The boardinghouse was in February 2012 opened. Our apartment ( corny corner ) was very big, very clean and top furnished. read more

    See our photos. Everything very stylish designed. The bathroom is open directly next to the double bed, the toilet ( with enough qualitätstoilettenpapier...) is separate in the specialty. Shower very spacious with perfect function. Air conditioning is available, was very silent and effectively. Small safe in the lighted large wardrobe. Big fridge with existing drinks, espresso machine, induction stove with 2 burners, dishwasher and microwave. All great furnished, new and really clean. The large flat screen tv is twistable to bed and the supergroßen comfortable wing chair. A blue-ray player is available, but we didn't use it.

I was never been in a boardinghouse, the furnishings with of the kitchen, even with dishwasher and NESPRESSO coffee machine true really great. If I longer in Berlin Bonn, I go to the Goodman's. read more

Positive We had a very stylish apartment, almost new (only last month ), very spacious and optimally divided. The furnishings with a (free ) extra bed for our 7-year old daughter has problem-free folded and our daughter was happy. Super is the separation of bathroom and toilet. Kitchenette and dining seat also sharpened. Amenities include a NESPRESSO -machine (99 cents per capsule), which we liked to use. We felt very much at ease and would anytime again come! Central location and subway-stop quasi on the doorstep. For ' breakfast -self provider' as we: penny next door and baker opposite! Negative ... We are at the saturday afternoon by car arrived. At this time there is around the hotel absolute traffic chaos and to a parking is not to be thought. The hotel parking is however just built (so for the time being considerable construction noise). We would have from the staff expected, that we were at least a tip could, where we a parking can find. The usual touristic Offered Berlin ( for example welcome card for the public transport, or similar) we could at the front desk no give information ( even if friendly tried ). Apart from that we missed a few details, in similar accommodation than naturally experienced and for the hotel only little effort and almost no costs mean, the guest the stay however very pleasant make. As example we want to call: the existing salt and pepper mills the kitchenette could be filled, as well as the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Since the apartment only 1 times a week ( free) cleaned, would have at least a cloth or similar available his, with table, worktop, wipe can. Also detergents would be nice and the regular removal of residual Bin. As mentioned - details, the comfort factor however still very would increase! read more

Stayed over new year's eve in the cosy corner apartment and were totally satisfied. Very friendly staff, top equipped kitchenette (so cooking was possible including dishwasher \u263a ) perfect transport links, bus stop on the doorstep and one is with the train about minutes on Kudamm. For us a really great place to stay, which we definitely again visit! read more
