A nightmare of the holiday. One had to beg for the drinks, that come something to hand. In spite of many notifications the bed sheets were not changed. After the information to the travel agency the bed sheets were reversed (the dirty parts inside). This hotel+management is horror. One is served as there is no need for anyone to work there and one is absolutely not desired as a guest. Also by the way the meals were so bad, that many people were sick all day long. During the 14 days the room was changed 3 times only by us. ... Then after that another hotel was offered. read more

5 big, increasingly run-down hotel buildings! Big grounds with lots of space for people. And a very small patch of beach considering! There are as good as no seats available during the day and in the evening, especially in the bar! Hotel is allegedly due to be renovated at the end of the year- maybe it will be better then? read more

    You need to get used to the rooms. The beds looked as though fleas had been at them, there was mould on the cover and a very musty smell! The bathroom was OK- everything worked.

    There were enough bars and restaurants. The buffet-restaurant was too small for the vast number of people. The food there was awful. For two whole weeks the same muck, whatever was on the menu. You can eat it for 3 days but then you'll get sick and tired of it.

    The service was OK. The waiters and the bar-tender were actually very friendly and hard-working. They didn't really speak English or German but it was possible to make yourself understood. The room-cleaning was OK (tip!) Except for the hand-towel service- collected in the morning and returned in the afternoon. Check-In and Check-Out were quick and problem-free. There was a medical centre opposite in a side-street. The doctor could speak good English and a little German.

    Water-sports facilities are good and you can always take advantage- you just have to go there! The entertainment program was pretty poor, a different show every day but always the same dance! The pools were OK, a bit small abut clean! The beach was like a bad Adria Beach (Italy) with palm trees. The sea was full of sea-grass and stony!! No Caribbean atmosphere in this hotel unfortunately! Bit annoying to have to reserve a sun-lounger at 6 in the morning but as there's only about 40 loungers for 400 guests what can you do?!

    The hotel is located in a bit of a hole, where you can only buy souvenirs and the usual rubbish. Beach is in close proximity, which is good- just leave the hotel and you're practically on the beach. It's a very long journey to the airport (about 3 hours) and it's very bumpy!
