Hotel with very nice location. Ideal for a relaxation vacation at the sea. Only the comfort for the food is not given in table that way and the size of the dining room. read more

Never again holiday check, FTI and adakule! Name change for a small girl cost 300 Euro. 3 check back and forth with holiday check until everything worked! In the hotel arrived we were in the side building bundled, although we explicitly main building booked ( side building would be 250 Euro have been cheaper). The hotel is dilapidation nearby dirty carpets, mold in the bathroom and so on, could book on the load letter, the staff are unfriendly and insulting except a few exceptions and it was with distance the worst food we have in Turkey got! The kule bar ... is for 2 years closed, the diving platform in the middle does not exist more, they should time their pictures on the website over the shop update. Very big complex. The outside area with some tlc nice. The rooms are however not to save. Worn out! All-inclusive is the case much and monotonous food. If you came late, you get hardly salads. Were surprisingly a lot of turks from Germany since. Otherwise were mostly dutch, british and germans there. read more

    The hotel has a own bay. It is a pity that the ladders into the sea strong vermoost and therefore a danger represented. The next town was 3 kilometer away, but easy to reach. To the airport to Izmir there are 80 kilometer.

It is officially a five star hotel but we feel very ripped off. For this price is the cleanliness miserable! The beach is full seaweeds and directly in the entrance everything is unclear... Only further in the front at the pier the water is clear. The beach is no sandy beach... Thus was the pool better. read more

We family wireless. always fly since 7 years in this hotel and we find it very good. Were last year with our nephew and our daughter in the wheelchair since, and we have to say that it was good and the people are very helpful. Therefore fly we now 2013 in september again. read more

So the hotel itself looks nice from the outside... However from the inside besides front desk the grounds by the pool and dining room are clean, the rest is dirty! Mottled carpets in the room mold in the bathroom and everywhere hair in the bathroom! The entertainment for children is very bad and every day the same \u2639 and very late \u2639 wouldn't recommend the hotel, and the food is also not the hit \u2639 read more

Of the location beautiful and the staff members were always friendly... But really run down would no second time again... Was really a disappointment... As it is probably a saisonweise rented out hotel was, saved the people in every corner and knew...! The room was very dated and small. The sea view room for free is one of the few things I will recall! read more

The hotel is totally dirty and dirty. Hygiene is a absolute foreign word. The hotel is 26-years-old and exactly it looks from. It is nothing more invested, because the hotel is leased. It disintegrates in every corner. The hotel is maximum worth 3 stars! A cheek such a lousy hotel as 5 star to extol. This hotel definitely avoid, otherwise never renovated. This is the worst 4, five star hotel in Turkey and I say this as a turk. The lifts to the pool are every day broken and nobody fixed it. read more

The location really wonderful, the hotel itself not worth 3 stars. Except for the lobby nothing much beautiful, merely in the lifts you can beautiful pictures from clean times standing. But they are long lay over. Or the boss is 10 years not more there :-) In the entire hotel ( main building) 3 lifts for 329 room, to meal times were queues guaranteed, on the first day laughs one still... After 5 not more.     The room what we had booked, was gone. Alternative offered a room without window at, with darkened, because built over balcony. Brilliant, in the room age tv and only krischelbild with two German channels. It complained and there was someone, but without success. It then made, was only the plug. Climate runs hourly but has no effect. The room temperature was never below 25 degrees down, really nothing movement. Room everything old, the bathroom one meter long, wood swollen. Really brilliant, who our pictures looks bay certainly net

    The hotel lies at a great bay. To the beach it are zieg floors with altogether 3 elevators. When we were there, there were a defect twice. To Kusadasi it is only a couple of minutes with the Dolmuş, it was ok. In Kusadasi does not exist lots to see.

Hotel on the hillside over stairs or elevator to reach the small shingle bay, For scooter drivers or disabled rather unsuitable as you in the hotel itself constantly to stairs to climb. The lobby is really nice with a bar as you will gladly also times for a drink sitting. However there was no information or a drinks menu over cocktails and so on which in all inclusive everything is included. At nationalities we had too many dutch, french and Italian. Around the hotel it was actually clean, only the beach bar included the waiters looked but very dingy from ... there it would be high time something something to do. read more

    The room what we had was quite large. The furnishings and the furniture is definitely not a five star hotel everything is very old and run-down. Definitely not slippers forget the carpet is already dirty out there like you don't like barefoot walk to. No terrace no balcony no coffee machine ancient tv with 3 German channels for our safe there were unfortunately no key because this allegedly was lost they offered us however also not our valuables elsewhere contained. Mini bar is too much promised old small fridge not cooled the should at least every day with a bottle of water refilled which unfortunately not the case was. Unfortunately hotel in wonderful location with a lot of flaws and less than worth 5 stars.

    There is a main restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner in the evening we had a little grilled, especially with beef, for a five-star hotel missed apart from that it was taste and the quality completely reasonable. The waiters are always made an effort everything okay head to the Rush hour you had to just briefly be overlooked if one or another stopped. By the pool there were a pool bar with drinks a floor below was a small snack bar street however the snacks were constantly cold and whose who want to already hard fries or hamburgers and so on at o'clock there were cakes? And cookies and 10 minutes after o'clock everything was gone and nothing was refilled. There is also a beach bar available the however you should urgently updating, there was water softgtränke beer wine and turkish slices in the warming trays.

    The staff were always very friendly. With the German sprachkenntniss it worked unfortunately not there would be a bit of English already beneficial. Beds were always made when we evenings returned but really cleaned we did not find it and was missing toilet paper then water and so on However they reacted very quickly if we which required.

    From Izmir airport you can travel approximately 1 stude to the hotel. Beach there is only in the form of a small shingle bay where one however well into the water can walk to. Left and right are even 2 terraces with deck chairs cushions and sun screens available. A beach bar toilets and showers are also available everything rather small but schnuckkelig held, except in the bar. To the town it was about 3 kilometer buses go in 5 minutes tact in front of the hotel until midnight.

The hotel complex itself although it's getting old, is nevertheless one of the most beautiful attachments in the area. The value for money is good, the cleanliness the towels and the knowledge of German at the front desk left however to be desired. All together we had a very nice holiday! read more

To the beach you have to three elevators change, the constantly full and sometimes broken. Untidy garden area. Only positive: the hotel is nearby of center. The water in the pool was not clean, after a packet of chlorine bowl was made. Suspicious it is, if you use the mosaic on the floor of the pool cannot see. The food was very diverse, however, the fruits (watermelon, fruit, tomatoes) were rather lack of quality, something in Turkey actually is rarely the case. You win the impression, that here from the hotel saved. All inclusive was really good, included beer and wine, however were the' juices' only Pulvermix drinks, the partly also in the wrong water - powder proportion nibbled were. Gözleme was delicious and also various ... other dishes, the diversity was too large, around to try everything. The beach is without sand, just fine rock, but the location of the hotel in the middle in the canyon is very quaint and beautified the vacation. The Holzhimmelbetten under open sky with thatched roof is simply magnificent. The hotel has about 10 floors, due to the location am hang, unfortunately but little lifts, which long waiting periods at the lift arise. Altogether however quite recommendable nonetheless, also with children, there beautiful water slides and altogether 3 (or 4?) pools available and constant food is ensured. read more

In my opinion the hotel has the season very unplanned begun. The tower bar is not yet opened, by the pool a lot was broken and the one on the pictures shown jetty ( middle jetty) is no longer available. The food was very tasty and varied, however may 90% of the staff no English! And Turkish guests around some treated better than the other! Thus it was hard, if you like we for example at the doctor communicate should. Good shops one has in the hotel, as well as in the center kusadasi. Apart from that, the hotel is ... very nice and is in a good location, however has there been any 5 star more. Possibly only 3-stars **. read more

We had the hotel good memories there during a round trip in the spring here had in the low season. We had already much. We therefore this hotel, what is also an attraction with its two towers, specifically for this stay selected. Our expectations also this time confirmed by. Unfortunately was the Turmcafe during our stay not open. At a broken elevator, we have merely festgestell the Eskalationsmanagement of the hotel something else to wish for leaves.
