We stayed in this hotel for the first time - over new year's eve. Unfortunately, there were except for check-in and room card no further information. There the hotel was booked, it looked with parking very narrow. We thought-behind the neighboring building, so we after a couple of days firm, but there was a huge and free car park (fenced in!). However at the front desk not communicated. We also got-not through our travel agency Neckermann - still about the hotel further information about the hotel and much, as expensive-the end of the silvesterprogramms. We had the 'lucky' on information ... of a coach tour from Germany be. The table for the event you had to reserve in advance. Us has been proposed, at a table with german guests to sit. Well, you want the new year's eve in society to sit, but it was still rather a mention.
A day before new year's eve there was in the wellness area a great laser show. Even here one had it from the hotel failed in advertising to make. A shame for the trouble.
The new year's eve prgoram was very nice and really great.

To 31-12-12 was the thermal area of only quiet pol, after apparent the competent lifeguard also its well-earned respite.
On our departure day we wanted in the morning, at plusgraden singles pushed!, again in the pool swim. Nothing, the duty officer, young man, preferred, the door closed (apparently due to the cold) and rather with handyarbeiten to keep you occupied. To the disappointment of some other, better in the open floating swimmers. Because-the days before there was minusgrade, where no door was locked.
There was a only, constantly fully booked out ping-pong table. Unfortunately this plate very poor. In the middle there was a large gap, so that the tennis ball by this opening up constantly the long was looking for. Here needs, because of the large demand something to be done.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. With us was on the door the bath the catch for the bädemantel fallen off, right on the 2. day. Until the departure, on the 9. day - nothing! ' carpet vacuumed - i don't know when? read more

Absolutely not recommended. Impolite service, socialist , few, very crowded pools. Rooms are small and moderate clean. Nobody is kind. Zalakaros superb! Other hotel is recommended! read more

Location, wellness options, possibilities for recreation good to very good;
Cleanliness of the wellness area, the outdoor areas rather bad-the complaints that were friendly
And with apology taken note of, but nothing has been improved!

The hotel is for the price not bad. Waiter regards not and are very slow at the serving. It takes a eternity until one the beverages have a. Had half board, food in the morning and evenings not bad, you can eat. Lunch very bad, did not taste. Waiter only speak Hungarian, neither German nor English. During packing, things in box forget and on the same day the hotel contacted and informed them, that I in the box in the room 428 some clothing items forgot. First it reported no one and when the second mail has been assured, listening ..., since nothing in the box was found. So dear people not forget anything, because the things you don't get more back. Smoke in Hungary since 01-04-2012 just 5 meters from the local or hotel permitted. I don't want to Hungary. read more

for a short break highly recommended, nice wellness area, room was large and clean, food choice (breakfast and dinner buffet in the evening) was good and plentiful, the staff was very friendly and always tried hard-the bartender in the navigable unfortunately a little overwhelmed. Recommendation: not in euro pay -differently about happy taken. read more

Large hotel area with many rooms. A bit shabby, and the cleanliness is not given, the half guest house was OK. There were about 95% Hungary lots of children in the hotel, because there were Christmas holidays. It was therefore with the peace (SPA) past. read more

Some ladies at the front desk very unfriendly. The invoice on the eve of departure to settle,
we were 2 hours delayed. On the request to have, was only one answer-in the morning. As we erklährten, that our bus very early in the morning goes, we could with reluctance pay.
the apartment the we inhabited was perfect,-just as the food.
this hotel we would stay there again, but only if exchange the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk. read more

We were for the first time in this hotel, which was recommended by friends. It was all very nice, room, ship bar, restaurant, swimming pools. Only as mentioned the sauna area was a disaster. Five chairs in the entrance area and at such a large hotel! Furthermore, never had the sauna cleaned let experience! Conclusion: for three hours, we will consider again whether we go into the karos spa. There are better hotels in Hungary. read more

We are quasi regular customers from which it this hotel there is. After a splendid start came over the years the disillusionment. During our last visit at the end of 2009 we were plentiful disappointed. Now, you are again visibly more trouble. It is going to be renovated, it is clean, the food tastes again in the new dining room, the terrace a bar extends, partly. Were new chairs and sunscreens purchased. So fits it again, and the value for money is great anyway. Thumbs up again! read more

Nice, children friendly hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, playground, child day care, and animation. A little bit worn-out and not too clean. Our appartment was not cleaned for three days, had to complain. The service is polite, but slow, especially in the restaurant. Lunch offer is limited to a couple of meals in the bar.
