Very beautiful room with flat -tv and balcony with a view of the lake. Also in the bathroom nothing was missing ( included hair dryer and soap dispenser). Free Wi-Fi over monzoon also available. Service very friendly. The boss cared even personally for the guests. The menus are a bit expensive, but really very nice and price well worth it! The breakfast buffet is large and diverse. The lawn included small playground and a lounge with bar are the whole hotel perfect. Nice, that you also have access to the lake. read more

Nice hotel large well-kept garden. Ideal for short -vacation. Friendly staff. All rooms have a balcony and a very nice view of lake Lucerne. You feel like in the tropics. read more

The location on Lake Lucerne is fantastic, all the rooms are with a lake view and balcony. Unfortunately, there are deficiencies when it comes to cleanliness and in the bathroom. read more

    - spacious rooms, with new floors, dark laminate. - The rooms are poorly soundproofed, coughs/the neighbours' voices are clearly audible; shower proceedings can also be followed without any problems - The bathroom is in need of renovation: The joints between the tiles on the floor are very dirty, someone else's hair on the floor, the heating is rusty, light switches filthy. - The beds are separate and cannot be moved together, because of a screwed-in counter space inbetween . - Small TV (CRT monitor) - Wireless internet for a surcharge - No safe, no mini bar, no bathrobe or flip-flops in the room - Direct outward dialling number not written down - The balcony was filthy/not cleaned well of bird droppings - Worn furniture (closet), wooden parts in general (e.g. wooden doors) in battered condition

    Unfortunately, lunch and dinner are not very good; even though the portions were generous, the food was mostly cold and partly not home-made (sauce, frozen vegetables). Breakfast is nicely arranged and varied, warm kitchen (except for hard boiled eggs) is being looked for in vain. Positive: The coffee is made in a coffee maker.
