Unfortunately is this hotel not worth its stars. The whole complex is exclusively on russians made for. You get even in the early morning already high-proof as vodka, rum and whiskey, which the russian guests take advantage of and then, of course, already at lunch completely drunk by the pool long tumble, themselves would poke or totally drunk in full clothes in the pool fall. The staff are partially very unfriendly and one can tell you, that you don't want to work. Individual service leave guests at the counter is possible to a smoke to go. The cleanliness in the ... room leaves unfortunately also to be desired. The travel guide is completely superfluous and incompetent. A suitcase of us is not at the airport and the travel guide had absolutely no desire us to help. Only by the help of the really nice staff at the scuba divers dive centre, we could, after four days without things, our vacation start. As very annoying we found the constant harassment of be of massages or excursions. Even if you treatments or excursions had booked, it was not left alone and should have more buy. Overall a very succesful vacation, everything is very clean and tidy, very clean beach, the present russian disturbed despite their christmas fill in no way, there were only pleasant people on the ground, the oft-mentioned construction noise at the beach and the departing and landing airplanes were also hardly. An excellent snorkelling and tauchriff is on the beach available. Travel and massage parlour sales assistant were not übergebühr pushy.

A very good german animator (Veronika, switserin ), you could ask them anything, is locally. Thank god! Because the FTI guide makes himself scarce and appears, if, only very not punctual.

The complex pleased us very well, since you generous was and despite modern building materials-the traditional arabian style. Hotel sea life even more authentic than sea club. The lawns were beautiful and well maintained. The possibility, the 3 both to eat, as well as to stay to use, we enjoyed very much. The rooms were big and well equipped, also the balcony was not too small. The inclusive services were ok, the food in plenty of choice and of good quality, special. If the local cuisine was. In the 3 restaurants, in which during the stay 3 a menu on ... registration was served, they gave themselves large trouble, it varied from the restaurant to make. We were pleased that, that sufficiently many places always drinks - especially good coffee-there was. The staff in the restaurants was always friendly and attentive. We had somewhat bad luck with a slightly sloppy room-keeper-but not all of the staff can the same good standard and it impaired not the good overall impression of the staff. About the guest structure: it was our reckoning from about three-quarters people of russian nationality, but that bothered us not in the slightest, particularly since it is also many families was. No we noticed annoying-despite remarkable consumption of alcohol already in the morning, there was no drunk raucous groups-so nothing against these mix with an emphasis on russian guests! The average age seemed well mixed-from kids to retirees. As very pleasant we felt, that also in the late morning enough chairs (with schattenmöglichkeit ) available and that, fortunately! - the german bad habit of 'reservierens of beach chairs was also enough in a not use' hard to watch. As the 1st morning (because of information-meeting) around 11,30 no free beach chairs to find, took care of it immediately a staff around us. The beach was sufficient with abfallgefäßen equipped-and it was regularly and thoroughly the beach cleaned. (also the guests discarded their waste!) The water was very clear and clean, obviously, there was no discharge of wastewater. In short: us the hotel complex with all the bells and whistles really enjoyed, and they exceeded even our expectations. We will happy to recommend in the circle of acquaintances. All in all a successful vacation, a beautiful hotel and a great coral reef. For snorkeling excellent. The snorkeling excursion the' Ras Mohammed' you can save, there is everything at the hotel sauna to see. The construction noise is from 8 to 17 o'clock, also saturday and Sunday. You can 'become completely caught up' or simply 'ignore' a further way to the beach the sea life is, the otherwise beautiful and quiet is, as the sea club, only one has then a bit longer way to the pier. We were now to 6. time in Egypt and this hotel we ... would book again. read more

Spacious, extensive, clean all inclusive- complex clean garden.
Language skills good however only marginal, usually only words-what is it? - everything in green surroundings area? Staff altogether somewhat distanzlos, but as hospitable understood.
Too many Russian guests, but also Italian, German, some swiss and English. Hardly any children or older guests from 60 years. Mostly younger couple. read more

Arrival: very friendly front desk, huge entrance area, very nice and well kept complex, already with the ascent was the wonderful garden area to see.

Quite a few italians and German, which to me also much would have preferred;
Can me today over the behavior and the dress sense;
Impossible behavior opposite the staff, as well as other guests opposite; utopian, excessive consumption of alcohol;
With the russians was: crazy high heels and minidress, or miniskirts and their male companions, an wet trunk and a ax shirt; no ... matter wether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner;
We had all-inclusive and had super service at the beach it; we were constantly with cool drinks, as well as coffee and tea supplies;
The curse of the pharaohs was looking for a home, but after half a day and with tablets soon again.
Tablets there is on the complex for 20 Euro;
Excursions we made none, because we didn't want at 40° somewhere to drive or long tours in the desert to make;
But I totally annoyed, were the numerous people, a continuous chat up and a for some excursions win; really tiring!
It was a really very successful beach vacation, with beautiful impressions, good food, well maintained complex, nice, hard-working staff!

Great beach vacation, if the construction site next door would not have been. The construction noises was so loud, that it is a launch Flugzeugzeug überdröhnt has. But I before booking when FTI by my travel agency questions leave, whether the construction still is. By FTI lied, since us the information gave, the construction is complete. Feel with FTI in court. Hotel apart from that is really recommendable. read more

Nice hotel in connection with the 2 sister hotel good fallback procedure in the choice of the restaurant and the bars. We had a super room boy in the house 6 the Achmet you just go home.
Laundry service is very fast, friendly and affordable our whole holiday laundry again clean forward.
The people are almost all really nice and friendly if you are simply a bit normal behave, but that is probably for us too not different. We have also in the dining room with inquiries and be always immediately got what was needed wasn't a problem. read more

Was now for the 3 time in sharm el sheikh to vacation and this hotel has me so far the best. Complex is very extensive as the sister hotel sea life and sea garden also be mitbenützt must. After meine'r view I found in the sea club on the most beautiful and the largest in the 3 hotels ( much more entrance hall, restaurant etc.).
The majority of the guests came from Russia and Italy, however were some German, English, as well as arab guests there. None of the above nations much really negative! ( apart from most russians ... no word English understand however well.).
The complex was, overall very clean and all of the staff were also very hard to bring everything on preceding endorser. Several gardener, the really for the beautiful green on the complex concerns.
All inclusive is also very well done; at the lobby bar sea club 24 hours something to drink, however in sea life and sea garden only until o'clock I think.
From the construction site next door we got not much, except now and then a few baggergeräusche.
There are really lots of planes right on the hotel -uS however didn't bother us as the noise in limits.-) read more

The staff and the busy in the hotel are very friendly and accommodating.
Cleanliness leaves something to be desired, in case of a complaint was again cleaned but apparently the staff not correctly trained!
By the pool the table at the chairs as good as never ever cleaned!
If the sign relax puts out some representatives of the various shops but still very pushy!
Cleanliness in general not very taken serious.
Friendliness is whereas very good!
In the kids club our 11-year-old daughter Lice in/out privileges.
It was 2 times there and we have only at home the nits and ... lice discovered as it very itched. read more

The complex itself is beautiful! Also great, that the two sister hotels could fully benefit. There is altogether 3 pools - a beautiful as the other! With the building site is and annoying also - noise and dirt!
We are then evenly to the other pools gone, there was no noise and it was wonderful. Very well maintained complex and friendly people. The room was OK. And very big, the southern flair accordingly, so not more look at. It is in Europa probably three stars. But you knew, if you to Egypt drives! The food was very plentifully and much ..., although often overcooked and cold. But we always found something! The wine not recommendable ( there is only Egyptian wine, beer, water, Lemonade, coffee and tea). I am (I think at least) extremely ill! We then had to the doctor get, which was very efficient. I got tablets and infusions. Within 1 up 2 days I was healed! Had a massive first aid kit for everyone, you can everything save! No avail.
The water was magnificent - 38° and not a single Cloud.
As in short I can say, very recommendable, if you have a beach vacation in the sun want to make. Apart from that just deduct a few points.
At the end yet much praise goes to the travel guide - FTI - everything wonderful folded! Gladly again! read more

Nice hotel in good condition, staff are very friendly but because of construction sites in the immediate area is a relaxing vacation currently not possible. Deafening Presslufthammerlärm from 05:30 A. M. until 19:00 o'clock. These Bugles, truck-Horns, squeaking Caterpillars and Versorgungsflüge helicopters, before vacation on construction phases inform, FTI thought it in comparison to other Reisunternehmen not necessary the customers to inform. Problemlösungsversuche locally rude ( as compensation were massages or expensive transfers into another hotel -about 400€ extra charge offered on site )
In short: hotel current vacation absolutely unsuitable, stay away from FTI ( despite 50 ... Mängelberichten on one day was no satisfactory response ) read more

Very lots of Russians in the hotel. Next to the beach is a construction site on which the stony beach eliminated. Early evenings constant very loud hammering. A normal construction is music against. Our organizer in Germany knew already for weeks about it. Information we have not received. Relaxation there was of course not possible. read more
