The hotel in general is average. The entrance area is large and decorated in a friendly style. In the hotel I know only all inclusive offered.     The room me positively surprised. It was bright and friendly and very big. A massive balcony with drying rack. In the room itself a desk with a fridge and small crt televisions with all German main channels ( RTL, satellite. 1, ProSieben, ZDF, ARD). New ground laminate flooring and beautiful bathroom with huge glass shower. So rooms were really great. That of course on the ceiling a stain or can be in the bathroom the hood a little dusty can be, with the you can live. You are also in Bulgaria and not in Germany. The cushions were clean with us and the ceiling had the corner a spot but it didn't bother me personally didn't and if anyone don't mind, then you have it report, it will be replaced.

    The service in the hotel was bad. The cleaning ladies were very nice and also cleaned properly. So room wiped, beds made and towels changed.     The location could be better. The hotel is actually located directly at the main strip, but you have to these also completely expire until you to the beach arrived. The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone. Rooms were cleaned each day, towels were changed every day. The food was the worst at the whole vacation. The staff however was very friendly and helpful. My single room was to the street and was very loud. Different rooms ( pool side) were probably something quiet I will return to Sonnenstrand but then in another hotel. read more

The review is in relation to a four-star hotel to see. Here was a star too much forgive. The room was big and a comfortable bathroom. Before the brand new was disinfected. In the one-week stay was unfortunately on a more infrequently declined, daily the towels were changed. A tv was available, had unfortunately only over two German channels, also still bad front desk had. Safe there were unfortunately only at the front desk (7 leva/day). About the food we can unfortunately only the view of many reviewer parts: Lots of dishes were warm to cold, the variety left nothing ... to the imagination and the barbecue deserved its name. There were alternating day for day sausages or cevapcici prepared, but it was always hot! The staff on the whole was too many friendly and communication tried ( exceptions confirm the rule!). The entertainment program consisted of 5-8 activities. Here would be variety 't have been bad. The two entertainers good job. A 'old hand' a kind art and a ' nachwuchstalent ', which with the time, became better. At the check-in we would have us more instruction on the procedure in the hotel desired. Instead we had everything in control explore. Through a nebenausgang the ' halli -Galli- meile' directly access. This attracts approximately 500 meters up to the promenade, on the it then continues. Despite being close to the hotel is in the room not much from the hustle and bustle to be heard. Four star in bugarien are just not comparable with 4 stars in Spain but after what We guests in other hotels in the area heard we are very satisfied with the all inclusive respectively the offer for drinks and food in the hotel opposite other four star hotels. Especially we would like to highlight the dealing with complaints the exemplary was. The staff were very hard-working and friendly. The great beach and the area for the a or other thing compensated. The hotel complex consists of a older and a newer building, we were in the older building accommodated, so we are not far from the restaurant, the lobby and the pool area had. However worked some places for example the restaurant very uncomfortable and cold. We were a week in this hotel and it booked all inclusive.     Our room was huge, there were three of us in a double room, but the extra bed for 3. person was a joke, a ausklappbarer armchair, it you can't week long sleep! The bathroom was big, especially the shower there one could easily far showers, unfortunately was in the bathroom very much mold. The handtrücher were changed daily but the floor was never cleaned, everywhere the hair. The mini bar, the not filled was, was disgusting, since they rusted and many brown stains had. The safe is in the lobby not in the room.

    There was a restaurant, a small bar and a little more in the interior area and in the outdoor area a condusive, as well as the snack bar.     The location was in any case a plus point our stay, because it directly in the center is, but during the day by the pool it was not too loud. On Sonnenstrand there are a lot of small shops, the main pedestrian zone of leads directly to the beach, which from the hotel about minutes on foot to reach is. For party goers the location of the hotel is perfect, as the disco's and bars in the center are, so you don't long after home away ;-) One day we spend in a nearby located aqua park in Nessebar ( approximately 15 minutes out) the trip really paid off, tickets in the hotel with the tour operator or on the road, one comes with a free shuttle bus there and costs 18€ for one day, which was well worth it, as we later found there is also a new aqua park directly on the Sonnenstrand. One night we ate at a crawl participate, you can go into 4 different bars and at the end in a disco, you get a T-shirt and with every bar a small spirits or liqueurs free of charge. The atmosphere was great, there were loud German, it was also very funny.

The hotel consists of a new and an old building. We booked via the stand however not really fo, since we 2 apartments in the new building had. This was clean, walk through the grand hallway however also very badly soundproofed. Mainly German and English in the hotel. Both older people, as well as lots of young people. Especially the younger generation, including myself, were of course only as, around during the day auszunüchtern and in the evening the direct proximity to party procedure.     Room was despite 5 people still very spacious and cleaned every day. Even satisfactory! Our towels were also every day changed, that love the German also sunday Mini bar, coffee machine & co were in our room not available. A kitchenette without facilities. However were just all beds from broken, except for the small extra bed. In the double bed, I slept in, you could see-saw, as the back bar was broken. Despite two-time request nothing happened. The only reaction was on day 1 a ' yeah I check it' and on second day a 'I write it down'. However as mentioned, we are young and the gewippe was partly even very exhilarating. Especially if you at night returned and one or another cocktail drink. And above all you could not even more make broken.

    Just bad. Since we really low expectations and only had full wanted, one always something found, what not only disgusting and/or was cold. To not fries with onions.     You don't have to lots to say. Directly on the party mile, many discos in the immediate area and also it is only 5 minutes to the beach on foot. There I respectively we did but never made it. At least not during the day. Kiosk, small supermarkets, offices and shops various species as far as the eye could see.

    Were very big and also very nice. A paa flaws was anyway provided. Toilet was down leaking and the washbasin was a small crack, but was repaired. Cold showers you had to also sometimes, I think that was because this time of day very many showered. It came only 2a three times before, otherwise good ;-)

    For the designated purpose of the trip was the location excellent. We had directly a bus stop 5-minute walk away, from where you great in interesting places or in the water park drive. Furthermore was the beach maximum 7-minute walk away. tanzlocations and various supermarkets are just a stone's throw away. Of course, it was a bit louder in the nighttime, but not very much disturbed.
