A small and very comfortable hotel, right on the beach with a small bay for swimming and snorkelling. The nursery also very child friendly, children's pool and the food etc. ! The food was varied with theme and partly very good! Sometimes there was to choose from the menu card, otherwise buffet. The lady's at the front desk are especially to be highlighted with their helpfulness! A bus runs in front of the hotel, you need to get a taxi around way. This is a real experience and almost free (1 Euro or so) as you get to a shopping ... center. At first we had a room facing the street was the old, but then immediately without problems with view of the beach in the 1st floor have a nice. You just have to say something! Overall, highly recommended and could easily deserves a half star more! Small drawback were the few tv channels if anyone, but is on Maritius almost everywhere sunday read hotel review

We found the recif really great! Half-board and universe inclusive are possible, but hp actually sufficient. Wi-fi is available in the bar/restaurant area available, but partly quite slow. Mainly french guests. Many between 30 and 35 years. All in all a great relaxing holiday! Would definitely go back to the recif go. read hotel review

    The meal is pointed moderate! (rather typical for the country, which is good ☺ only the breakfast could be a bit more fruit are. We had half board which was completely enough for us. Cocktails cost about 5 Euro and are very tasty. 1 liter water for example 2 Euro. You have a fridge in the room, therefore, the purchase of drinks in the supermarket to, if you had a hire car available.

    The grounds are with 70 rooms are very well arranged and super arranged. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The spa area was new and you feel right. Berty the TUI guide can also very good german and is very nice.

    The beach is really nice, despite the stones and corals in the shallow water. Shoes are highly recommended, if you're more sensitive. There are some great fish with the snorkeling to see, also the glass bottom boat trip (free) is very nice. Umbrellas and there were enough beach chairs and is free of charge. Also the bath-towels. There were 3 times a week live music, the really great! Every evening there was a small beach, at which you can have a few souvenirs to buy can.

    It is advisable to take a rental car, because you definitely should explore. The hotel has a bus stop in the proximity and also offers a car rental service. Here it is worth it, a little action. To the airport it was about 60-90 minutes by car. In the vicinity of the hotel there is actually nothing. A small 'supermarket' but that was it. It is on the beach but very quiet.

The hotel is long on a narrow beach. Everything looks compressed from. Some of the rooms are from the situation partly unacceptable. There were english and french spoken. No german. After a complaint at our rep was improvement through the manager promised - after the staff a bit more friendly and the room clean - the food was not better and the beach also not nice... read hotel review

    We had the last room in the long quota hotel (next to a construction site). The room was big but overbuilt - in the middle was a wall with subjects as file and on the other side a keiderstange. You ran always in the circle around this wall around toilet or bathroom. The room was not clean - partly missing the towels - there was a safe and a kettle, coffee and tea was served only after a complaint. The minibar should always be filled - unfortunately was the never except in the last room none - the way was probably too far - so we filled the fridge with drinks.

    The restaurant was nice with sea view. The placemat were stained and stuck on both side. There was partly menu or buffet. The food was cold. There was a menu on the whole time. Very monotonous. Fruit was a rarity - only for breakfast there were a bit. Crepes were on stock and were soggy on a stack.

    The staff was not very friendly and in the gastronomy area completely overstrained. The plates weren't cleared away, the staff went over and ignored the empty plates. In the evening menu were wrong orders and sometimes forget. In the bar you could get order so that the mini bar refilled - unfortunately our drinks we had to drag ourselves - one was too lazy this until the last room to wear. There were english and french spoken. After we had complained the hotelmager and promised improvement - the staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned - but everything was very disturbed.

    The beach was very narrow, with lots of corals laced. For swimming you had only a small einstiegstelle - otherwise only stones. Bath shoes are obligation. Canoe and paddleboat you could take in the 'boathouse' (was a be rented a bretterverschlag) - if the breaker would permit. If you had the opportunity to snorkel you could very much fish to see, From the pool you could directly to the sea - unfortunately, it was so dirty (too warm, hair, dandruff. Oil slick on the surface) that we just used.

    The hotel is long on a narrow beach and it sees everything impacted from. The entrance is inconspicuous and also the lobby everything cramped and uncomfortable. Not very appealing. Also the reception was chaotic - one was hard working - but totally overtaxed. The shop is small and impersonal. We came from a different hotel (silver beach on the east coast) and were shocked. To the airport it was 1.5 hours. Excursions were no. There was performances by bands but that was all very improvised in the lobby, since in the hotel no capacity for such events - the bands were good, but unfortunately not really the earned applause. If you like it quiet, good service and a relaxed atmosphere is, is here correct. Small hotel in a quiet, authentic beach section. Pleasant simple modern architecture and decor. The guests were mixed, mostly french. We loved it and would like to thank the whole team for a great holiday. read hotel review

    We had standard beachfront booked. The size was completely enough for us. The open badezimmersituation you like. It didn't bother us. Decor bright and modern. Terrace big enough, with a wonderful sea view. We are glad, that in the run-up to read, that the rooms upstairs in the 1st floor nicer, than the ground-floor configurations. Is true. Room was cleaned always great ones. A small tip wont hurt and brings funny things on the bed ☺

    Modern, airy restaurant directly at the sea. Such a short distance to the water was seldom. No idea, as it to peak times - we are always very late to the meal. Place was then always sufficiently available. Normally also right on the sea side. Breakfast was as advertised was a bit weak. It is a point away. We knew however before and the purchase in a good supermarket improved. Dinner usually in buffet form, all three days menu. We enjoyed it. We are here in the three-star hotel and it was really excellent. I cannot confirm, that the crew is demanding and especially with the menus much went wrong. Not for us once and we were there for three weeks.

    The bad evaluation here recently is for us not comprehensible. We have the whole team is extremely attentive met. Communication in english and french, in the restaurant the general cheering up also here and there a word of german ☺ Our request for a room on the 1st floor in advance by mail was fulfilled. Since it with journey not yet was finished, we were to arrive a room on the ground floor for showering, moving and sleeping provided. Great service. After an hour it was vacant then also already finished.

    Pool was very nice. Beach chairs at the beach were sufficient. A few unavoidable handtuchreservierer there is always. But were the exception. Also here everything was very relaxed. Condition of beach chairs and umbrellas was good.

    The hotel lies quite calmly in a natural, with lava rock interspersed beach section. There one must know that before. If you want a long puderzuckerstrand expected, it was your own fault ☺ after various criticisms and reports i thought the bay better than expected. Sufficiently place, for fix to baden. Perfect for snorkeling. A few meters to the reef. No reef edge, but large, flat rifflandschaft. Fish and corals not great, but also we knew that before. For snorkeling but quite worth seeing. Flip flops we had there. But we were rarely used. So bad it was now also not ☺. Who puderzuckerstrände want, walk along the beach or on the road north to trou aux biches. Takes about three-quarters of an hour. Restaurants and supermarkets in the south from the hotel toward the town. Supermarkets are rather for simple things recommended. Great is the offer not. Restaurants were scanty to do wasn't visited. Recommendable is the small indian eatery north from the hotel in filaowald. Very nice, very delicious. The family in the late afternoon a werberunde on the beach. Quiet times go ☺ The bus services, we have actively used. Bus stop, as already often described, near the hotel. On the way back you will, depending on personal contact ☺, also gladly right in front of the hotel deducted.

The category appropriate the hotel is on a 'terrible' beach: only rocks in the water. Nearest sandy beach (one of the most beautiful Maritius' ) around circa 7 Euro reachable by taxi. The hotel is thus not for a pure beach holiday-rather as a starting point for desk. Then you do, however, need not book all inclusive. read hotel review

The hotel does what the reviews here promises. The hotel beach was perfect. Especially for snorkelling you had to not far out fish to see. The staff was always very friendly. The food was varied and very good. We chose 5 days rented a scooter and many attractions and beaches to explore. Was class and cheaper than to rent a car or offered to make excursions. It was a magnificent vacation and this hotel we could only recommend it to anyone! read hotel review

It is a 3 star hotel, not more and not less. For breakfast you will really satisfied, but everyday the same, no sausage, no cheese. Dinner is ok once in buffet form and menu. The beach is directly at the hotel. It is a with rocks slightly beach. Bathing shoes are a must here. If you want a ' postkartensandstrand' the must only 15 minutes further to run. The hotel offers free wi-fi at. The in-house internet to use would like is charged 20 Euro/hour. Who not always in the hotel remain wanted could use of the public bus services ... the considerably cheaper than the taxis. Bus ride to Port Louis= 32 Rupees, taxi to pot Louis= 450 Rupees. Complaints were handled quickly, we had a room on the ground floor but then a room on the 1. floor received. The view was much nicer. As mentioned it is not a luxury hotel, but it is for three stars enough. read hotel review

A small very stylish hotel, in ideal location to the island Maritius to explore. To Port Louis by bus in only 35 minutes for a total cost 1,50 Euro or the nearby grand baie. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms nice and modern, however with partly very small bathroom, or baths with more awkward layout. Beach small however very nice, not to say one of the most beautiful in this area. Sea a bit rocky, but with bathing shoes for swimming very suitable. read hotel review

Relatively small hotel with ausgezeichnechtem service, continuous friendly staff. Room clean and bright, in good condition. Highly recommended the rooms are on the 1. floor. Breakfast somewhat monotonous, but sufficient. Lunch and dinner alternate as a buffet or menu. Tasty and something for everyone there. Mostly visited by many french. English duty! The hotel is small though, but everything was there, what one wished. We had a smaller room with a balcony. But you told us, ever more often we were quartered, ever greater the room! The food was ok, for any taste was something there. Wether meat, fish, poultry or vegetables. Only for breakfast the choices may have been somewhat larger. The staff were always friendly. For entertainment in the evening was with music and singing with dance catered for. The weather was not so great. It would be certainly boring, we would have not three days excursions booked, which we ... all visitors to Maritius highly recommend. Each trip was a great experience. Transport service was good, the food during the trips as well. For independent excursions, are always taxis in front of the hotel. It recommends however, the price before the beginning the drive to agree. All together the stay was pleasant. read hotel review

Small complex, right home, an architectural absolutely charming resolved, beautiful view axles, individual bungalows with 2 rooms on the ground floor and top tip: in the upper floor in the first row is the sea view a sensation.     Reasonably simple, but very elaborate and hotel beautiful decor. ( the architect/interior decorator get anyway 100 points, as mentioned above) Mattresses comfortable. TV quite large, mauritianisches tv very funny, because you could crioulo learning. Apart from that some franz. And English channels.

    We had the half board. Mornings breakfast buffet, evenings buffet, but 1a 2 times the week evenings à la carte. à la carte was always excellent. The evening buffet mostly very good, maybe 3 of 10 times only mediocre. Fish ( small slices) there was every evening fresh from the pan, really recommendable. The stronger piece are the best:-) ( tuna or so ) the breakfast buffet looks initially a bit manageable from, but is however everything was always fresh and quite tasty. Omelets, eggs and crepes are also freshly prepared and are very recommendable. We had breakfast every morning was almost an hour for breakfast and really enjoyed it (you sit also very nice almost right at the waterfront)

    Absolutely first class, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning of the rooms great. Foreign languages: some waiter speak a little German, and are glad about it, it, too, but English and french is of course the best.

    Us it was mainly around the snorkeling, you can ( quiet lake provided) very good. You should Maritius but not with the red sea or Maldives comparisons, there are fewer fish as there, however therefor many different (so about 100 species counted, the reef recovered from el Nino and various cyclones ) apart from that for free kayak (nice), water skiing (fast and glasbodenboden -boat trip over the reef (nice) Cycling (a rudimentary, but fahrtüchtiges mountain bike for about 7 €per half day, organized by the front desk) made also have fun, the traffic is not so bad, as some other here writes, am twice per 50 kilometer rumgegurkt, and if cheerful from the laundry looks, there is usually a nice gegrüße with the mauritianern. And the long narrow pool is long enough ( approximately 20 meters), make sense swim a few lenghts and something love handles abzutrainieren. Three times the week there is a band, once with sega -dance performance. Since we now already the 3. the indian ocean are (maur. Seychelles), we must dancing. Folds already really good;-) From the band are actually some pretty good.

    Small complex, right home, an architectural absolutely charming resolved, beautiful view axles, individual bungalows with 2 rooms on the ground floor and top tip: in the upper floor in the first row is the sea view a sensation.     Great position right on the beach, respectively on the reef. The reef edge was very close ( approximately 100 meters), that means with restless weather the baden somewhat limited his. But imo for snorkelers the best reef on the west coast. At stronger waves but you do not with the taxi around 4 to 6 kilometer north to troux aux biches or mon choisy to the broad sandy beach drive. There is the reef around 600 to 900 meters far away and that is why no wave more. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes on foot after point aux pimento' town center', there, there are a few small shops with food. And 2 restaurants. Small disadvantage: it is a little out of the way, if you nightlife searches, should be to grand baie. Point aux allspice is also rather very simple and poor, refined it is in troux a. B. In May we spent our honeymoon and felt for this hotel decided, which we definitely not regret it. The hotel is great, clean, polite staff, varied kitchen, something for everyone. Lunch all carte menus. Evenings there were almost always buffet. The waiters tried very, are very friendly. But beware the Austernmann at the beach, in our experience fresh Oysters offered, so that it at the beach for the guests from the hotel fresh Oysters (no costs have been mentioned) the my husband tasted very good, but at the end mentioned what they cost, for 30 piece 170 Euro requires, we ... could the whole then down action 120 Euro. Afterwards we experienced, that a piece around the 3 Euro costs. The man we have of course not again seen, when we were there. read hotel review

The hotel for its three stars is perfect. A rental car would be recommended for longer stay, since the bus connection not very frequent and taxis very expensive, although good bargain can. read hotel review

This is a absolute hole and is a disgrace for all types of travelers, the long flight did. Even our travel guide was shocked when I saw the room. Having regard to solid complaints with the general manager we were after 2 days a better room offered. His staff we were not in a position to do so. in principle, you can put all of the discussions with hotel staff save, because they have no decision-making powers are provided with. The GM had obviously had a bad conscience, that we have a late-Offcheck out and our half board of dinner able to lunch.

    The breakfast and especially the presentation is a joke! The landlord and negligence on the part of the offer was appalling. When we our Omelet Chillis requested, the chef said, so it could not have been a bit. The standard rooms are one room, separation of the service toilet only by ' Selbstbau furniture' from the living room, no choice ventilation the swimming part, always damp (Fuerteventura on the walls), painted concrete screed in our case already in need of renovation. Cleaning staff rather slowthe rest of the area. However top quality and atmosphere in the dining room very good. Great staff in the restaurant. Island otherwise a dream.
