- Room
All rooms have view of the sea and over the bay. Just amazing. The rooms are not overly large but functional. The beds large and rather hard. A large built-in cupboard offers plenty of storage space. The balcony is through a sliding panel from the room separated and the windows are rather like a winter garden. They close so that the balcony as' extension ' of the room can be used. There is also a daybed it that if necessary also as crib or third bed can be used. Also there were 2 chairs and a small table outside. Since the windows to the floor, you the feeling in the sea outside to be. In the evening if all lights with it is magical beautiful and we often outside sat and over sea looked. On the wall is a flat tv appropriate. Mini bar there is also a safe but both must be paid separately. Coffee machine missing.
The bathroom is functional but rather small. But it is everything available what is needed. Water pressure in the shower is good.
Because the hotel in the year 2008 completely renovated, everything is in good condition.
- Gastronomy
There is a beautiful, large restaurant. The tables at the window have great view over the bay. The meal times as buffets served. Breakfast is especially to the English guests aligned with beans, bacon, eggs, toast and so on there is but also rolls and bread and both as wheat Varaiante. In addition the usual cheese, sausage, Butter, jams and honey. Fresh fruit there was also always in different sorts. The juice came from machines. Coffee / tea also.
We had the half board and for 1 week it was OK. Every evening there was 3 types of meat and 1 sort fish. The fish was delicious! In addition there was every! Evening fries and mashed potatoes. In between also once rice and always 1a 2 sorts of vegetables. The quality was good and it was also always everything refilled but the variety was missing. Good was that it each evening somewhat nationaltypical gave. For example even paella and a other Lasagna or crabs and so on appetizers and salad was OK. The salads came however the most out of the bag. Food for a three-star hotel in Spain it was okay. A extra star I give for the desserts. The were megalecker and there every day again which new. Just sinful good! A wide selection of Fruits.
Breakfast there is from 8 to 10 o'clock and dinner from 20 to 22 o'clock. The beverage prices were book. Both for soft drinks as also for wine.
- Service
The staff I found really friendly. In any restaurant were the waiters so nice and efficient as there. German however not spoken and English a must, except one speaks spanish. With only 3% German speaking tourists in Benidorm is the however also understandable. There is simply not needed. The rooms were very clean cleaned and towels in the bathroom were changed every day.
- Sport & Entertainment
The way to the beach is really not far. The sun loungers there cost 4 euros and the umbrellas also 4 euros. For a longer stay it is worth it to buy yourself. The beach is very clean. Not free include the beaches to the cleanest in Spain. Each night drive vehicles back and forth the sand again nice clean filter. Natural shade there is however hardly. A few a few palm trees and otherwise blazing sun.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a terrace with sun loungers, which are free. In our day there was enough sunbeds and couches reserve is not made. You can also drinks the Chair be delivered from the bar the right to the terrace adjoined.
Every evening in the bar something offered. Usually a live band and twice per week a show. For example Samba show or something like that. The program is more suited to a older audience aligned. These liked it very much and it was busy the night dancing swung. In the bar there are also free Wi-Fi. At the front desk it also has 2 computer terminal with internet. Prices 1 euro for 15 minutes and 2 euros for 30 minutes. A pool table stands in the bar. Entertainment for children does not exist. At the time when we were there there was a but also only a few children.
- Hotel
The hotel is for Benidorm rather small and has' only ' 12 floors. There is approximately 140 rooms. The cleanliness is everywhere good the friendliness. The hotel offers breakfast, half board or full board. The guests were the main Spanish and English. Along with some Dutch, French and Swiss. The average age was 55 years. There was but also some younger guests and families with children.
The hotel was built in year 2008 completely renovated and is in very good condition.
- Location
The location I found super. The hotel is located at the end the Levante beach something increases with great view over the entire bay benidorm. To the beach there are approximately 100 meters, a few stairs down around the corner rum and one is already there. A small supermarket is right and within a few steps you were already in the middle in the commotion and at the restaurants, bars and shops. Nevertheless get the noise nothing at all with because the hotel a bit on the hillside is transferred and at the end the Bay.
Since the various buses also not far from the hotel way to stop it is just excursions to undertake. Almost all buses drive there through and all costs so much (1.30 euro no matter how far you go). Recommendable nonetheless is a trip to Altea the about 8 kilometers away and by bus 10 to reach is. Or you can take the bus 1 in the other direction (against the old town zu) and drives to the train station. From there with the small railroad to Alicante or in the other direction to DENIA. The travel costs back less than 6 euros and is worthwhile in any case. A car you need in Benidorm not because of public transport really very good and easy to understand is
