We stayed for two weeks this hotel. Two couples with two small children. The Plaza Hotel corresponds to the pictures, the rooms are modern and clean. The hotel complex and also the pool are very well maintained. The staff, from cleaners to manager, are very nice and friendly. Especially very child friendly, it was especially important. Breakfast and dinner was very versatile and topics referred. (tunisian, italian, international and once a week a candlelight dinner) All wishes, but also criticism will be charged taken serious. The customer is simply only king. All around has the vacation very much and we ... would not hesitate to stay at this Plaza Hotel come. Is definitely recommendable. read more

    Service in the hotel very big written. The staff speaks german, french and english. They are very helpful and hospitable. The chambermaids our rooms always clean and nicely decorated to leave. With criticism are all well handled and gave their best. The child care our own not taken into account, there our kids too young (from 4 years is the mini-club). But have heard from others, they were content. In the evening would our kids gladly to the common dancing invited. The children on the dancing always looking forward to it.

    The hotel is located on a very nice beach and in the most beautiful region the island. Major cities are close and easy to reach. Within 10 to 20 minutes one is there. With the favorable taxis is you quickly and cheaply in beautiful sights, restaurants and cafes. We recommend the restaurant 'el flouka'.

I (21) was for 2 weeks with my mother in the hotel Djerba Plaza. We were completely satisfied and happy! The food was very good, although not the exploration, since it is only that is, what it on the island to buy them. The rooms are newly renovated and stylishly furnished. Whoever liked it quiet, with less guests and less like kids is at this time of the year in very good hands. Of course you could not the full program expect, since for example because of the weather the pool bar early march opened. It is but just details ..., about the man, can see. The beach is very beautiful and spacious. The entertainers are very friendly and nice, after the motto: everything could, nothing must. You will find in the hotel so peace exactly like entertainment. The arrogance of the men at the front desk, is alone travellers older women opposite not to beat! On 5 january, the hotel was little occupied, could (wanted) you me no sunny room after west. This room would be for guests, which several weeks! I got one to the backyard. Only when i on the next day threatened in a different hotel to be learned, i got 4104 - well. The selection of dishes in the small restaurant was minimal, two types of hot vegetables is i too few. The muesli in the morning i can only be cheap call. ... No cereals, no grains, no prunes or apricots! I am for the 16. time on Djerba, i therefore have great comparison possibilities, never again hotel Plaza! read more

Decent hotel directly next to the golf course. To the beach around 300 to 400 meters to the part. On versandetem way. Gardens in january strongly neglected and dried up, even the hotel driveway seemed neglected (for time january i would expect no flowers but at least the lawn could be green are). The hotel seemed artificial kept open. Huge pool in the garden was empty and apparently in renovation, but was hardly working. The way to the beach was almost dunes zugeweht. The beach empty, beach bar completely closed. All restaurants on the very small near of the lobby ... closed. I very positively felt that there was no all-inclusive wristbands are. The staff very friendly and always very hard. Except for my cleaning maid all spoke very good german. The audience, around 40 to 60 guests were about 40% german, 60% mixed. read more

    Room, very nice and decorated up to date. Large bed, desk, seating area, modern shower, separate toilet, huge closet. Refrigerator with filling (no alcohol ) every day refilled. Willkommesgebäckteller, willkommensflasche wine, unfortunately without opener. Safe in the same cabinet over the refrigerator (unfortunately only in, not sideways). Large flat-screen tv. 4 german programs : ARD ZDF, RTL, Sat.1. Air conditioning effective and relatively quiet. The mattresses were good, but pillows too hard. Otherwise everything was great. Wether the rooms noisy i do not know, had no neighbors.

    The hotel ran because of the small number of guests on low flame. As with the meal no exception made. I expect yes no mountains of food but for a 4 star hotel Decided the too few variety and alternation. The same every morning. For fruit there were always apples, oranges and tangerines.     Location directly at the golf course. In the immediate vacinity no shopping possibilities, no restaurants and no disco. The beach in this location is not as great as in the western hotel. This hotel is at least for january not recommendable! It would be better for a month and some few gästeeinnahmen still somehow taking. It was empty, about 50 guests of 750, you during dinner times only a restaurant meeting can. Me disturbed it hardly, but other, the 3-5 weeks stayed, found it 'frustrating waste'. Disadvantage: ghastly atmosphere, totally limited offer in all! Advantage free chairs and nowhere waiting time, no the sound of children shrieking and yelling or other noise from.-) Room (most have a nice view) are large and nice, but very (!) Noisy. I would not for ... higher occupancy (from april) is located. Beautiful large bathroom with everything, including hair dryer. In all-inclusive daily new drinks. Mattress, as well as pillows very hard = lower back pain. After complaint other pillows. Small safe only loose on the fridge. Extra toilet, however very wrong installed, but such 'details' are typical, as well as the dead cockroaches, the umkleideschränken of the swimming pool to find. Well-kept, tastefully equipped hotel with very friendly employees and very good food. The spa and wellness area (against extra-payment) is also very attractive. The (sand ) beach closes directly by the hotel area at; ideal for long walks on the beach. (the outdoor area with pool area etc. Moves with a dezemberurlaub logically not in the focus as the bathing season.) read more

Nice 2-story star hotel with 262 rooms. Facility, with its moorish style including typical café. Directly at the beach, golf course directly opposite. Thalasso spa (good value for money). The hotel offers half board or all inclusive (without an armband). Wi-fi in the lobby, and tunisian and italian à la carte restaurant. 3 swimming pools with sun terrace, chairs and sunscreens. While we were there, there were lots of long-term vacationers in the hotel. Many germans, austrians and swiss. read more

    Very nice and modern rooms with spacious closets. The duschkomfort was enough for two people. Air conditioning or heating if necessary available. Lcd screen. Except Deutsche Welle are also more german channels available. Balcony and mini bar available (only soft drinks). No coffee maker.

    The food was really good and abundant. Every day there was in the evening another issue. If requests waiting should, as in my case a birthday cake for my husband, everything to complete satisfaction fulfilled.     The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Room cleaning was okay. Most of the staff spoke german, also a bit of english. A doctor should only after consultation with the respective guide be visited. The thalasso spa is furnished. As in the category 'hotel in general' fits the value for money absolutely. During the day there were different activities, to which one animated, but not forced to. While we were there, there were unfortunately too few 'jüngere' guests there, so that the disco defect.     To the airport it was about 30 minutes. No aircraft noise! Excursions to Djerba offered, but for pure relaxation not necessarily required. In the hotel there is a boutique, but outside is also good shopping. Strong nerves (haggle) and time are required. In front of the hotel you can/should yellow taxis stop, but worries the hotel as for the service, even in german language.

Clean cozy hotel, i highly recommend. You can get a good rest has but also versatile possibilities something something to do. It has always and everywhere taxis to quickly somewhere to go back. The short way to the beach as well as the beach along to run were very nice. Great pool area. We had a garden room, which i liked a great deal. read more

We could in the sea, as well as in the pool baden, condition of the beach and the sea, was ever after wind-different, but always good. Beach bar liked, castle and eat it by the pool. Amendment, merely the essplatzdeckchen :-) I found this not suitable. read more

So i would like something to the last evaluations say, i would for 5 years in Plaza and there are certainly some jahrzeiten as the winter months the not so are visited, but who in these months Plaza what bay, must expect a few are there. I myself am very satisfied there, the staff are very polite and the food very good. It is a well run hotel with much root customers the every year is, in all the years i've seen a lot of great people got to know and i am pleased you to see. read more

    Our room was very nice: big enough, modern and nicely furnished with plenty of storage space (large closet, nightstand, desk with drawers and cabinets), minibar, safe, balcony, air conditioning, telephone, tv, reading lamps. Bathroom and toilet are separated. The bathroom is nice large, modern, with lots of counter space, hair dryer, clean towels and so on The mini bar is (in all-inclusive) every day with water and soft drinks refilled. Everything is new furnished, clean and we had all the same problems. The air conditioning you could self-regulated: on the temperature and the strength of the blower.

    The food is very good. In the main restaurant, with a terrace there was the breakfast and dinner buffet. Lunch is in the restaurants at the pool and the beach - both covered terraces. In another restaurant serves snacks during the day, coffee and cake served. In addition the hotel has two à la carte restaurants: italian and tunisian, the both very recommendable are. The buffets provide a wide and varied selection of international and dishes typical of the country, freshly prepared/grilled fish and/or meat, soup, salad, bread, desserts, fruit, ice cream-so that everyone found something. At buffet breakfast you can fresh omelet and sweet crepes prepared. The atmosphere is in the restaurant very comfortable and friendly, the waiters always friendly, polite and very attentive.

    The service is really top! The staff (waiters, cleaners, entertainers) is extremely friendly and attentive. Nearly all of them spoke german and/or english, and of course french. The room was always super clean and tidy.

    The hotel has a beautiful, spacious pool landscape, with many palms and flowers. It distributes itself everything very nice the numerous, very stable wooden pool chairs with comfortable cushions and umbrellas around the large pool. The beach is in a few minutes walk via a nice, well-kept walkway. Also at the beach are enough chairs with cushions and umbrellas available. Seaweed is actually again and again (partly in large quantities) washed ashore, which didn't really bother us and at the latest on the 2. day again is removed. Showers are at the pool as well as at the beach available. The entertainment offers something for everyone, if one would like: gymnastics, water aerobics, beach volleyball, soccer, dancing lessons, arabic courses, different programs for children, live music in the evening, entertainment in the evening (either outside in the theatre or in the main building in the disco), disco in the house and so on the entertainers are all very friendly, fun and not pushy at all. Music by the pool only in the afternoon played.

My family didn't know where it goes, they surprise. My choice this hotel was perfect. Also as a family in the double room was sufficient space for all, by the way, extra bed' was very comfortable. Food, beverage and above all relaxation factor perfect. Very friendly staff. read more

Rather three stars complex! There is no attention to detail on the general facilities the hotel. This is rather earmarked. Loungers by the pool were always free! However poor/hardly service at the beach area. Entertainment was more on the sale of T-shirts designed and partially has not been accepted, that you also just relaxation I would like! Comparatively to Turkey is this hotel no 4.5 stars from value for money value, since us already much more! The area is boring and very dirty, unfortunately! read more
