    We had a family room type 1 booked. The size was more than enough and the interior was good and not worn. The cleaning gave absolutely kéinen cause for complaint, the daily towel change took place daily and the bed linen was in our stay changed several times.

    The staff was very friendly and the food varied. One small downside was at the buffet for the dessert to say, here was sometimes not fast enough for replenishment and looked through the behavior of some guests on the cake not always inviting. Altogether it was missing but also here nothing and everything was very delicious.

    The hotel was very clean, the cleaning of the rooms and maintenance of installations were very good. The complete staff (starting with the maids, the waiters (-inside) and in the lobby) were very friendly and helpful. As i had no complaints, i can about the handling of such no angabenmachen.

    Since we just lazing around wanted, we in the versatile entertainment, which during the day was offered participated. In the pool area there were enough beach chairs available and the annoying early reserve was superfluous and came only rarely before. A wonderful sandy beach was in a few minutes walk (about: 10 minutes) and another in approximately 20-25 minutes on a very nice seafront attainable. For too expensive but i found the lease of loungers at the beach, so we and our badelacken in the sand. Especially worth mentioning were the evening shows the presented by the entertainers were, the that predicate excellent deserve. A programme of this kind, which is during the 2 weeks not even repeated we have not in a hotel experienced.

    The transfer time amounted to a maximum of 30 minutes. As already described the hotel lies very centrally located. The staff was very friendly. As most of the hotels in Playa las Americas maximum half board (mostly however only breakfast or only bed) offer, there were lots of restaurants in the area of the shopping street.

From the outside the hotel makes a rather inconspicuous impression, but if you have the klubanlage explored on foot, you can tell, that they very big is. Also was nicely planted. Every day the sidewalks with scrubbing brush or putzmaschine cleaned. Also the pool got each morning the cleaning. In the hotel we had all-inclusive and we were not missing anything. Besides the safe had for little money additionally booked are. The guest structure was multicolored mixed from old to young and from all european countries (italian, english, german, dutch, Poland and, of course, spanish). read more

    With the room we had a upgrade. Was booked a family room with 1 bedroom and 1 living/bedroom. But we got double bedroom and 1 living room. Almost a small 3 room apartment. It was decently furnished and also not worn down. In the bathroom there was a bathtub available, so that you relax there. The tv was a flat screen tv. The remote control you got for a deposit at the front desk. Air conditioning was not available, but ceiling fans in every living room and bedroom.

    In the hotel you could between 2 restaurants select, as this at our time was fully booked. During the day has the pool bar open and in the evening then a further large bar in the closed stage area was. A tip: who on the bar an impatient impression, could prepare for it, that he was not quick to go. The times observed. Always nice and friendly and the keeper not stress. And all friendly. The food in the restaurant was varied and plentiful. You left in the previous reviews, that it was always the same. I disagree. There may every day pork, beef, poultry and fish, but always prepared differently. And honestly, what it should be. Salad bar was plentiful and sweet desserts there was also enough. On a soup, it was never was missing. And the fish gave it daily to kill off! Also squid and mussels. Conclusion: every day there were italian, german and spanish meals and additionally various european dishes. If you want to lunch not in the mood to restaurant had, could also on the terrace meal. There was also a small buffet set up. Tips here nobody expected or required. I had never experienced like that on vacation. Here the hands. And gives you a bit, they were very grateful that!

    The friendliness of the staff i think it is very positive. Especially also to the front desk. In previous reviews was contrary to read, but i can't understand. With german you everywhere. At the front desk, in the restaurant, at the bar and the animators german well understood and spoken. The room cleaning we had no complaints. It was cleaned daily and the beds made. The doctor i can't make any comments, since we didn't need to use it. What we found positive, was, from 10:00 to 5:00 p. m. a life guard by the pool sat and the frosty supervised. Child services we didn't use, but this could daily except on mondays in use. Often one the animators with the radiant kindergesichtern seen. The have a great job also in the evening if the children for dancing on the stage were allowed.

    Pool chairs of course not for all the guests enough. But we always had a place, as we are early birds. Activities such as pool earobic, Volleyball, soccer, Boccia and so further you could from 10 o'clock in the morning enjoy. The boys and girls got a good job and were always friendly and not intrusive. The pool made a good impression and was of the size, it wasn't too shabby either. The cushions on the chairs were new. Umbrellas were also available, but everyone was happy about the 25-28°c and therefore they were not set up. A disco after the daily evening visit. We can't comment, since we did not use these. The evening shows are just great been. What is being done is really great. You have to keep in mind, that no schauspielausbildung have. But nevertheless complete the entertainers as professionals. The costumes are furnished to a high standard. Have to say, that i such a good evening entertainment in still no my vacation heard!

    The sea can be reached in 5 minutes. You want to a sandy beach, you'll at the promenade left and reaches this after another 200 metres. From the airport we are about 20 minutes drive. Who gladly shoppen goes, is here just perfect. Bazars and department stores are just 2 minutes away. If you seaside holiday with shopping combine like, is in the right place in this hotel. Also important: pharmacies were in the immediate vicinity! Excursions could be in the hotel at the information center or at the travel agent.

So we were 9 days since, size of the room was perfect, like a small suite! Great new bathroom, huge shower and always clean! Safety deposit box for a fee, towels for the pool/beach for a fee, remote control for a fee (20€ each)! Room was in 2. floor had our 20 kilogram bags 4 stairs with ever about 10 steps carry, wasn't so great. Condition of the room super, with big balcony to the street, but it wasn't too loud. Average age about 40 years, quite many rentnerehepaare during, but also many families with children. read more

    Dining we must unfortunately stars, because we find, it is not at all, that it only 8. the tables is during dinner and breakfast, because one wants also sit alone and not always with foreign at the table!     Friendliness of the reception staff very different, when we arrived, a blond lady, not very friendly was, had 2 hours on our room wait, other guests, after we arrived, were strangely just your room...     Location is great, so many shopping possibilities and bars, restaurants, super. To the beach only a street down from the hotel entrance to the left. Trips also super, there is a bus stop a street further on Hotel Best family friendliness, where you for all trips with penalties is fetched.

Great hotel. It is a really big large area, with several apartment houses, all around the interior, where the pools and the garden are, are built. The cleanliness the hotel is top. Every morning it was cleaned. As it is a all inclusive hotel is, is everything. The guest structure was very mixed. Predominantly german, but also italians, russians, dutch are available. There was also a small 'zoo', with kanichen, birds, and so on. The kanichen features salad and apples. A lot of green. read more

    We had a family room, with living room and separate bedroom, balcony and really big bathroom with bathtub. We have on the side street (pedestrian zone) looked. Everything in a respectable state, very clean. Really big flat screen tv on the wall, with all sorts of programs, german, spanish, italian, russian and so on. Remote maintenance against bail at the front desk.

    There are two possibilities, its meals. Once the large main restaurant in the 1st floor of the main house and once in the garden in the Pavillon with grill. In the main restaurant we were only twice. At the start and at the last day, as the Pavillon had. The main restaurant we found not so great. Too large and spacious. Was already mensamäßig. Completely different the Pavillon in the garden. Small, well arranged and comfortable. The offer was exactly the same plus grill. For lunch you could in the pool area at the snack bar catering, which was totally sufficient. The food was okay. Sufficiently available, it was again and again refilled. It gave from everything. Much salad. But after a week was enough. By the way the coffee in the morning from the machine was more inedible. It is in small bags of soluble coffee, you could at least drink. Sunset, because of the large main restaurant (which we didn't like so much) and the food, which after 4 days but monotonous.

    The friendliness the hotel staff is great. As good as everywhere speak german. For smaller problems is helped immediately. And if it is the call for a doctor. Is promptly settled. Child care is great. The room cleaning is nothing to complain about.

We were the 1. time on Tenerife and we really liked this hotel. Especially the evening entertainment in the hotel was perfect, many entertainers could speak german. It was a very pleasant animation team. Great was, that you all soft drinks and also beer tap itself could. Our trip to the aqua park paid off, approximately 5 minutes out from the hotel is a bus stop of which one free of charge got there. The rooms were huge and consisted of bedroom and living room. Also conversations with regular customers we learned only good. We were satisfied with everything and ... will go back. read more

We will come every year to christmas. We enjoy the peace and quiet the hotel and the staff's hospitality. The furnishing there is the impression, in a small village to life. We were as a family with our children and grandchildren, everything was the best our 9-year old grandson was the whole day on the way and had no boredom. The animation is great super friendly people. The whole staff is very accommodating and helpful, the food varied and very tasty. Should be emphasized the chef at the pasta station, simply superb. The room was huge and with a super balcony. There is enough sunbeds, even if you only came at noon. The large garden is very nice and gives the hotel a special flair. The whole complex is very clean ... and if the vacationers the overlays on the sunbeds not so pollute would, they would be a bit better-looking. read more

We had a great vacation in Park Club hotel europe. It is well equipped for families. The entertainer and dance team is super. They are always friendly, always hard and make every day great shows (the shows are 'even gemacht' with a professional dance team. Sometimes there are external shows, for example queues or parrot show) there is evenings a mini disco, during the day a mini club and it is simply relaxed, is in any case food or drinks to get, without cash always in the bag to have (the bracelet is of course not so nice but seems ... to be standard everywhere in all-inclusive). There is also a swimming school with private or kursunterricht. Our son there be made seahorse-filled! Thanks mo! Also the playing ground and small pets corner with bunnies and parrots are great-our sons loved him! The state of the room was great. There was loud music evenings until 23 o'clock of the neighbouring hotel, La Siesta, but the fact that the music us liked a lot, it didn't bother us! The downsides are in my opinion the 8. tables - what but also nice can be, depending on who is on the same sit \u263a for us was the disadvantageous, that guests not in the complex could, since my parents opposite in the hotel conquistador remained. We had to always outside meeting, which us a little the fun space. Guests are allowed to come in, if they €50 (or €25 from 18 to 24 o'clock) per day pay, what we also a evenings did. The food is good and mixed. There are 2 restaurants - a grill restaurant and a restaurant with different themabüfettessen every day. The basement rooms super fast (almost too quickly sometimes) but it is nevertheless everything ok. In my opinion, that the complex definitely 4 stars and not 3.5 rating, as it was very lots to do there. All together a very nice facilities and very recommendable. We had an excellent vacation with many beautiful memories! read more

We were in the 89% recommendation and leave disappointed have been. The hotel is in need of renovation and very badly soundproofed. The evenings are way too loud. Even if you no feel like it, one is forced listen, because it in the rooms hereinschallt. The door is a simple not soundproof wooden door. And if you the room caught, where the window, despite complaint at the front desk, not to close again, then good night. But the worst is the food. No matter wether one at the beginning or at the end food, it was always cold. The fruit ... and vegetables dates mostly from the can. The finished fruit salad and the pineapple I can here in the supermarket buy. You can from a few ingredients really quick a delicious fruit salad manufacture. The ingredients were all in uneducated form next to it. And melonensorten there are some. Rather less dishes, but these but with more love making facilities. And the daily culinary topic was not much to see. Ultimately there was always the same. And the atmosphere as in a school camp. Always only tables for eight persons. We prefer comfortable as a couple on the table. The snacks stayed in the pool area also nothing special. Burger, fries and hot Dog. Also the waiters at the bar were partly very annoying. If I guests work, I should perhaps definitely not show, that I in the job actually no desire has. We found it to be a reluctance from the staff uS to serve. read more
