This hotel caters for Russians not brits. The food was not even recognisable never mind edible. Shower was broken and took 3 days to repair (only lasted 1 day) The staff were only interested in Russians Only 12 Brits in hotel. I paid for all inclusive but couldn't eat or drink in hotel. Had to spend all my money on food outside. The public toilets had flowers strewn around but no toilet paper and the floors were flooded. The Russians got up at 4 am to put towels on sunbeds and didn't even use them. There were a few people ... from the Baltic states and even they couldn't eat the food and complained about the Russians. I would recommend that Thomas Cook removes this hotel from there brochure. read more

Rewiews from this web site helped me a lot when deciding where to go on my holiday. That`s why I write here as well.
I can highly reccomend this hotel, it`s located in the nice resort, not too far (about 10 minutes walk from shopping opportunities - Medina), only a step from the beach (about 350 meters, cca 4-5min walk) + beach is fine. Hotel is very nice, quite clean, personell is very willing, especially when you treat them nicely and politely, they take you as a friend. I knew few tourists who treated them really bad (swearing, shouting, absolute ... impatience) and then were complaining that the personell is not smiling at them all the time. Must say that we (me + my girlfriend) found all the staff(kitchen, dining room, bar, housekeeping) very nice and polite, hard working and polite. Food was good, but you must get used for the typical north african tastes, that are a little bit different from european. But in general food was very nice. Only thing I can complain about is that there was not a good selection of fruit, resp. there was almost no fruit served except not very nice apples. Beach was nice, quite clean, sea was great. In generall I can really recommend this hotel, it was a very nice holiday. read more
