Big spacious room with a nice bathroom and plenty of storage space. Small balcony with a table and two chairs and wäschehänger. The room has fulfilled our expectations,

Unfortunately a big disappointment. Difficult to say, whether our demands, or here many other reviewers strange evaluations. Therefore i strive for an objective description. The biggest disappointment was the dinner in the main restaurant. In the land of the grill of lamb and beef during our 5 days neither the one nor the other and not at all from the grill, but from the grill. The main meals were truthahnköfte, truthahnkotellets, hühnchenköfte, hühnchenkoteletts and slipped-dried out fish (not only in bonito makes the cooking time the difference). If you know, however, that only one waiter for 15 meters buffet is divided, one must not be surprised. Also not, that lines, with the later delivery then not completely serviced. I at least found as bad. The fruit consisted every day from mandarins, grapefruits, a obstasalat, to 85% from apple and even apples. You have to praise the salad choice, rather the cheese. Also good was the offered food the beach bar with a delicious gewüzten chicken from the grill (!). Unfortunately, the disappointment from the main restaurant as dominater impression liable.

All in all were the waiters very thoughtful and efficient. You should in the restaurants however definitely not on the seats behind the pillar, it could happen, that you not fulfilled. Nevertheless absolutely okay.

The pool country is very nice, %blank% by the size, as well as the architecture and variety. Everything is really very clean, but you must know, that parts of the pool area during the winter months not be maintained, wherein a grünschimmer (is however sanitary harmless) spreads. The hotel has all in all, a good assessment rating, nevertheless i would not recommend, since certain criteria have not been fulfilled and we therefore and because of the price no very good evaluation rating could. The hotel is located like all hotels in Lara in a prime location with direct beach access and is a transfer time of only 15 minutes from the airport especially for short trips to recommend. On the other side the hauptstr. Are however invariably half-finished or finished ' sins' in the multistoried building style, as well as a few shopping malls, the here but in the rating not taken into account.

The size of the rooms with a view of the sea is sufficient. The furniture was already older, but still alright. The mini bar is at a charge, only water is included. The main restaurant is in 6 smaller dining rooms divided, the, except for the kids' restaurant, only on demand at masses all were open. With over 500 leisure travellers, the closed the restaurant to the lunch and dinner entering, has the vacationer very poor maps a free table to get. The food was the first 8. days not more than one star hotel worthy. There were only chicken and fish, no selection. The staff is mostly very friendly and hard-working. Of course there were also some, it was not even a greeting answer, let alone even smiled. The hotel has 442 rooms with a bettenkapazität from 1100. A not insignificant number of the double room to the roadside has no walk-in balcony. In general the hotel is very clean, it was constantly being cleaned and swept. The guest structure during our travels consisted of 95% turkish leisure travellers. The rest were dutch and german. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most spoke several languages so that you could always communicate. Complaints were quickly, but not many. The rooms were clean and the beds were every 2 days freshly changed. The room: Nice with a bath in the double room, i personally found the closet a bit funny cut. There was only one blanket (but it was big) a tv with a few tv channels as RTL, ProSieben, satellite. 1, first, 2... A safe for 4 €! Per day And a mini bar where everything is subject to a charge only the water next to the mini-bar in the large bottle was free. The shampoo was only all a couple of days refilled, often had to say something, so better shampoo bring your own! Cleanliness: As already described were some waiters the tablecloth often not changed, but it didn't bother us, the you in the morning very often after cutlery had to ask so that you start must for breakfast. Activities: What? It was in 10! Days lain 3 times half an hour real entertainment, just in the winter so sad. We very often evenings bored. The check in: Was perfect, we arrived had a sekglas in the hand and our bags were in the hand to turn in our room. At the front desk it says, that we will, tomorrow! A new room should get, possibly then with a view of the sea. Of course this was not the case, the move was great annoying, again everything pack. When we the new room changed, nothing was finished, the dirty things garbage, etc. Everything was still from the previous visitors were rum. The safe didn't, so go back down and complain. It was half a day mood, so we could this day not use! The bathroom was large. The compensation zero. This time we slept on a elevator and the first nights we were again and again awake, since the noise was very loud and of course also guests at night back and forth drove. When we this with the guide discussed (because of the non-existing hotel, told us other guests, also a while got, because the hotel so full of meeting guests was, that the us house had. An isolence! We had but paid extra! The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the airport. With the Dolmuş one was mostly an hour to get to the center of nassau, since you usually about everything possible to drive, so you could much landscape see ☺ In the area are just overpriced shops, the fake goods for example a Adidas jacket 35 e wanted (40 Euro for offer original with us). Opposite the hotel are 2-3 good and favorable shops, but it on the market nor a lot cheaper was. There are actually only Antalya or Lara to visit. The rooms are great and have an optimal size. We had a sea view room at the 7. floor and the view was gigantic. Beds were very comfortable and there was enough possibilities around its clothes to stow away. The bathroom was large enough the even two people to hang out in. Also here, as now in almost all hotels, one gets shower gel, shampoo and even conditioner free every day into the room provided. Shower caps, slippers, sewing kit were available provided. The cleaning staff did their work well and it was always clean. Water digester with dte and coffee was there in the room, which every day refilled. Only drawback which could be beared though, there was no outlet on the beds and in the bedside tables i would have liked a drawer desired.

Absolutely i would like to highlight the great idea with the different restaurants. A great atmosphere even if lots of people in the hotel were visiting. Everyone could so as he wanted. A room was very dark, another with wide and deep armchairs, one only for children and one only for adults. Better you could not food. At the time of our trip there were also loud reception 500 manager to a seminar in the hotel. Clearly it was full at the buffet, but the selection of dishes was also larger. After the hotel only leisure was occupied, was not more so wide choice the quality but it was much better. We are all not verhungert, the opposite was the case ☺ The waiters were very efficient, and by the various restaurants was the pool and ordering quickly. The staff knew after a day our wishes and brought without asking the beverages to the table-great!

Such a thing i had not experienced yet! A strong praise the hotel management has really great staff select your job to 120% control. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and especially so discreet as i have never seen anything like it. In other hotels the male staff partly pushy and one felt by looks and gestures in an awkward situation. Here in fame it is not once happened, i as a woman uneasy felt. At the front desk when small problem quickly. Especially great i found the bellmen you always mention could, if you are not with what Dolmuş you goes where, something i knew from other hotels either. We had no language problems, i expect but also not, that you my language everywhere speaks.

There was no entertainment in the hotel, but was not used by us. Also here was the entertainment absolutely not intrusive. We are absolute hamamfans and looked forward to the spa. Conclusion: it was alright but it could have been a bit cleaner. The locker rooms on some days were already very dirty and the hammam were often the small bottles of shower gel provided by the hotel. Also a angebissenen apple we found. The hammam has a great size and has alcoves in the you with its people withdraw can, which mostly turkish male hamambesuchern of advantage was. The sauna was not used, as well as the fitness room. The steam room was much too hot, i thought i would burn. The pool in the interior area has a decent size and not too cold. We had the 5222. You will be rewarded with a great view of the wide sea and the one before the adjacent nice anzusehende garden area with its many pools, green areas and booths rewarded. The we didn't use the mini bar, in the hotel there was everything in abundance. The bathroom was a normal size, but by the many counters very clean and always tidy.

In this hotel there are many separate rooms, where you to eat superior. This is where having a positive impact, as it clearly quieter than in other hotels too goes. You never had the 'cafeteria feeling', as in the big dining halls the know learned hotels. The selection was huge, tasty much very good, however always the same.
