We were with our booking too late and could the bulgarian hotel and the asian unfortunately not test. But we were with the main restaurant very satisfied. I have a review read, where someone has written, the chefs no trouble more have given. The can i did not confirm. Because there really was something for everyone. I eat lots of things and i'm a little schrwierig. But the wide choice always found something delicious. Some people you can unfortunately never right and they are at all complains. The cocktails we have in the hotel not tasted so good. So we were twice in the evening nearby our hotels in a bar where we for a total cost 3 €very tasty cocktails drank.

The staff were super friendly and at the front desk was always someone speak german has. At the start we had problems with the safe and it was immediately sent someone who us gelholfen has. Also in the restaurants were all super nice and the entertainers were super nice. Well a was the sometimes a bit difficulty is to smile. The but it was only in the evening there. The other on the day were great. At all the two girls. And in the evening at the shows we also always amused, as they are great games thought about. Our cleaning lady was perfect. We always happy to the room to come to see, what you have scrumptous private. It has not only with the towels figures formed, but also the bedcovers and this what did crafts. In the hotel it was extremely clean. We have dinner at nine even two women saw, the soil on the knees scrubbed have. But we found that at this time a little exaggerated.

At the bar you had a very good connection. The entertainment in the evening was fun. The pool was somewhat colder than the beach. The water the sea was in october still warm so that we every day at the sea swim could. The entertainers have quite a lot of sports, where something for everyone is.

One of the most beautiful hotels at the gold beach. Everything was very nice designed and the hotel was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and the rooms are large. We had a room at the top in a separate building and are also as already once described the 80 stages run. It did not disturb us however, since we therefore a very quiet room had and the way there very nice located. We were there at the beginning of october there and it was not as busy. It were while we were there a lot of french people and otherwise german here. Russian and british were here just a few.

The hotel is approximately 20 kilometer from the airport. The trip after varna for us not worth it, because the town is not very nice and we have our souvenirs rather at the beach in the small stores bought. To the beach it is only three minutes away. We have on one day of a taxi (15 leva) the restaurant drive. The monastery is in a kalksteinfesen, however for us it was now nothing special. We are from there on foot back run. If you want to stay a bit the feet want to represent then one should the time. It was a lot of fun made by the forest walk. We are, however, the blue way run. Another holiday-makers is the yellow and blue and told us, the yellow is more beautiful. On one day we have also taken the safari tour with and the we can really recommend. It was a lot of fun and we laughed a lot.

The room was about size and design as one of the most southern countries knows. Everything was clean. The use the bathtub/ shower might for handicapped guests certainly be problematic. Air conditioning, tv and safety deposit box were reasonable. It was a two-seater with a table available. On the balcony there is a table and 2 chairs. The mini bar was daily refilled.

The food in the main restaurant was variable and sufficient. There were also theme nights. However the dishes basically in salt a bit prepared. The service was very good. Over a terrace the main restaurant it wasn't. Evenings are long pants obligation. We stayed at the à-la-carte restaurant asian, as well as bulgarian and can absolutely recommend. The food and the service were great and there was also a welcome change to the main restaurant. There was also a grill restaurant. With the drinks opinions vary. You had to be the perfect choice. At least they are well mixed and nicely decorated. The soft drinks were too sweet.

We were very happy with the service. The staff were always friendly and polite, as well as always focused on the wellbeing of the guests. German in the hotel different well understood. English we rarely needed. On the day of departure breakfast was enough, although it was only 4 pm.

The offer the entertainers was sufficient and it was not intrusive. Also in this hotel at pool and beach unfortunately the loungers arranged. With us was however not not so dramatic because the hotel not fully booked. At the beach there is a beach bar but no toilet. But you could the toilet the opposite restaurant to visit, cost 50 stotinki. The beach was beautiful, on one day but were lots of seaweed washed ashore. The sea falls here relatively quickly steep and is for children only partly suitable.

A new and appealing hotel. The building is divided into several houses and these are accessible separately. It but not all houses have a lift. Due to the hillside are above average lots of stairs available, you should be good on foot. The most rooms verfügenen with a view to the pool area, some rooms are with a view of house or tree. The view on the sea limited literally on this, since the davorstehende hotel the view of the beach and promenade prevented. In the whole hotel was very clean. At the end of september the hotel was not fully occupied. It was relatively quiet. Pool, bar, and restaurant were not overcrowded, seats at the bar and also the loungers did not difficult to be got. In the high season this will probably not be the case and it is very much loud too.

The transfer took 40 minutes. Varna about 20 kilometers away. The hotel is at the end about 3 kilometer long promenade. Shopping and entertainment are reachable on foot. The excursion program of the tour operator was at the end of september only limited, but sufficient, offered.

Rooms are fine. With tiny drawbacks ( for example fittings in the bathroom crooked) but that doesn't bother not so great. The main point is that it everything worked. Safe, tv and mini refrigerator (restocked every day ) are available and reasonable. Decor is also okay. , the important is that everything was clean and that was it thanks to the industrious maid service.

There are a variety of theme restaurants, we have the asian rest. Used and were fully satisfied. In the main restaurant one was during dinner times at the table. On dollsten I found the you for breakfast the coffee in the pot on the table got, so that you don't because every cup coffee los had. The choice of meals was sufficient and tasty and varied( you don't more as food).

Everybody was really very friendly and the communication worked. Even the engineer 5 minutes to our phone call at reception came, because the toilet was broken, had a smile on the lips.

Entertainment was ok. , the two large pool' s are very nice and absolutely clean (surrounding). The shallow pool is very off the beaten track ( the planned may probably no children) and for families with small children definitely not usable. Chairs and umbrellas included a few small table are available at both pools. At the shallow pool however not.

Very nice and tidy hotel and complex, no large block which very pleasant and manageable. With the cleanliness there is nothing to complain about it was always swarmed and cleaned. Daily room clean with fresh towels and nicely decorated beds. Food = 3 kilo more, so delicious, sufficient and diverse. Too many older guests ( haupts. Fra/ Lux/ bel/d) which is nice because you don't have a party alarm to be afraid.

To the beach are at best 5 minutes on foot, over a small promenade, as well as at the sister hotel over. Chairs and an umbrella at the beach are included however in the high season for certain too few. Varna is with the taxi in half an hour reachable therefore you should also on the airport land, 'not as we' in Burgas land/departed as the transfer over 2 hours takes. Excursions there are over all tour operator, but we didn't notice.

Entire plant 'picky' clean, all-inclusive but with style! The rooms were really big and spacious. The furniture well kept. In the room is an airco. You had everything you needed: a huge closet, two beds (which you could put together), two bedside tables with lamps, a sofa with a table, dressing table with stool and added a closet with drawers where a television on it was equipped, a great balcony and a really good bathroom. There was a safe, a fridge with minibar (every day refilled with water, beer, sweet drinks) and a ' idilysches' telephone. And as well as in the other areas here the cleanliness largely written. - here you can nothing complain about. We really enjoyed it.

For breakfast you could go into the main restaurant or the grill restaurant where you sit outside could. Spread out over the day there were lunch (snack bar!) With baguettes, sandwich, Doner, crepes, and store with ice cream, coffee and cake - everything all inclusive! You could constantly food! 3 à-la-carte restaurants (asian, bulgarian, brazilian, grill, Mexico); in the 2 'normal' restaurants (grill and main restaurant) even with various theme nights (2-3 times the week: italian, greek, or gala dinner) ;-us it tasted very good, choice was very good, a lot of fish. Depending on the theme was set and decorated! You made a huge effort. The highlight was a gala dinner, which we through our 14 days right 2 times to experience was allowed. Everything very clean and at the buffets is again and again filled up to at the end. Well-kept dinner (long pants for men mandatory ), very attentive staff. An excellent kitchen with a diverse, varied and tasty food. Service and cleanliness were very good. The tables in the restaurants were always clean kept. Crockery and cutlery always clean, we had different. The you placed we found also very good. There was therefore a very quiet, relaxing, and pleasant atmosphere in all rooms. Also at the bars (beach bar, pool, evening) there were various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails were always freshly mixed. There was nothing left to be desired! Over tips were very pleased, but you had not at all the feeling it a must is.

- reception exceedingly friendly, nice & courteous! Seemed really honest; english, french and german was understood well. Rarely experienced anything! Particularly to emphasize must one the cleanliness and the friendliness, there were unique. With small queries found one immediately open ears and took care of the thing. - room service was every day and always super, the beds were so often changed and the decoration of the bed was very imaginative, with great motives out of towels, a private art art which i up to now still didn't know! We were every day curious, when we from the beach came, what the girls for a figure on the bed have created. - the service was really excellent! - we never had to complain, there was absolutely no reason, we would not really what! - we had a relaxed vacation.

Entertainers: they are the absolute heilleit in the bolero! They encourage and enable i believe every guest and each is from the pretty girls to follow suit! There were various sport and entertainment : Tennis, table tennis, Volleyball, water polo, darts, football, shuffleboard, aerobics, dance lessons (Zumba...) , Boccia, mountain biking, aquajogging, dancing, gym... Versatile animation for 'young and old', Kids club and disco (for adults, from 23 hours -2 hours) Both the sports, as well as the entertaining guests come here at their expense. The entertainers were very pleasant, asked, were but not pushy. A no was always accepted. Very pleasant! They were friendly and always trying to give good entertainment. Evenings were always various programmes (dancing, shows etc.) Offered. There were adequate seats at the bar and covered seating areas. The quality of the water was clean. 2 large pools, 1 small children's swimming pool, actually. Beach section with chairs and umbrellas. Towels for the pool or beach were placed and can twice changed every day! The pools always clean and neat. Beach quality very well. For every holiday is a pool chair with cushion available. Also umbrellas are free of charge to use.

Ultra universe inclusive makes to its name all the honor! The hotel is very beautiful. The description on the internet fits exactly. The hotel is in a deluxe condition. Guest is in this Hotel König! My first impression was very good. We had a very warm welcome. - the Grifid hotel bolero is a very nice, big hotel with lots of possibilities the entertainment, sports, etc. It has two large pool areas, but this has a waterfall connected are behind which the pool bar is! The complete staff the bolero hotel is always friendly, courteous! Even the cleaning lady or the man for the mini bar has always a smile on their faces! The waiters in a total of 5 different restaurants in the bolero hotel is always friendly and with a smile at work! We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning crew one can see everywhere, everything is always tip top, no matter wether balcony railing, toilets, room, restaurants everywhere was very good organized. - so clean hotel area with all inclusive we have never seen such as. This resort, with its managers and all staff can only the number 1 at the gold beach are. We have the vacation enjoyed it to the fullest. Both accommodation, as well as food were very good. - who a great hotel, which the beach, at night peace has and every day for old and/or young entertainment and exciting/interesting/romantic trips and german, english or franzsösisch spoke this hotel love. Departure is very difficult, entertainment, staff & atmosphere really pleased us! All respect & large praise goes to all manager! Thanks to the complete Grifid Bolero team for the wonderful holiday!

From the hotel out, you are in approximately 100 meters directly at the beach. In the evening close proximity to shopping and strolling very convenient (the fish spa, up to various bars with live music and smaller shops everything available...) - is very pleasant the bolero not right in the party area which is, but in the 2. the golden sands so little noise in the evening is! One was in 10 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes with the bimmelbahn directly at the centre at the eiffel tower and the ferris wheel. Excursions (quad tour, Jeep Safari, sailing to Nessebar, varna, in the north of the kaliakra cape, to granny radka, the delphinarium) we have due to the to lots of offers (inside) not booked. The hotel and its surroundings were totally sufficient.

Our equipment matched the description of catalog. The re-filling of the mini bar every day was perfect, the furniture was in the classic style it was always cleaned well,

There was several restaurants we were just in the main restaurant. What I found good you were placed it true always enough tables free. The food itself was good. The tables real clean and the plates were after use immediately cleared

With our rooms we were very satisfied we had a deluxe room booked with a view of the sea it was very large and very clean it was cleaned daily. Also the complete staff from caretaker until the manager were all very friendly also at the front desk the ladies were always nice and friendly. The team of the hotel your since great. In the 2 week I had somewhere a bug it was really bad my husband left a doctor call it someone came. The doctor understood but no German only a bit of English with hands and legs I explained ihrdas it upstairs and back out you wanted the I to the hospital go the said I took me in your practice I came right on a drip did not know for what No verstehte German the medical establishment was! But what they good they could have everything right in Euro are charged before the treatment said the doctor 350 Euro we paid I felt it was afterwards yet 5 days very badly then pflogen we home. Since I love you have fostered me to we at home were. At home arrived it was my husband going on. He got from our doctor good tray. Now I used it a week long.

Also stayed in the pool area all very friendly the waiters cleared the dishes away. The water was sometimes in the pool a little cloudy apart from that was nothing to moan about.

The whole hotel is very clean you always saw a staff make clean my husband and I we had a room with a sea view in the 6 etagge super view on the sea, what was not that pleasant was the lots of dogs at night she barked very loud. The food was always super prepared the deco of the food-tables as they say the eye eats with particularly the small läckerchin of pies the fruit everything was there that you could think of.

The hotel lies in the second row the beach promenade one goes about 3 minutes to the beach. We had to the hotel a beach section where we chairs and umbrellas could use free of charge you just had to early enough get up co. 7 hours there are still guests those their towels on the chairs and for lunch only show, we were only twice at the beach it was at störmig. It was prohibited since it was 30 degrees was I wanted to into the water and we remained then rather by the pool, it changed the whole 14 days was almost only the red flag above.

Big size and every thing that you need is there. THE building looks perfect.

Our room was a good size, and was serviced each day, every day. The facilities were the normal desk, sofa, table, luggage horse, and good wardrobe facilities. A safe was in the cupboards which was charged for separately. The bathroom was a neat set up I E bath shower toilet hand basin and top, with plenty of soap and towels change daily. A TV was in the room, and plenty of drawer space. A telephone and minibar.

To complement the main dining area which was self service, there was a Asian dining room and a Bulgarian and steak restaurant, the Asian being waiter service. From breakfast to late supper there was no restriction on the amount of food one could eat, and the quality was excellent, and this was throughout the hotel. The staff in all the dining areas were alert and busy, and there was NO tables left with empty plates on at any time as they were cleared away when finished with. All types of cuisine was available in the main dining room, with eastern food well produced and presented in the other areas. The main dining area was always full thus the atmosphere was noisy due to the numbers of guests, but the other dining areas were more relaxed and easy. Tipping was done at ones own desire and collected in individual boxes in each area. Anything we had to pay for was not overpriced as western standards usually are.

From entering the reception at the start of my holiday, to leaving to go home I found all the staff very friendly, and approachable. All the staff I spoke to were very well educated in English, and as usual made me feel second rate as my Bulgarian is nil. Every day our room was serviced and kept well throughout. There were other services covered but we did not have cause to use them. We had no complaints, only praise.

Each day a range of activities were offered but no pressure was put on anyone to take part. Children were well catered for throughout. The disco was a small room with the usual lights and modern music, and I attended once and enjoyed myself to the full. I saw no shopping. A internet service was available. The beach was a five min walk, and the hotel had it"s own shades and beds free for the hotel guests, along with a good free bar on site too. Showers were available and the area was clean and up to a very good standard.

A good all round large hotel which was in good condition, the rooms were a good size and well servised. The grounds and public areas were kept very clean and tidy with plenty of staff to cope with it. We went all inclusive and that covered everything except special wines at dinner which was fully acceptable. The food was very good, and there was something for all types of tastes and preferences. A full range of guests from children to elderly and of all nationalities

The hotel was set back a street from the front sea side road which meant that there was no noise from revellers in the evening or late into the night. The main city was Varna which was about 1 hour away. The airport was just the other side of Varna. The main shopping was mainly along the sea front and consisted of a full range of shops and stalls covering cheap goods and expensive to accommodate all types of needs. Excursions were available through our Rep each day.

Everything here was good. We had a double room as triple occupancy. The size also here was good. The mini bar was daily beer, Cola, soda and water refilled. The safe costs for 2 weeks 69 leva. On tv we could at German programs the following are: ARD, ZDF, RTL, satellite. 1, ProSieben.

There is a main restaurant, grill restaurant, kuchentresen with ice and snack bar. There is à la carte restaurant. ( mexican, bulgarian, asian, barbecue, fish). Furthermore were during dinner regularly theme nights, like for instance gala buffet, mediterranean evening, bulgarian night, Italian night, asian night. Bars there are at the beach, by the pool and for evenings the bar salon. Unfortunately was the meat/ fish very often not through-roasted or already dead. Furthermore were the dishes very greasy. A variety the food, as in other countries for example Turkey is here not available.

All of the staff are very friendly and are willing to help. English, french and speak German. ( but not every employee) The room was cleaned thoroughly. There is a doctor service, child care and laundry service. This but we didn't use it.

At the beach are too few chairs available. Despite low season you could very often from about 10:15 A. M. no chairs more. The sun shades are very often broken. At the beach, as well as by the pool are not direct showers available to shortly before bathing once to shower. At the beach we could no showers and toilets find. Through the nachtfeuchtigkeit were in the morning the overlays on the sunbeds soaking wet. The pool times are from to o'clock! The entertainment was good. The disco has until o'clock open. Wifi is in the lobby free of charge. The hotel lies in the second row. Then comes a promenade with shops and bars.

The hotel is in a hillside. There are many steps available, therefor definitely not for persons, the bad on foot are, suitable. Partly about 80 stages to the room - no elevator! The entire hotel was very clean. A lot of french people and German were in the hotel. There was all inclusive. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee/ cakes, ice and dinner.

To it is about 100 meters to the beach. The airport is about minutes away. The city varna is in about 20 to 25 minutes with the taxi to reach. Locally several excursions offered. In varna gives it 2 shopping center ( varna mall and grand mall). Furthermore a shopping street-for us personally not recommendable.
