We stayed for 10 days as "all inclusive " and can find very little to find fault with ! ! Our 2 rooms were very clean and kept so by the maids all the time we were thereThe food was more than adequet and was very varied from day to dayThe staff, waiters and reception,were very friendly and could only do thier best for youThe animation team deserve a special mention for thier efforts Coming from the U.K.and never having been to Turkey we didnot know what to expect but this hotelis one of ... the best we have stayed in thank you, Zaman Garden for a great time ! ! read more

    The both rooms were what we expect on holiday ,clean with attentive staff. We had to pay for the safe but at 10 euros for the 10 days was fair . The building and all the public areas are kept very clean , no complaints .

    No complaints at all ! ! ! The staff all could ,or tried to speak english ,with varying amounts of success , but then we didnt try to speak Turkish either!!! The staff seemed it easier to speak other languages but we have no complaints about it .

    The 2 pools are always clean and kept tidy and 1 has a variety of water slides . My 2 daughters both could keep up with school and uni. work via the internet in the hotel . the entertainment staff are very good , and can be very funny !

    The beach is across a fairly busy road ,but is easily approachable and is clean and great fun to play and walk on . The bazzar is worth a visit but we did very little shopping, mostly just sunning by the pools . There are plenty of offers for excrsion s in the area but we did not go on any , prefering to walk in the town and in the hills

The vacation began with a stated transfer from tour operator, that means 16 hours later on. And as we then in the morning 6.30 pm in the hotel arrived we had no rooms the hotel was overbooked! We should a three-star hotel for one night and the other hotel were brought we should eat breakfast first without us the possibility admit us after the overnight flight we cleaned up. We may then at 9,00 hours into the other hotel respectively room. On the next day we should now in our room the should at 10,00 hours are ..., when we at the front desk to our rooms looked in astonished faces you should 3 days over stay was the answer. When we then the service director asked what that is we got the answer that would be as usual, since the other two hotels also have to be reserved. When we finally in our hotel respectively room could we were very happy, but unfortunately too early been pleased the beds were rock hard so that we could not sleep, the air conditioning ran also very loud, and the room was to the street so that you are not in open window to sleep, because there on the street to as on a highway, for us total stress as we the peace and quiet are used to. The animation was totally bad, every evening the same for children that is unacceptable. What we didn't pleased was I as a woman not my peace had no time for the food there was always a waiter or bar man behind me since my husband was already messed around with every time if he table on was there and wanted what to tel. Number and so on that was the very many smokers in the hotel and no different scheme was that means a food and the other smoke at the table respectively night clubs table and in the middle the children. read more

The hotel is great, The staff in the service gets the note 6 very bad, no friendliness, no smile. Since 10 years we come here in this area, the best hotel, the worst staff. Stay in the hotel was very beautiful and relaxing for me and my girlfriend. The care by the entertainment, especially because the entertainer Tarhan can we were always busy. Because the hotel with the in the town lies has one very lots of possibilities things something to do. One escapes any offer, as you really from all street vendors as a tourist be seen. Accordingly they are very pushy, and try their product to the tourist to bring. For tours something to do you must not compelling way on the expensive tour operator go back. We have the Jeep Safari ... with a native travel agency booked for half the price and it was not a case of pure. There were nobody expensive drinks sells or offers switched on. We had a lot of fun and have it no minute repented on the tour operator to do. About the insurance I can however nothing say, since we luckily in the Jeep Safari nothing happened. read more

A larger hotel with beautiful design in the entrance area. Lobby with comfortable sitting corners with private tv. Free wi-fi in the lobby- and pool area. With the cleanliness in general hotel area there was nothing to complain about. Beautiful toilet-complex. The hotel offers exclusively all inclusive at. In the hotel there was very many germans and dutch any age, the older tourists (+ 50) were in the majority. The hotel after your own information no russians on. To our unfortunately we had the first to overbooking in a sister -hotel opposite again, what a downgrade meant, since it is ... a older three star hotel was. But there was no apology, nor a gratitude. read more

    The rooms are actually modern and have a appropriate size. On closer look at one noticed however fast, that everything very cheap processed. A lot is lottrig (shower head fixture, cistern, outlet, taps). Air conditioning was generally good, sometimes it smelled a bit musty. Big balcony. Old crt tv. Fridge/ safe in the room. Because we on the first floor stayed, we could in the room of free wi-fi the lobby benefit. We had the room on the straßeabgewandten page, therefore quiet, apart from the faucet, the early morning crowed. The rooms are very sound-proofed. If you the bad luck has, noisy neighbors to have, no other desired, than with ear plugs to sleep.

    A restaurant with foreign and courts available at. In the back area was rather loud it, because of the geschirrabräumstation. As soon as the restaurant opened, there was a queue ( especially at the grill). At o'clock it was however not a problem more. A bar by the two pools. At the larger bar gave it in the afternoon snacks ( pizza, hamburgers, fries, during an hour pastry and fruit). At the other bar there in the afternoon during an hour ice. At one of the two pools there was a bar, at which the whole day drinks consumed can. There was the food very good. A must is the barbecue, in which daily meat and fish freshly grilled. All together varied with a big selection of salads. Daily pasta. The dessert area was rather matter of taste. A lot is in syrups impregnated. However there was always fine fruit. These statements relate to the dinner, since we at noon never in the hotel assen. The breakfast is adequate. Different rolls, toast, cereals, fruit, cheese, meat, ( mirror-) eggs, pancakes (not every day), omelets, coffee, chocolate, tea, and so on

    At the start seemed the staff rather distant. But as soon as the people with a smile met, thaw the most. Only a few employee were also so not to 'pop'. Most spoke English and/or German. The cleaning of the rooms was rather poor. Is not favorable sure, that it in the bathroom some glasses is, what carelessnesses immediately reveal. We are not fussy, nevertheless we looked rather not too exactly. Also tip improved the situation. Apart from the bathroom but ok. On complaints were not or at least not recognizable response. Specifically we complained on noisy neighbors ( what the hotel of course only limited influence can). The problem was unfortunately not eliminated. Other example: we asked at the front desk after a new escutcheon ('do not disturb' /clean), after our one morning suddenly was gone. It was not react. When we at the front desk a call to a restaurant asked, so that we will pick you up, miscalculated the hotel 1 Lira. Not much, but a little small.

    The animation program was rather poor. There was every evening something going on. For children there was every evening the same program with the same music/ dance. Apart from that there are 3 slides, a ping-pong table, pool ( subject to a charge), in the afternoon water polo, in the morning, aqua aerobics, darts. The activities according to timetable but were not met (no table tennis-tournament). Wi-fi in the lobby and in the pool area. Beach was very clean. Loungers and sun screens relatively expensive. Also for air mattress you had to rent pay. At the beach and at the pool there are showers. Sea water mostly cloudy. There are shops to hauf. Discos, bars and pubs also.

    The hotel is in good to very good location. To the hotel's own beach it was only about 5 minutes walk. Whereas is the distance to the airport with about half an hour travel time considerably. To the town center/ port there are about 20 minutes walk. The hotel is but with the public traffic very well communicated (buses all couple minutes). Around something to experience, you don't necessarily at the harbor drive, because in front of the hotel there are innumerable shops ( bazaar with fake goods, but also 'real' shops and many pubs/ restaurants). Also very close is a aqua park and a Migros. Excursions we have on own fist undertaken. With the public transportation one comes almost everywhere back.

Slight issue with which hotel we were staying in, our booking said the Grand Zaman Beach but the staff there sent us to the Grand Zaman Garden over the road. Not really a problem for us because of the better swimming pools and staff. All the staff were really helpful and their English was adequate considering that we were the only English people staying in the hotel, and that some of the staff were surprised that English people came to the hotel as everyone else was Scandinavian, German or Dutch. Food was excellent, room service excellent, All Inclusive drinks excellent. ... The Animation Team were awesome, (particularly Con!), organizing the trips to Club Havanna and Summer Garden etc. Would go again and definitely recommend to anyone. read more

The hotel was general really good up to the entertainment and the child care it was rather boring and bad. The slides have all a lot of fun. The hotel has 170 rooms spread over 7 floors. The hotel and the rooms are in good condition. The cleanliness inside of the hotel was always great. At the pool areas in the back area was this however lowest drawer. The guests were a colorful mix-from young people on families to grandma and grandpa was everything available! read more

    The rooms had a good size for 4 persons. What I didn't like was, one of the children on a sofa had to sleep and no bed had. Apart from that the room was with a double bed, and a single bed equipped. The wardrobe (2 large drawers) was enough for all of us and contained the safe (which is after desire and mood slightly and times not at all that easy open). The room was with a air conditioning, a tv and mini bar equipped. The mini bar was daily with water filled. The phone we didn't use. The bathroom, consisting of a shower, toilet and a glass basin was very appealing but maximally for 1 person-and possibly still a person in the shower suited! Except for the sewage in the shower, which the successively showers not possible was the cleaning of the room super and very thorough!

    There was 1 restaurant in the hotel complex and 2 pool bars. The staff the during the day at the front bar worked, were linguistically not very talented and understood partly not what you wanted. The back pool bar the best and nicest employee in the entire hotel manned-he was great, always friendly and accommodating- great! The quality of the meals was very good, however sometimes very over-peppers - for example we never understood why the bolognese sauce extremely hot, but everybody knows that all children spaghetti with tomatoes/bolognese sauce love! The courts very frequently repeated and were little varied- but they were delicious. The staff of the restaurant ran always with a angry face around. Of course there was also exceptions;-) the tables after every leaving the table cleaned and newly laid.

    The start of our vacation in the hotel was unfortunately no that great. After we after about 3 hours flight followed by -hour bus ride finally in the hotel arrived and wanted to check in, we were told the no room for free and the into another hotel need. After 1 hour wait and discuss we finally relented and are for one night in hurghada Grand Zaman beach ripped off! We just wanted to get out of the clothes and clean in the pool! The hotel for one night was perfect, but it was not what we wanted - the entertainment for kids, the slides at the pools etc.! On the next day we wanted the us promised room in the us booked hotel than finally take advantage of - but also here only the statement they have no room to us! But not this time we thought and remained stubborn! After 3 of the most beautiful room at the beach hotel's offers have been we got then nevertheless finally our room in the garden hotel-plus vat. Several compensation (safe free, beach chairs free, beach towels for free and we had to on the day of departure our room not at o'clock leaving) we could see the entire vacation both hotels use, which we didn't use! Why we played the no rooms were free we can't after understandable, because the hotel has 170 rooms! Even if each of them with occupancy awarded would be, would it not be full! Child care there was not in the hotel. In case of any problems or some concerns you could in any case at the guest relations manager friday Duman shall apply.

    The hotel complex with 2 pools, as well as 2 pools (1 separate in the back area ) was very attractive. The quality of the water was daily tested! Large number of loungers and places to sit in and around the pool were abundant. The 3 water slides were 2 times a day for 2 hours open. The bar was every day open and the barkeeper at the back pool area for us was the best and above all most friendly staff in the hotel. The lawn in the back area left something else to wish for. Much mud and slush instead of lawn. There were the pool toilets under all sow! The odor was exactly bad as the cleanliness. We also never saw the this time fixed has. Every day ( except sundays )- shortly before lunch water aerobics offered. Now and then there was in addition a aquagame. The mini club was actually no mini club. The children could 2 times daily there and then made painted or prehensible. More the children the hotel apparently not worth it. The animator the mini club made was perfect. The children you have very much. But unfortunately were you no possibilities available with the kids something to do! So it was also not possible time half an hour the eyes or way to go. 15 hours was ice age, which the children together in mini club enjoy could. Just a pity the only at this time ice got and in between also none for sale left in the hotel complex. Directly after the dinner found the mini disco instead of. For children partly too quickly and too difficult in the short time learn to may, but it has very fun and otherwise it was the same animator which also the mini club made-and this found our kids simply great.     The beach is not as described in the catalog 80 meters away from the hotel- linear distance but perhaps not on foot! The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the port and about 3 hours from the airport in Antalya ( is, as lots of hotels on the route). Shops had you immediately upon leaving of the hotel all sides plentiful. The sales assistants are quite pushy but also notice will be charged if you don't want, and leave you in peace. Restaurants and bars were also enough very quickly easily reachable on foot. Excursions, if this not with the tour operator bay, you could also in the direct vicinity of the hotels book-and the cheaper and exactly good!

The hotel is modern furnished, makes already from the outside a very good impression and us on the whole a very good experience. We had all-inclusive, which I definitely recommendable would. All together the hotel makes a very clean impression, but I must say, that it in the accessible toilets often smelled like urine.     We have a double room and got a double room with extra bed. The view from the balcony was nothing special, no view of the sea, but view of the surrounding houses. In the room is actually everything you need: fridge, air conditioning, shower, tv, safe ( for a fee 1 Euro per day), telephone. The room is very modern and very good condition. Everything seems to be fairly new. Every day you get otherwise a large bottle flat water into the room.

    In the hotel there are a restaurant, there, there are the breakfast (07:00 until: o'clock), lunch (12:30 until: o'clock) and the dinner (19:00 until: o'clock). For meals there was always a very large selection, however was not always something for me, since the food simply tastes differently than one of at home is used. Very good we found, that it always enough fresh fruits gave (watermelon, honeydew melon, plums, apples, pears, grapes and evenings there was still peaches). With the lunch and dinner there was always at least one soup. The salad buffet was very sumptuous and you had the choice between different dressings. Almost every night (except mondays) there was an animation.     It is true, that the hotel not directly at the beach is, you have to around 3 minutes away on foot go around to the beach to arrive. For us however it was not a problem at all. From the airport in Antalya to the hotel about 2,5 hours with the transfer bus, the bus was fortunately air-conditioned. Shops are quasi in front of the house. The road in the hotel is full of shops. Also to the harbor ( the I in any case watch it!) it is not far. You can actually everything worth seeing to reach on foot. But also the bus is possible, for 75 cents per person one can access by bus 1 to the castle. From there it has a wonderful view! The castle itself is however not too much for 10 lire ( etwa 4,50 Euro).

Therefore rather suitable for young families with small children, nothing for singles. Guests 60:40% dutch and German. Dutch generally quite noisy. All age groups represented. Big hotel, 2 pools, 7 floors. Cleanliness ok. Four-star standard ok. All inclusive also okay, although the food partly very habituation-needily was. Animation predominantly as kinderbelustigung ..., folklore and fashion shows, not really worth it. Directly on arrival in the hotel I was told, I a night in the hotel hatipoglu spend needs. This hotel was opposite on the other side of the street. It had however only stars and no mini bar in the room. As I from other guests experienced, this was being relocated the rule. It shows not just returned from a good management. I would for this reason the hotel not book again, because due to unpack/pack/unpack and so on practically a valuable day of vacation lost '. read more
