along the beach promenade. We have 30 minutes in a slow walk needed.

    What the leisure offers subject, for each something for everyone, the entertainer team had always something on inventory ( air rifle shooting, darts, Boule, beach volleyball, pool games) and the evening entertainment was mittmachen. There are also pool tables and video games for the younger. To the animation team I can only say that they were all very good, but unfortunately were the majority of the guests not ready for anything to join in. The complete team was very friendly and came to the evening shows still to the guests around with them to converse. PS: you are top, keep up the good work! Pool and beach were always clean, only problem was the annoying reserve in the middle of the night, but then by the hotel management tried to prevent.
