We were there for the 4. time, of which 3 times only hotel without Nile-cruise and every time enthusiastic. Wishes are immediately put into practice. The friendliness comes from the heart and not fake. The hotel is peaceful, you can tell not at all, that lots of guests there are. Also at the beach is not man to man. Very lots of space. We would gladly come again. read more

The hotel with its extensive and beautiful area is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The staff is very friendly and tried in all areas to fulfill every wish. The main language is english, but in all areas is also used by some to more or less to speak german, especially if you are with some arab words for example satisfactory. read more

A wonderful vacation in Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna! Who peace and looking for sun, will find it here. Many beautiful beaches, partly spacious and make it quiet. Every wish was from the lips, the staff is more than friendly. The dine-around programme is extremely recommendable, here you can also in the surrounding restaurants and hotels in the evening dining. The rooms are big, very well kept and quiet. The most rooms are right with a view of the sea or a small bay, surrounding a beautiful park plant. Who entertained, definitely finds also occasions, including a folklore evening or ... live music at the small harbor. Pushy but it is not-if you want peace, this finds (at least in march). read more

    We had a family room with durchgangstüre and view to the pool (5000). This was most dispensable, since we only cleanliness and no mold from a room expect. Nevertheless it must be mentioned, that the furniture very worn and was monotonous. Bed, table, chair, bank, everything was from the same cheap wood and had probably never Sheraton 5 star standard. The cleanliness of the bathroom was alright.

    The Miramar restaurant, where breakfast and dinner at the buffet is served, seems at full load too small. The area where the main foods stood is way too small and the selection of warm food for a 5 star house was much too small. Since we had a year before on Malta considerably more selection on a much larger area. The variety was very limited. Our kids Didn't like it and they loved it in Malta in the 4 stars hotel better. Many dishes were also only lukewarm to cold, although we at the beginning of the dinner came (especially the fish and potatoe dishes). Tastiest we found the poultry dishes. At the pasta bar was strangely very few guests and according to our older daughter loved the sauce not taste good at all. Also there was only a single tomatenähnliche sauce, with vegetables, mushrooms or cheese supplement could. Many praised selection of desserts and desserts was also rather limited, since very many desserts every day repeated. With the plethora of pastries, cakes and desserts, which there are, could you in the 5 star hotel safe more variety and higher quality products can expect.     The staff is generally friendly and with adequate foreign language skills. But you should at the high number of german guests more german expect. The cleaning of the rooms is unfortunately not just. The glass shelf above the mini bar is available on the fläcken thick the dust, and has also in the two weeks nothing done. While i have gladly so sorry can, that the cleaning crew possibly under enormous time pressure, it is simply outrageous, if used glasses, again into the glass shelf to the ungebrauchten and couldn't or exchanged. Also the mini bar despite all inclusive hardly completely filled up. Although i the room service a message on the mini bar put, with the request for the children only Sprite and Fanta tissues, did nothing at all.     Entertainment and sport we didn't need it, as we with the children wanted to relax. In addition we went in the morning at the pool, where the water contrary to the description rarely was heated. Great good hotel in very nice, peaceful location - direct beach, lagoon and sandbank, behind approximately 200 meters to the open sea. The staff is consistently from the bus driver on receptionist, waiters (especially Hassan) in the main restaurant, as well as at the beach bar to staff at the beach (especially nady ) very friendly, attentive, courteous and always professional. The food has itself in comparison to 3 years ago also improved; daily changing theme buffets! This hotel is very recommendable, especially for guests, the rest and relaxation search! read more

Our 10 stay in the Sheraton Miramar El Gouna was as expected very relaxing. It is actually almost like vacation with friends; the staff is very hard; you are a 'repeating holiday makers spoke' recognized and appreciated. Preferences from the last holidays (mosquito nets/fresh milk in the fridge in the room/ anti-allergic pillows) are already at the feeder since. Smaller renovations have taken place; but missing here because of the-still-poor urlauberzahlen in Egypt actually the money for more. read more

    Room decor has already gotten a bit old - but it all worked and in case of any problems a technician (the light bulb in the bathroom was broken...) Cleanliness is good; i recommend always room on the upper floors, below there were due to the many garden and flowerbeds also ants and so on. Top: the sweet sleeper beds-real world class!

    In the main restaurant hjat the selection and presentation of the dishes from last winter significantly improved. Everyone becomes full, out-door bbq-station with fish/meat (changed daily) very good, noodle counter with lots of different sauces as always, desserts in huge choice (clear, as repeated something... Tasted but also the 2 time!) Finally there was every evening a 'oriental corner' with local specialties - very recommendable! And bulky many salads (can heedlessly eaten) hygiene standards are still Sheraton-typically very high; diarrhea we had despite consumption of salad, ice cream never in the hotel. Weak point is (still...) The italianische restaurant; the wars the simply not reasonable to... Only the pizza is what.

    As already mentioned, first class service, friendly and correct; as everywhere in Egypt help small grants (1-2 Dollar or 5-10 egyptian pounds) of course very -2. contact with the staff is still attentive. Room service and cleaning also of a high standard; you can tell, the the staff already long in the hotel are. Everyone speaks at least english; in the reception area also several employees with german knowledge. But: 5 stars in Egypt are no 5 stars in Europa! Drawbacks must be clear to everyone!

    Main pool always at least 28 degrees (heated ) very clean and nice spacious, always enough towels. A couch we also always got... Please note: pool (the small ) not heated! Kiunderclub is only for under 10 years; entertainment luckily not available. However very good fitness area with really new equipment and - on request - advice/instructions. Sauna and steam room (very nice updated) there is also... But rather which for autumn/winter.

    Still the best in El Gouna; right next to the sea, very spacious-even over easter (utilization 85% in the hotel) no crowds on the beaches or by the pool, by tuk-tuk or shuttle bus in a few minutes, you are everywhere in El Gouna. El Gouna always had a special position; where in Hurghada and other turistenorten nothing else going on, ' lives ' El Gouna in these difficult times.

The employees are nice and friendly, as the most in Egypt is. Finally life you more or less from the tips of the guests (monthly income is between 100 and 300 Euro). The complex is extensive landscaped and offers again and again spectacular views on the sea. We would however no 2. go back, since the rooms really needs some redecorating are, especially the bathrooms. Also which the furnishings and the atmosphere the room (we had booked a seaview) is concerned, we were Sheraton in Soma Bay committed. The food is not stunning, for us but ok, you could always ... find something. read more

Since 3 children 1,6,11 years traveling (3-10,02) we had a family room booked. This consists of 2 double rooms with a connecting door and is in the whole enormous. All used services were very good. For the food you should certainly consider, that one your vacation in Afrika spends and certainly not everything european can taste. The variety in any case left no wishes open (from 4 sorts of pizza at the dinner buffet over noodle bar, salad bar to sachertörtchen everything was there. Cleanliness in all very good, room service (thanks! At Achmet room 5102 u. ...5103) were exceptionally. At the check-in or check out everything was fast and satisfactory solution. Hi, we were for the first time here and were really happy the darling environment. Considering that we actually in the desert is. The whole bridges and so, really cool. The way to the water incredibly close. Waiter directly at the beach chair. Super All inclusive we are for example from the Turkey differently accustomed, alcohol only beer and wine, well, well. With so many german should the staff a little practice. We didn't care, we speak english. But all great, super nice. No party hotel but we wanted this time not. Just relaxation, it is this hotel perfect. Big ... hotel where one sometimes a little walk. But we found that just evenings at the great lighting really quaint. Gladly again, have also other hotels in El Gouna looked at. Capacity 1st sharaton Miramar. Free wi-fi in the bar and lobby, from where we are currently writing. read more

We were there at the beginning of february 2013 in the hotel Sheraton. It is a very nice, on several lagoons located resort. The rooms are big, spacious and a big balcony. We had a great view on one of the lagoons. Also a mini bar was in the living room. However belongs to the alcoholic drinks in the all-inclusive in this hotel unfortunately only local beer, wine and sparkling wine. Other alcoholic beverages, and drinks to pay. In other countries (z. example Karibik) is in the all-inclusive package included everything, not only in this hotel. To recommend are however ... the freshly squeezed mangosäfte. The service and the service is very good. Special compliment to mr ehab a. in the front office area. It is for all large and small problems undelegated. It is very helpful, nice and spoke perfect german. Otherwise in this hotel almost only english spoken. The food is excellent. The oriental hotel is very tasty. The chef (a swiss ) put in so much effort and serves a deviated- selungsreiche cuisine. There is almost everything, except, of course, pork. Who is leaking for peace and quiet is right at home here. The entertainment is very decent. Except folklore evenings, here and there a little live music, this is there was nothing on in the evenings. We had a very relaxing vacation used. At the beach and at the pool you with food and drinks served. Free chairs on the beach are always available, no matter at what time. There is clean cushions and towels, even a wind protection. The all-inclusive with 2 weeks include 2 full body massage per person. That is very recommendable, as well as the sauna and turkish (appointment make). Excursions, we have done on foot to Marina (yachthaven ) about 15 minutes from the hotel. With the shuttle bus one arrives for 1 Euro (day ticket per person) to El Gouna downtown and you can, as we even with the motorboat to the hotel back. Weather we had 26-28 degrees, unfortunately it was too cold to swim in the sea. read more

Basically in all areas absolute highest quality. I as a lone traveler have the RTL-program missed, since i'm in the evening often in the room spent. I will go back to the Sheraton travel. read more

We go since 1999 once a year in Sheraton Miramar, El Gouna. Hotel, comfort etc. Very good. It's also worth mentioning, that the staff mostly since many years - also in key positions-is constant and remains. On the guests' wishes, one individually and accommodating a. For football fans on the canal Dubai 2 -, where applicable, the management ask - national league matches live. We will always gladly again in this hotel travel. read more

    Very big, very clean, very nice! Safe, minibar, air conditioning and tv are available. The beverages in the minibar were all inclusive and every day refilled.

    There is 3 restaurants. A main restaurant, an oriental restaurant and an italian. All are great! The selection of dishes was not huge, but qualitatively very high-quality. Even the all inclusive wine is very good and from bottles serves. The food is very lean and still more than delicious, it simply different geüwrzt is. The restaurants were very clean and the staff always make an effort, it a right to make. Was the glass half empty, came directly the waiter and it filled in.

    We have rarely seen such a good and zuvorkommennden service. The staff at the hotel speak almost perfect english and sometimes also german. We once our room changed, since our neighbors very loud drive. Our complaint was immediately tackled and we have within 5 minutes another (even better) room. One at any time of day a smile and all, real all the staff were more than friendly. Also the room was cleaned thoroughly and left no wishes open.

    The hotel is so large and spread out, that you in the hotel walks different beaches are directly in front of the hotel located. In de city takes you either with the shuttle bus or the tuk-tuks, which by handzeichen ranwinken can. The journey takes about 5 minutes

    We had a honeymoon suite... Large and comfortable. Everything one on vacation need and more, a flat screen tv, telephone, kettle and crockery and so on. About 40 square meter area and 6 metres height with a dome in the bedroom! The rest of the rooms are but also all really wonderful from, the location is, of course, subject to availability, there is no mini room with view of building site or street.

    Top! Hospitality is there lived... Starting at drivers of our shuttle bus to the service in the hotel. Who speaks english, with all locals to chat and get everything that you ask for. Tips in small Euro coins should be in the bag have. In the hotel on the first day of each with his name and his tasks area presented, stayed open so no questions. Also good german-speaking staff in the hotel.

    Distance from our room to the beach... 30 meters!? ;-) Centre of El Gouna or marina with shops and so on. Around 10 minutes away on foot. Small tip for smokers: cigarettes go out from the hotel buy, difference around 3 to 4€ per box!
