One of the worst holidays, which we ever made. Price performance ratio does not fit absolutely. We were the only german, otherwise pure russian-hotel. Foreign languages of the staff not available. However, shortcomings we tried, immediately to fix it. The food was an absolute disaster. No taste and a bad choice. Staff in the restaurant lazy and dirty (torn and dirty clothes). read more

We love the country and the people, however the hotel that is unacceptable. Check under the mattress said everything. The hotel is beautiful am hang to the sea integrated. But it is already quite worn and should be times urgently reconditioned. The hygiene in the restaurant left nothing to the imagination and is very took some getting used to. In the cool season there are too few cosy seating in the evening. Respect : the majority of the guests this hotel come from Russia. read more

We are as a couple verrelst and had a memorable beautiful relaxing and great holiday.
The friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff was very good and were all super nice.
Our room was cleaned daily, also, the towels and bed sheets regularly changed.
The beach is brilliant and also the industrious Guys constantly for cleanliness. Of course the staff from time to time a small obolus you. We have two wonderful excursions about our travel guide booked, the experienced impressions we will never forget.
All together for us it was an unforgettable great vacation. read more

Our rooms was more or less fine except for the ants in the closet.
The food... In the prallenden sun is one sits outside and waiting some meat or poultry

Please you for this hotel not too much luxury.
Our bathroom was completely dirty and had a lot of mold in the shower.
The daily service stock merely from beds make, change of towels and roughly sweep out.
The bed was very hard and on request at the front desk this was also not better.
In the restaurant and all other public areas (except for the lobby of the hotel) it was quite dirty.
In the restaurant there was no real service except for the often too early clearing away of plates.
Every day (11 days long) there were pretty ... much the same food. Everything tastes the same, and altogether everything seemed quite carelessly and you will be often as a guest ignored. Dirty dishes and cutlery there is no rarity,
You should an hour later after Büfetteröffnung in the restaurant come, it could happen, that no tables more free are and the food mostly cold.
At the beach you often get only against afternoon a free beach chair, as in the early morning already all places by Russian guests is occupied.
With a stay at this hotel you should 3a 4 days stomach cramps and diarrhea take in purchase. read more

I want to say thanks all staff of hotel for a wonderful vacation in Sahara!!!
We arrived before 12 and it did not prevent us to be occupied quickly and (at our request) in the number closer to the sea. The view out of window was unreal beautiful. The room was cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly, hospitable, smiling ... actually, only positive emotions to them.
Food - all excellent, tasty soups, scones, cookies, pancakes, pasta...EVERYTHING!
Animators are cool guys! Especially thanks to Islam!
In general, everything was great. I will go to Sahara with pleasure once more!

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Only criticism' the food' - unfortunately completely little choice.
No nearby reef - that means no possibility to go snorkeling. Dive School is located at the hotel. There are diving and snorkeling activities. Highly recommendable! read more

As a regular guest of the hotel I can say only again: I am really relaxed and no would have lovely stay may have. You so nice to me cared and me with a warmth pampered - simply great. In June 2012 I come back!
Small tip: who souvenirs shop, should unberdingt in the hotel-Souvenirs-shop at Mina and RAMY pop: the value for money there is much better than in many other Stores in town.

We were the first time in Egypt, and would this actually no longer visit!

The hotel characteristics you can say: the garden area is small and manageable, but well-kept. The furniture a little worn. Really this hotel is not for 'lame' or disabled recommendable. From the beach bar up to the lobby bar is so uphill, that a top concerned 'breath' out.
