    Restaurant divided, partly in the lobby, partially restaurant. We had nice central table in the main restaurant, thus perfect for us. In the lobby i would have however no table card accepted. It is a pity that the tables only during dinner allocated are, as a larger group, it is sometimes difficult for breakfast a common table. Breakfast buffet extensive, fresh eggs sensational. Only one negative - only self-service coffee maker for all of the guest. Long line, continuous operation of the machine, technical problems (water from, kaffeesatzbehälter fully), the was very annoying. At the table only unacceptable kannenkaffee. Unfortunately no soy milk. We also had dinner in buffet form, as well as as menu experienced, both very recommendable. Wine list well with good value for money. Bar-great cocktails!

    Check-in was great, friendly, competent, fast. The staff generally were all very friendly. In spa excellent service, with short-term be amending. In the restaurant sometimes a bit not enough staff, all very hard, but if the hotel is booked, can and bottlenecks care. Children's playroom really great with a friendly service.

    Ski stable very good and spacious. Outdoor pool with a view of the snowy mountains lovely. Relatively limited and tidy, for was also fine by us, we are only to swim down.

    Next to gondola to the ski area. Ski cellar at the top exit strategically well laid out. Enough room for skis and boots. Car park in front of the hotel depending on the snow sufficient. Hotel garage costs 8,- Euro, that should be included in the price for a hotel in this price range to be.

Hotel with top architecture but very poor value for money. In our junior-suite, there was no private bed for our child, the hard 'sitting area' was a bed converted. At the booked 'dorfsicht' turned out, that all on the street the ski lifts, passing passers-by unhindered in our room look could-for us unpleasantly and reason, at the front desk a different room to ask, we also for the next day assured got. The new room exhibited blatant deficiencies (toilet-door damaged /risk of injury, heating in the bathroom didn't work, carpet in the bedroom in around the window by condensation water ... wet and smelly). After mannerism complaining we were again a new room made available, from the time we were at the front desk not more than welcome guests treated. Rooms are modern however evenings due to the almost exclusively indirect lighting extremely dark. Dinner has absolutely not 4-star standard, breakfast varied and good. Serving staff hard, but very often overburdened. Location: approximately 100 meters to the elevator, but otherwise virtually no infrastructure. read more

We were already for the 5'. Time in this hotel. It was wiederv a wonderful stay. I have a point to complain about but easy to fix are. €1.8 garagengebühr, even if parking from schneegründen are scarce 2. a waiter a loincloth carried something i have never seen (so dirty) 3. after the sauna took some saunagäste a abkühlungsbad without to shower, unfortunately the sauna and ban these not. Once again in the carinzia and still the hotel is architecturally very nice to look at. Generally, it is very clean and tidy - nothing to complain about. The types of people are international: italian, croats and so on A still existing drawback was the lack of free wi-fi in the room. It is simply not anymore for a fee to ask. read more

    Food generally very good. Why therefore only 5 suns? 1. the last bit to the food was missing, a little more confidence with the spices. Also in the sauces saved, as beispsiel : gilthead seabream and linsenstrudel -as a linsenstrudel but rather dry is, is a spoon sauce not from, a more if the whole well done. Similar on the first evening indicated rinderhüftsteak. The food should not in sauce swim but a bit more then be. 2. unfortunately, we got the large buffets missed, which to date in all of our stays were a la 'italian starters buffet', 'dessert buffet' (from the i dream still ) and so on there is also no kids buffet more (then there was the one or another delicacies also for adults)

    For the waiters we could for our stay no lack noticed. Friendly welcome at the check-in, interrogation after our journey and so on - everything perfect. The food was excellent-trained waiters and strong tangible hotel and seated at our. Some criticisms in the past were of the opinion, that the service bad, this is not currently the case. To our last stay in april this year we could improving the services say. The waiters are international manned, which international public is not unusual. In the place is in relation to many other reviews again note, that there is no financial benefit for the hotel is, if a foreigner is adjusted, as the staff at least to collective agreement must be paid for - no matter wether austrians or iteliener.     If you in the winter for skiing the carinzia drives interest only the location to the elevator and she is, of course, still perfect: out of the ski cellar, and you can sit almost in the gondola. Shopping for snacks and soft drinks there were hardly 5 minutes on foot away from the hotel. If you like really wants to shoppen, must evenly somewhat plan. Restaurants interest anyway not, because the food in the hotel is very good. Actually interested anyway only the location to the elevator and it was ideal!

The dinner was a pure disaster. The good food quality is both ingredients and processing bad has become. It is just an isolence what the management under 4 stars quality understands. We are years of regular customers and will due to the kitchen and the incompetent front desk not go over there any more. read more

The staff were always very friendly, however during dinner partly overburdened. (food actually. Always very good. ) The rooms were really very spacious and also always kept clean! What for us a large shortcoming was, was the 'wellness area'. The pool way too small (for the number of guests) and the sauna area included jacuzzi and all the bells and whistles only for nudists. For us was not into question - we had the in advance know, we would not have booked. For a winter vacation included skiing top stand out the location! As a wellness hotel i would not ... sell. All together - good! read more

The breakfast buffet and dinner (served or buffet) was more than enough and varied, the tables nicely set, the tablecloths always clean. The spa area is beautiful, extremely clean, always plenty of places and chairs available, one can unimpaired the peace and quiet enjoy. The spa staff is extremely hard, the treatments a bit expensive, but worth every penny.     The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. The comfortable couch was inviting to read and chill out a. The mini bar is plentifully filled. Unfortunately, we got for 3 days only 1 glass get, which on the 3. day more than was dirty. The rooms were always clean.

    Unfortunately very much foreign staff. The lady at the reception us hardly any info to the hotel given, we did not, where it breakfast and dinner gives, or when. The waiters was generally very polite and courteous and focused on the wellbeing of the guests. Spelling and fallfehler in the daytime activities program, as well as in the evening a menu of lacking in german language skills the staff lock. The staff in the spa area are very willing to make an effort their treatment an unforgettable adventure.

We came already somewhat in former times in the hotel at, at around midday. Thereupon deportee we the luggages in the luggage room and used the wellness facilities. According to front desk should the room at 15 o'clock be ready. Unfortunately we had some time in front of the room wait, until the cleaning crew the end came. All other arrived guests their room relate. Plus point: the room is nice spacious, very clean, even if the mini bar sparse is, you feel all together quite comfortable. Underfloor heating in the bathroom included. The sauna area was in the afternoon ... completely crowded. In the resting room there are around 10 to 12 loungers, of which were to point 2 minutes after saunaaufschluss at 10:02 o'clock already all with towels arranged. In general there is in the sauna area even much too few chairs. It came lots of people inside, the vain a place were looking for. Positive is the acqua relax area,- great water- luftbetten shop for relaxing. There was also good tea for self, as well as fresh apples. Unfortunately is in the sauna only 2 times per day a brew made, -the result, -no free space in the sauna, some people had to outside stay. The light in the saunas could have been a bit gedimmter his, -creates a pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor swimming pool the sauna facility was a bit dirty. in the dining room could the tables a bit further apart is possible, partly very tight spaced ordered. However as very annoying the bright light sources felt. Somewhat gedimmter and you feel just happier. If is served, are the dishes rather modest, it is on the salad and dessert area tidy appropriations. Furthermore are a bit too few service staff available, you can tell, when guests for example in the dessert and the plates from the main course still it is. However very friendly serving staff. One evening there was austrian schmakerl evening, also the light was nicely dimmed. The tables were nicely set, and the food was wonderful. So it should be. The beverage prices are very high. 3,90 Euro for a 0.75 liter mineral water and 4,10 Euro for a achterle wine are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately in the current information age high fees for the internet be applicable. Unfortunately is the servicerpersonal perfectly overburdened! That is not the staff even, but because, that far from enough staff set in is! Very long waiting periods between the meals!     As mentioned, quite new and therefore clean and beautiful, in the cheap rooms ( we had eBay gift certificate). For the eye great, the shower in the room made entirely of glass, but it was very complicated, because if you at night on the toilet must, there is only one light switch for bath, shower and toilet, so that one slightly awake will, if the partner on the toilet should. With the shower one must therefore before going to sleep a curtain pulled, but the light burns but everywhere. Here would be possibly a private light for the toilet recommendable! If the tv or radio is turned on, it runs in the bathroom/ toilet-area always with. The volume you can rules, but not completely off, that means, one hears it again, even if you in the room the volume very unusually has. Disturbs in some situations! What was missing, was the possibility, the tuschtuch hanging space. There is a drying rack on the balcony, but the like not constantly out and wear, additionally, since it was problems in the bathroom! The are details, but if you the modern style, the really great and elegant is, as criterion adopted, as should also details watch out!

    The location is for carinthia, east tyrol and above all Italian very good, for nordtiroler and guests from Germany already rather further away. But really recommendable is, is the area with great excursion -, exploration-, hiking and skifahrermöglichkeiten. Recommendable excursions: nassfeld, Weißensee, presseggersee lake, bad bleiberg with the mine museum 'terra mystica' /' terra Montana'! Villach and Klagenfurt are not far away and udine/ Italy is also just 90 kilometres away!
