Lovely hotel with with professional expertise care. The room was clean, only the shopping facilities were needy. By the catering wise everything was more or less fine and the food was delicious! Recommendable overall! read more

the room was not very clean upon arrival. The service staff was very pushy to get tips. For breakfast the eggs were freezing and therefore not to eat, otherwise it was breakfast buffet rich. read more

the hotel lies at one broad highway. The way to the beach lead across a gas station. In April the area was pretty forlorn. But the hotel made up for it therefor: the staff are very helpful, competent and friendly. You can nice evening in the lobby sit and have the top of the buffet a floor below look. The food is plentiful and very tasty. The rooms are spacious, to view unfortunately not as overwhelming. In the summer you could enjoy the very nicely laid out swimming pool. In the April was still closed. In the hotel you can ... feel comfortable but also in the off-season. read more

We (group of 50 people) arrived about 4:00 o'clock at. Our tour operator we were told our room and we had to leave our bags partly on the second floor up. The room was small, in need of renovation, especially the bathroom, was ice cold. The air conditioning worked not. Heating did not give it. An additional blanket was not available. The dining room in the next morning too cold. The food and drinks were good and the quality was all right. Unfortunately the selection was of bread on 3 types limited. Most of the service staff was friendly ... and unobtrusive. It was cleared immediately when a guest the dining room dungeon. A bad Beischmack got this but, as a waiter behind my husband walked around and tip 'required', even though we have a little box in the being done had. The room service left in as long as a lot to be desired, as this was. It was not even the trash cans emptied. Sad! our in short: never. read more

The hotel during our holiday (3 days) was exclusively visited by tour groups of different nationalities. According to the description the renovation in 2009 was probably quite superficial: Some rooms on the upper floors had large water damage on the ceiling, which were only painted over. Thus paint was constantly peeling from the ceiling. Otherwise the room cleanliness was ok. We had half board. read more

    Our room was large with a small balcony to the street (noisy), the furnishings were okay. Air conditioner and TV did not work. Everything felt damp.

    The restaurant reminded of a train station hall. The volume due to the large number of guests was unbearable. In addition the waiters were totally hectic. The furnishings were more like a simple cafeteria. It was clean. The selection of appetizers was ok. Bread and bread rolls were not always fresh. There was also something to find at the warm dishes... The prices for the drinks were really very high. We paid less for wine, raki and water in our 5 star hotel in Belek! The hotel bar was also not attractive: A large hall, in which the seats were spread out. No matter where we sat down, it had a draft. No atmosphere for lingering long.

    The staff were generally very friendly. They spoke German reasonably well. The room cleaning was ok. Despite several requests the broken air conditioner could not be repaired. Good, that we had our own blanket along.

    The distance to Kusadasi was about 5 kms. If you wanted to go to the town, a dolmus or taxi were necessary. Near the hotel there were no shopping or entertainment possibilities.
