The atmosphere was very friendly.
The room generous, but totally run-down and outdated.
Breakfast extremely poor. The dinner not enjoyable: no fresh food, salad from glasses, soups all out of the bag.
The flowers in the guest room already have their own biotope developed.
The lobby dark, dingy-fully plastikmist and old clothes.
For one night perhaps to book, apart from that stay away! read more

The hotel is a bit outdated, the furnishing should urgently be renewed.
The location of the hotel, s is great. Wonderful views of the lake and the Schafberg mountain.
The staff were friendly and capable.
Recommendation only to tourists who no special value sophisticatedly equipped put. read more

This hotel has definitely its best years in the 70. Years and since then verabseumt with the time to go and certain things whereas the renewed to renovate. In the 70. Years top nowadays dingy, run-down and just old.
2 things I must definitely positively highlight: the friendliness, the commitment and the willingness to help the junior boss was really great and when you a room mIT seeblick is the view really unbelievably beautiful. Unfortunately compensate these 2 facts not to blow the whistle of the hotel.
In the rooms the carpet is stained, the remote control sticky, the toilet ... which specially designed, had brown stains and so after urinal smelly, and in the bathroom were everywhere Spots. To only a couple the noticeable to name but a few. I think if you the carpet neat cleaning, and with a lime cleaner once clever above cleaning look at the thing completely different from. In this hotel nothing is absolutely nothing at all since the 70. Been changed. Not even the washing machines which the laundry is washed, the lift, upholstery
For a three star hotel the breakfast was really just at the border to Inakzeptanz. I am a very travelled extensively, and stayed in the most guest houses far better breakfast regarding offer, atmosphere and quality experienced. There was rolls, bread, butter, ham, cheese, jams/ Nutella in small packs, strongly diluted multivitamin juice, water, toast, and from a dispenser cereal and a Schokomüslimischung, and normal yoghurt. Strong I missed fruit. No fruit bowl or fruit salad. For a hotel were the food and drinks anyway not really lovingly and friendly treated. One has this 70. Years dining room definitely not felt at ease. Exactly like in the rest of the hotel. I think it a great shame there this hotel precisely because of its location very lots of guests attract, but with his concept was already years can no longer convince. The price is it definitely not worth again in this hotel to stay if you are consider what you have to offer. Not even for passing-through I would recommend this hotel as it was with 42.50 per person night too expensive is. Unfortunately. However the area for hiking and the Attersee I would 100 recommendable! read more

We had because of the read reviews a negative attitude, which during the check in straight to the positive promenaded. Very nice large and clean double room with panoramic sea view. Missing additional Sockets (no port for lap top in the room or hair dryer in the bathroom). Extremely friendly family, about its guests very hard. Renovation altogether is given. The chef has apparently in the ' Käptn Iglo' learned or is in ' Chefmenü ' in love. Large parking. Outdoor areas are nice but as mentioned housekeeping-and care. On foot 15 minutes after unterach-place, back well. We enjoyed it ... nevertheless good. Thank you read more

The hotel was extremely convenient, the location good for us-to the lake around 15 minutes away on foot. The view from the lake view rooms is wonderful.
The hotel has as i have already mentioned its better times behind itself-facilities (of towels on balkonsessel...) Very old.
However value for money is okay and also the other guests looked satisfied. read more

The hotel has a good location if you want room with Lake view has booked.
Welcome was good. We had room with a view of the lake was very good. The decor needs updating 60/70 years and separate beds (single bed). Bathroom tub edge of the mold.
The toilet was the toilet glasses with lid was completely loose reported directly but never repaired in the time we were there where. On the carpet were many stains on it and dirty. In the ten days not once vacuumed. Was it not Staubzauger cotton. Breakfast was very good, dinner was choice of ... two menus but only the main course you could change. This hotel needs to be renovated. read more

Formerly house-certainly functioning by the leadership strongly neglected. Repair and modernisation of traffic it is not to replace!
Amt. Terrace, room facilities-all beds, ventilation in the home (kitchen) bad, hygiene lacking, it is missing expert staff in all service and technology! read more

Breakfast was the same all 8 days, the dinner was verry 'light', they don't have a restaurant with a menu. The bar is almost empty, but they don't let you bring something to drink. They lieed when they told us they have a space were we could stay togheter, all 40 of us. The ladies who run this 'hotel' were really mean to us, they shout at us. The pool was not ok, verry cold like in the hotel and water was also cold. read more
